“Always nice kids working at these locations and do well, coffee is good, just not always consistent. I like a lot of espresso and usually do something love a Cocomo with 6 shots w/ oatmilk and they just don't always taste the same. “As a SoCal native living in the beautiful PNW, I would be lying if I said I didn't miss great Mexican food. Thank goodness I've found the wonderful folks at Taqueria la Marquesa!! Tortilla? Bomb. Rice? Bomb. Beans? Bomb. Salsas? Bomb. I can go on, but check it out for yourself. Super friendly staff, great chefs. I got the rice, cheese, and bean burrito. “A wonderful restaurant that has been around in the Portland area for years, and I believe it may have been the original one of the now very large multi-country chain. Always busy, and usually there is a few minutes of wait time, before you can be seated. I called for a special occasion for my elderly mother's birthday, they arranged the window seat that I requested, and even gave her a special fruit and whipped cream parfait, with a candle. Food was very good as usual, with the exception of the one thing I was craving the most, which was the corned beef hash. The taste was great, but it was as dry as I've ever had in my life, it was like eating fried sawdust. I had to take a sip of water with every bite. Unfortunately, since they had already done me favors, I didn't feel like I could complain and send it back. Otherwise, I definitely would have. Most often, the food is excellent, and that is why I am posting this review. Definitely worth trying out if you have never been there before. “Braganza is awesome! Everyone is so nice and helpful. This is the place that got me hooked on matcha. Most places I've been to don't dissolve the matcha very well and I get clumps in my drink, but here, it's always dissolved nicely when I get it. Their dragonfruit smoothie is back too so I have another drink to add to my rotation. It's subtle, and it's so pretty. I'll have to take a picture next time. Definitely my go-to boba shop.“
“I went today and I was greeted by a tablet (you order yourself)I first ordered a matcha drink and a mango pomelo the mango pomelo was very very tasty and fresh but the matcha was so overpowering it tasted fishy I had to return it. They use real ingredients and maybe I’m not used to that because I have never tasted matcha like that in the past in other places. The lady was very sweet and made me a taro drink. It was very delicious and also tasted much different than other places I’ve visited, but that’s okay! I love that they use ReaI ingredients and I appreciate the sweet lady making me a new one because I don’t like returning items but now I know I don’t like real matcha lol.“

“Oregon’s first Kava bar! Both the Portland and Vancouver locations offer a chill vibe with various comfy seating areas. The decor is authentic and honors the South Pacific culture without being kitschy. The Portland location features reclaimed wood from Indonesia. The Washington location boasts a stunning living wall. The kava is prepared traditionally and served in a coconut shell. The owner has spent a lot of time in the South Pacific personally meeting with his growers. And no distractions like tv screens or pool tables like an actual bar. Instead they offer things like board games and a guitar if you are lucky enough to play. There is a real sense of community in both locations with fun activities monthly at each location. I also like that they have chosen not to also serve Kratom out of respect for the ceremonial history of kava. It’s an experience!“
“I've come here several times for their Vietnamese coffee, and they've been great everytime. This time, I got the Caphe Trung, which is their iced coffee with egg yolk cream. If you've never tried it before, it might sound strange, but the combo works well and is quite tasty. I thought the prices were fair for the size of the drink, after all Vietnamese coffee should be sipped on. Overall, I think the coffee here is very good and I was happy with my drink each time.“
“I have ordered Uber eats from here in the past and this was my first time at the store itself! The neighborhood Best Friend Juice bar is located is adorable and plenty of street parking available. The juices and smoothies are fresh and made to order. I previously got the "mean greens" and preferred that over the "best friend" option I got on this trip. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant, however keep in mind no outdoor seating so pet will need to stay home! The service was friendly however the tipping option starting at 20%, 25% and 30% was a little crazy . I totally understand inflation and how hard it is to be a service worker, however if the employees need that sort of additional compensation I think the business should look inward as to how they are compensating their employees and raise prices accordingly. I'm excited to come back and try their smoothie bowls and special toasts.“

I typically get the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes like an orange creamsicle. When you order they will typically ask if you want a boost added. “I frequent this location! They are always quick and friendly. The lines can get long, but they move quickly. I would say that their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side as that is the specialty. You can opt for several sugar free items in the menu. Downside is that if you order light ice they won't fill your cup all the way up. I wish they still did! There is no indoor seating as this is a drive through. You can also walk up, however there is limited parking.“

I brought them a focaccia bread and Abby started talking to me about baking and Kia tells me about cakes they make too. Torre, Peyton, and Diana are some of the recent cool people I've encountered here. Now. To be honest the coffee is fine, and the energy drinks are fine. Sure. Portland is a coffee town and there are at least a dozen shops on my way to work. I like the convince of the drive through and the community connection with the team at the SE 26th Dutch Bros. They even know what I mean when I order a 'triple threa' or a 'where eagles dare'. 10/10 recommend.“

“Super cute little juice shop. Incredibly friendly staff. They go above and beyond and are super engaging and friendly. There was a young 18 year old there with blonde short hair who really was just the sweetest to me when I walked in, very easy to talk to and I commented how mature she seemed. She took a to go order over the phone for me (my daughter was playing softball at the park down the street) and she was super accommodating. I told all the parents on my daughters softball team how cute and delicious the shop was and that they should try it out. A+ in my book! I got the green juice and a chocolate and banana protein bowl... absolutely delightful“
