“We came to the Saloon about 30 minutes before closing. Our server, Cameron, was the only server at the time. Despite this, the service from both Cameron and the kitchen was fantastic. Everything was served on a timely manner and the food was great. There is nothing better than visiting a restaurant that clearly takes pride in their service! Thanks Cameron and the kitchen!!“

“Why on earth does this place have bad reviews?! This place was amazing! I am from Los Angeles but have family who live nearby and we went here for beers and food. The Nashville chicken sandwich was amazing and the fries were top tier, which was interesting because all other options were $3 extra, so I originally assumed the fries would be bad. This is such a solid spot, and the beer was great! No complaints whatsoever.“

“My husband and I tried Chops Bistro again after a lapse of a few years. We are so glad we did! We were greeted by our favorite waiter Michael formerly of Black Butte Ranch restaurants. He made the jump to Chops Bistro after the Black Butte Lodge went downhill after its remodel. The Bistro now has a fabulous chef who turned out two delicious meals for us. A moist halibut for my husband and a tender pork tenderloin for me. We talked to other locals there so it seems the word is spreading that Chops Bistro is the new great place to dine. The decor is up to date lodge style elegant. It’s a great place for a special dinner. Live music in their bar packed the place. We were there on a Friday so it was busy. We’re definitely coming back when we are in town. Try it! You’ll love it!“
