“LOVED IT HERE! Truly authentic Italian cooking, with authentic ingredients to purchase. The staff was so friendly and accomodating on their menu. We had to make a slight change in order for a vegetarian, and they had no issues. We tried their breakfast sandwiches & lunch sandwiches, and each bite was jam packed with substance & flavor (I mean, just look at the layers in my photo.) Fresh ingredients, and an overall quaint/bright spot. This would be an awesome place to post up and get some work done, do some people watching, and enjoy delicious food. Not to mention, their baked goods looked out of this world. We wanted to get so much, but I landed on their passion fruit donut, partly because it was the last one left (so I figured something must be good!) And let me tell you, their dough is different. The donut was dense & fluffy at the same time, and their passion fruit flavor was y-u-m-m-y. I can't wait to go back to try more sandwiches and get some grocery shopping done!“

I am amending my review in light of their response because it shows that they do care for patrons and our concerns. i will not contact further because i did not post the review for some freebies but for the principle of appropriate response to customer concerns.I recommend ANY of their cupcakes because they are always on point. their cookies are big and beautifully delicious. cinnamon roll is good. iced coffee hits the spot!i’ve had the hangover sandwich, the mccrumb, waffle hash and breakfast burrito and i just find it really awesome that they feature other vegan restaurants food. that’s innovative and great for trying different options with each bakery purchase.if you love cannolis get the large otherwise the mini will do the trick!chocolate and confetti cake are a GREAT gift for any last minute parties!parking sucks but there’s nothing the business can do about it. i would do dine in more often if there was easier parking in the area because the decor is very fun. they take apple pay.Snippet of my original review:i buy here very often. i buy cakes for birthdays, uber eats for delivery and do pick up.for the first time, i had an issue and i told an employee and their response was indifferent. “Clean minimal shop with quality matcha products and great ice cream.Strawberry and earl grey swirl are my current go to after dinner in Chinatown, however it is a seasonal flavor so get it while you can. “Well, yes, it's a small stone barn in historic Rittenhousetown, tucked out of sight. The first thing you see upon entering is a counter with an espresso machine behind it, and to your right is the workroom. Paul is charming, helpful and highly skilled, well-spoken; he brought my vintage Stump Jumper back into smooth working condition. Often at bike shops I have encountered a somewhat dismissive hipster-y attitude, but not here. A rare type of bike-repair establishment, and we in Germantown are lucky to have it.“

The staff was so nice that they even gave me two packs of ice so I can have it in my bag cooler. I have to say the quality of the bread and meat is so fresh. “The Hart of Catering is a fantastic business and one I would highly recommend. Kevin, the owner, is very responsive and kind. He was able to make the process of figuring out a catering menu for 30 people on a budget with multiple dietary restrictions a breeze. The prices are comparible to chain options yet with the customization and kindness only found at a small business. Will definitely be using them again for future events!“

“We tried TD for the first time on Monday as my brother was at Jeff for a treatment. We had egg frittata and a breakfast sandwich--both were outstanding. But the star of the show to me at least was my iced cinnamon roll latte. I normally don't go for this type of drink because they always taste like a mouthful of sugar. This had a delicious coffee flavor with just the right balance of milk and sweetness. Obviously these types of beverages are a sweet treat but one does want to taste the coffee. The young women in there keep everything running smoothly and the atmosphere is peaceful and warm. We're happy to have found a new spot.“
