We tried this chain in Seattle and were pleasantly surprised to find them in walking distance from Eem. You have to order off a kiosk and that takes time to figure out. You can get a second lite size for $4.99, so good deal but the kiosk won't let you select another flavor so you have to ask after completing your order. Got crowded quick as seating is limited and no highchair in sight so just be prepared. Just as good as Seattle so we are very excited they are here in Portland!
What a fun treat! I had a blast hanging out here with friends several weeks ago. The menu is a bit confusing, especially with the added complication of ordering from a kiosk. However, the staff answered any questions we had and we loved what we ended up with. The portions are HUGE! My husband and I shared our dessert and it was more than enough. Let's talk shaved ice: it's addictive AF. Regardless of rain, heatwave, snowpocolypse: expect to see a long wait at this place. The people will come. The inner decor is super cute, but don't expect good seating as this place fills up. Not recommended for larger groups of 4. You will have issues finding seats.
