“My husband and I had a lovely light dinner at Cornerstone last night. The service was very very good. The drinks were large and quite the bargain. We shared the Amish chicken which was quite good albeit just a tad on the dry side, but very tasty nonetheless. It was a lovely low key experience which was very enjoyable.“

“My recent experience at City Works exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles from the staff. Despite it being a busy night, the service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The spicy shrimp was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of kick to tantalize my taste buds. The fried pickles were crispy and addictive, and the smokehouse burger was an absolute delight – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each dish showcased the skill and expertise of the chefs at City Works. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. It's clear that City Works puts effort into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests.Whether you're looking for a casual night out or a place to indulge in some delicious food, I highly recommend City Works. “just a beautiful experience from beginning to end. the outside deck is covered from elements, and very delightful. service was efficient, friendly, yet informal. food was excellent, with the Romanesco cauliflower and eggplant appetizers, and the pasta, salmon and pork chop ordered by our table. each was done perfectly. great drink menu, wine list and limited yet tasty dessert list. have the brownie in the skillet. will definitely return“

“Been wanting to try the breakfast sandwiches since they opened and since moving to this side of town, thought today was a perfect excuse. I've seen people rave about this place and now i know why. Seeing as though we got there around 8 am, I'd recommend getting there early because I've been told it can be line out the door later on, but that's how you know it's good. I got the classic with bacon and my boyfriend got the breakfast smash. We also opted to split the Creme Brulee griddled French toast with lemon curd. Paired with an Arabica pour over coffee for him and Oblong tea for me, it was the perfect Easter breakfast. The sandwiches were cooked perfectly. That French toast though, wow! The perfect amount of sweetness and with the mild lemon curd, just chef's kiss. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Can't wait to come back.“
“This place is great but the best part was our server. Tiffany's service was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we walked in, her warmth and enthusiasm set the perfect tone for our experience. Her recommendations were spot-on, showcasing her deep knowledge of the menu and her keen understanding of our tastes. Throughout our time there, she remained attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our needs were promptly met. But what truly set Tiffany apart was her infectious energy and genuine desire to ensure we had a fantastic time. She didn't just serve us food; she created an atmosphere of joy and laughter, making every moment memorable. Tiffany is the epitome of hospitality, and her dedication to her craft shines through in every interaction.“

“We have enjoyed Eleven for many years and this visit did not disappoint. Pre dinner service at the bar was outstanding and attentive. Veal & Pork Meatballs / Scallops appetizer was delicious. Tenderloin and pasta dinners were on point. Seating is the only area we seem to be challenged with when we go. Booths are always taken and end up in a less desirable table.“

“Food was generally good. The menu is small on Tues. The Pretzel app was good. The Cesar salad was OK, lettuce needed more dressing. Beef cheek was tasty. The chocolate desert was very good. Had a good glass of wine. Price was high for what we got.“

“Alta Via is definitely a favorite place of mine now. Tonight was my third time coming, and our server Eddie was absolutely amazing. He saved our night! (We had a horrible experience at another resturaunt, so we left and came to Alta Via in Market Square!) He was so attentive to our needs and really went above and beyond! Food is always delicious, drinks are amazing and the focaccia bread they bring out is to die for. Highly recommend! And ask for Eddie at the Market Square location!“

“Amazing Staff and Food for large birthday party with toddlers. See my photos of Appetizers and Entreés w/sides. Very reasonably priced for nice sized portions? I highly recommend the Pizookies and Triple Chocolate one at that ?. Plenty of parking, but fills up quickly during meal rush hours. Easy In and Easy Out onto roadway. I had the shrimp scampi and Tri tip combo with chili and baked potato ? ? “We booked a brunch reservation for 4, arrived on time and then waited half an hour before anyone gave us water or menus. No apology or explanation given. It seemed like there was one girl trying to run the entire front of house. She did her best, but service was lacking. Once we did get to order the food was delicious. The Bloody Mary was unremarkable and could use some love.“

