YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS: We custom ordered a specialty birthday cake (strawberry cake, strawberry and cream filling between layers and halves of strawberries on top). The day of the party, the birthday girl cancels because she was sick. We went to pick up the cake as scheduled and the manager actually offered us a credit or a refund.
