“Easily the best burger in the metro area. They make a smash burger but like anything in Portland. That is not true. It is an almost smash burger more like a pressed burger does not have the lacey char or anything that makes a good smash burger. Also second best burger in Oregon. Junkyard is better. No this burger does not compare to smash burgers in Los Angeles.“
“What an absolute gem! I love everything about Turkey Place ? I stopped in for a coffee, breakfast burrito, and to return a bunch of emails. I left feeling so content that I took a lovely walk around downtown afterwards. The staff are so stunningly fantastic and sweet, the breakfast burrito was yummy all the way through, the coffee was hot and tasty, the shop is so perfectly laid out and clean, and watching the staff interact with regulars was a beautiful experience that I'll treasure forever. “Outstanding. One of a kind deli specializing in house made sausages, meats, and salads. The quality and variety of the food is superior. A nice selection of made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches are available from the deli counter. Mouthwatering bbq hotdogs grilled just outside the door. Excellent selection of PNW beers and wine. A few bus-your-own tables inside. Reasonable prices considering the quality.“
“Aunt Tillie's is *so* good! The people running it seem genuinely nice, the vibe is relaxed, service is great, and it's one of the best sandwiches you'll ever eat. If you want a meal that tastes homemade and is reasonably priced, go here. They also have old fashioned milk shakes (my teenager really appreciated that as you might imagine).Last words of praise: the portion sizes are totally under control in a world where portion sizes are out of control. “This is an OG Portland business going strong since 1978. If you like your cold cuts nitrate free and cut to order, then this is the place for you. Be sure to grab a number and a basket near the door before heading back to the meat counter! It's a small place, with a European feel. Bring some patience if you go on a Saturday. It takes time to slice orders, but there are also at least five or so staff to help you. Just breathe it in... literally, because it smells so good! They have delicious cheeses and breads, Milka chocolate (and other goodies), and a small selection of locally made desserts. There is a sit down area for eating the various sandwiches and sausages they offer from their deli. Cold drinks are on hand, even coke from Mexico with real sugar. Wines and beers are available as well. Do not come here if you are looking for low fat or vegan options! You have been warned. Everything I have ever tried from Edelweiss has been top notch.“

Definitely appreciated how thoughtfully not to mention quickly prepared. Heck i'm even thinking about going back to Stan's and getting another today:D.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Deli is large, but cozy. Both the hot case and cold case look pretty tasty. Vast selection of American and international products. Conveniently located too. Right on the corner of 82nd and Alberta. The pretty colorful equestrian mural outside really sticks out and is so fun. Stan's highly recommended folk's :)“
“Also known as the Mohawk Mart-- I really like the food that Kip makes here. I get soup on sick days and I enjoy the deviled eggs. I've never had a sandwich here but I'm told they are good. Local folks work here so I pop in frequently as opposed to going to the 7/11. They carry the CBD sodas I like and have ample offerings for drinks and snacks. You cannot find cases of soda here-- but they do individual cans. Unfortunately the staff has to keep an eye out for theft so there are some photos of banned people on the door. I go here probably every week.Parking: Parking lot generally has somewhere to park because people pop in and put quickly; there is also street parking“
“It's our local neighborhood go to.. for us that are 21 & older only, type establishments, with in walking distance close by our home. Weather or not we're there with a little, or a lot of cash to play the lottery, eat, or just to purchase a pack of cigarettes. We are treated kindly, every time. “I love this place. It my first choice when I feel like playing video poker. It's always clean, especially the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers. They are also very protective of their customers. The atmosphere is very chill. I especially love the 80's music always playing on the radio. I rated the food a 4 because it's all frozen but still good. There are restaurants on each side of the deli also.“

“This is a quaint, little, unassuming place to eat. If my friend didn't take me here, I wouldn't have noticed it at all! But it's got a nice view of the river, pretty clean, and quick service. “What a cool little video poker place, right next door to the Tiki Tok restaurant. The place was very relaxed and quiet. And I won at the poker machines! The bartender serves all kinds of drinks and has a grill so you can order food too. Very nice atmosphere and no weirdos. “Hello I want to say this is the most unfriendly place I have ever been to previously I had been going into this deli for 15 years no problems then the owner hired carol the most unfriendly person in the world she actually shoved me out the door put her hands on me I did call the police on her. The other problem is Rich the one tooth wonder who verbally abused me on the phone calling me camel toe and other rude names . I have reported this to the owner JR who does not care! The employees of this deli are very rude . I got kicked out because I only played dollars in there poker machines and not 20s that is what I was told by there gossiping employee Rhonda do not go there no customer service and the owner does not care I would have pressed charges but I did not want to go to jail also all's I did was say hello to a patron and she had the nerve to tell me I was not allowed to talk to anyone! Alls I did was stick up for myself unreal this place is going down fast and the owner won't fire anyone for any reason I don't understand“
“Can't say enough, just fantastic. Flavors were so balanced, everything was just the right amount of what it was supposed to be. Aleppo tuna sandwich, portobello mushroom sandwich, potato salad(feta/dill was out of this world good) and broccoli cheddar salad. We are still talking about the flavors 30min after eating, so good.“