“After several years, still a 4. I started with a drink at the bar and then moved on to a table. It was around 5 on a Saturday and the place was dead except for a wedding party killing a half hour at the bar. Too early, I guess. The bar service was fine. The table service was too, though he perhaps came off as a little less than genuine. In any case, I didn't really want for anything. My burger and fries were very good and I enjoyed the wine. The burrata app was weird (they minced up the burrata?), but it tasted good. Perhaps they didn't want to serve the whole ball? My main gripe was that menu presented was different from the one found on their website. This was due to a recent seasonable update, but come on folks-it's just a quick upload. I was originally disappointed that the burger that I'd come there for was not on the new menu. When we asked, though, he explained (in a sort of annoyed, ugh-I-have-to-explain-the-burger-thing-again tone) that the burger was just too popular. While they still serve it, it's not on the menu "to give customers a chance to notice the rest of the [more expensive] menu offerings". Mind you, this is a $27 burger and fries we are talking about here - not a super-cheap dish that's bringing in the riff-raff. They apparently plan to rebrand the burger as a secret menu item or something. Maybe it's me, but if your burger is outshining the rest of the menu to the point where you actively try to sell less of it, perhaps the rest of the menu is actually the issue. I, for one, rarely order a burger and love more fine dining food, but nothing else on this menu really stood out to me.“

“Came here late night after a photoshoot in the city. Treated the people I was with to a nice meal. I called to see if there was a wait. The person on the phone was very helpful and it was not busy, so we could get in. They greeted us very kindly and sat us upstairs. My only complaint is that the fans made it cold after coming in from rainy weather. I suggest coming here during (Happy Hour) as the food and drinks are very pricey, but understandable as the quality of the food was worth it. The house made tortillas were warm and delicious. The queso, salmon, and guacamole appetizers were delicious and filling. Pineapple Margarita hit the spot. All the tacos they have are superb. Very delicious late evening option if you want quality food.“

“Absolutely fantastic. The red cabbage aoup with dill and sour creme was spectacular. The fire roasted chicken was absolutely fantastic. An explosion of flavors not seen around this area. The food presentation is fenomenal and elegant. Food temperature and moist is perfect and after taste of the entire experience lingers for a good while. The selection of wines an cocktails go along oerfectly with the Entrees.Nice selections of spanish wines.. Desserts are rich and warm. The Pear Almond Tart was perfectly cooked and warmed. The baked Alaska with the oven toasted merengue reveals a nice vanilla icecream in its core. Highly recommended.. Make sure to stop by and say Hi to owner and Chef Eric. Wonderful experience. On a scale of 1 to 10, .i'lll rate this a 20. Hands down the best in the area. 5 stars Haute Cuisine.“

“I've lived 5 minutes away for years and never knew what I was missing!I tried Coughlins Law for the first time with my husband and kids a few weeks ago and have already been back two more times (will absolutely be going again and again because we NEED to try everything and the menu is always changing!)So far we've tried the Crab Rangoon Nachos (massive, addictive, and the perfect salty sweet app!), the Fried Burrata (looked delicious but can't confirm because my kids polished it off instantly) the Coughlin Law Burger (loved the theatrics with the smokey dome and genuinely could taste it, too! It was like a super upgraded outdoor BBQ burger) and about 10 more dishes. The service the first time was quick and helpful, but the most recent was above and beyond. The waiter we had was so friendly and funny it genuinely felt like he was talking to old friends the whole time and it made the whole meal that much better. All that to say, I highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn't been here yet. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu!*Pro-tip: order as much as you can because they make for killer leftovers too“

“I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way for it. The service was fantastic, but the food wasn't a full A+. The duck I got was incredibly tender, the demi was unctuous as all hell, and the leek puree really brought everything together, but the skin lacked any sense of crisp to it and my wife's pork chop was incredibly under seasoned.“

