“I recently worked as a photographer at this bar/restaurant space that was being used for a wedding. There is a small space in the back thats great for pictures and small parties. They also have a bar upstairs and ample parking across the street. The appetizers were delicious and creative. Its a nice venue to hold a small event or to have drinks/dinner.“

I ordered the Salmon, substituted the salad for Garlic Potatoes and they were so yummy! & we also both ordered dessert. It’s affordable for the amazing quality that you get. “Great for a midweek date. Food is very good. I enjoyed my appetizer (the burrata --delicious and with eye appeal) more than dinner (Chicken Florentino --good but could have used some imagination). The mussels appetizer was excellent and the veal parmesan is always to perfection. Service was friendly and familiar; our server knows how to "read" her guests. “I had never tried Pho before, but was looking for something warm and spicy to battle this chilly weather we’re having. I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my food the owner was so incredibly friendly. He told me about how it gets chilly in Vietnam in the evenings and they’ll make their broth spicy to warm them up. The food was incredible, spicy enough to warm you from the inside and so very flavorful. I will definitely be back.“

The dumplings were tasty but i had to pick out the beans/green vegetables was on it. Personal preference but other than that i will definitely order again. Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!! “Civera's is one of the best delis I know! I have ordered their Roast Beef, Pepper Ham sandwiches, and their cheese as far as food. They were very good. I think their side dishes, or "appetizers" could be more varied. They consist mostly of fries. I like everything else about Civera's. Their sandwiches are great, and their beer selection is good. I have become a frequent customer here.“

There are some incredible veggie options and the portions are a great size to share or get multiple meals out of. My favorite dishes they have are the Gobi Manchurian and the Navarathna Kourma! “For those of you who frequent cafe isla and have not tried media bakers guild granola yet, you should! I am an in-home trainer and I’ve been giving it to my clients who are addicted to it. So now , they all ask if I can pick them up some. But It’s ok because I’m usually out too and I love it also . It’s the best granola I’ve ever had, it’s prepared very thinly sliced with just the right amount of sweetness. I love it with some Fage greek yogurt, which is low in sugar, and a scoop of Noah’s honey that is also sold at the cafe. Check it out , it’s very yummy!“