“Great location for dinner before Heinz Hall or Benedum Center shows. We had cocktails at the bar while waiting for our table. Service was prompt, professional and the cocktails were prepared perfectly. Our bar tab was seamlessly transferred to our table when we were seated. Appetizers: tuna tartar, bone marrow and lobster bisque. Entrees: Seared Scallops on a bed of crab risotto with crispy kale, Filet mignon with potatoes. Desserts: Coconut cake, creme brulee and chocolate mousse pot. Every item was prepared and served excellently. The presentation was lovely. Food taste and temperature was perfect. Portions were very nice and we all commented that we were able to finish our entire meal including appetizers and desserts without feeling overstuffed. I could eat the scallops and chocolate mousse dessert every day, they were outstanding. The staff is obviously top notch and well trained. The vibe is just very relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to easily carry on a conversation during our meal. I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.“

“I visited Bar Botanico roughly 1 month ago. I entered the building and almost turned around out the door because it looked crowded. The host politely shouted out "we have room for two" so my partner and I returned back. He let us know he could get our drink order while we waited for a two top table to clear which he assured us would happen soon. My partner has severe peanut, tree nut and shellfish food allergies and the host asked us immediately about our allergies. While my partner got beer (allergy comfort zone), they ensured my drinks were made in a separate shaker and let him know that he could try them if he wanted since they made them separate and left out any allergens. This was a lovely place for someone with allergies and it was really unexpected and wonderful. I will definitely be back. Oh I forgot to add the drinks were delicious, I enjoyed watching the bartenders work. We did not eat here so I can't speak to the food but very happy with everything else we experienced.Dietary restrictions: Very allergy friendly/accommodating.“

“Our first visit. Very pleased. Nicely made cocktails. The loaf of fresh buckwheat focaccia with herbed olive oil was addicting. I had a tasty seafood linguine loaded with shellfish, calamari, shrimp, and fish in a mild white wine sauce. My wife enjoyed several small plates; the finocchiona and duck prosciutto followed by the shrimp. She liked all of them. Kate, our server, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu options. It's definitely a good choice for a really good meal.“

“This was our first time visiting Blue Sky, but we don't plan for it to be our last! Between us, we had the k-town ribs appetizer, the soup of the day, which was beef chili with cheddar, and chimichurri steak tacos. The fresh, innovative food was very good and served promptly. The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, super knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely interested in seeing that our needs were met. We also had the unexpected pleasure of hearing a soloist named Katie Simone perform while we are. Great voice and pleasant commentary. All in all, it was a great date.“

“it was a great place to go until tonight when we went to dinner the service we received from the waitress was fantastic the food was fantastic but when we went to leave we stopped to play one of the games and ended up being harassed by I guess one of there drunk customers. the sad thing about the situation is one of the owners sat there and let it go on. the guy was very aggressive to us wanting to fight all we did was sit down to play one of the machines and didn't realize the volume was on low. this guy pushed his way in between me and my brother put his hand in the machine and lowered the volume he could of just asked us so my brother told him not to put his hand on the machine and he went off now one of the owners were sitting by him letting this go on. he kept going back to the bar and the machine. he made a comment that we played the machine because we saw him playing it. we were in the table area. as we were leaving we walk by him and he yells oh leaving without fighting me. then he was running his mouth with the f word now the owner is still sitting there letting this go on. I started walking back towards the guy and the owner stops me and said you were leaving so leave. then there was a lady sitting at the same table and she got up and talked to us and walked us out. she was very nice. then there was another drunk woman at the bar and as we were leaving she started running her mouth. I never expected this kind of behavior in this restaurant it was always so peaceful and enjoyable. so I guess here it shows that you must have to be a drunk to get appreciated for you patronizing Coaches. very sad have to find another place now.“

“I've lived near here for 9 years and finally made it to this place. A great spot in Aspinwall. We were able to get a reservation with short notice on a Friday night. Ambiance here is really nice, most of the dining area is outdoors (watch out for lantern flies). Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly. They have a great cocktail list. I had the Frontporch Burger, it was great, I liked that it was served on focaccia. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend a visit.“
