If you are looking for fancy over expensive snooty food, do not come here. Good old fashioned cooking, good old fashioned service. People here ask how you are and they mean it.“
“Such an amazing place to eat! Our server Zohie was great, she was very attentive and the manager was great too! We ordered an extra TWENTY patties on to our burger, and they not only did it but they made it look good and taste good! The cooks did an excellent job! everything about the experience was awesome! And if you like chicken tenders the tenders are excellent as well with some awesome sauces!“
“Old time diner feel with counter seating and booths. Had the steak salad. Loaded with delicious steak and fresh mixed greens. Fries were super crispy. Didn't want the ranch dressing and asked for oil and vinegar and they mixed it for me!! Friend had chicken and waffles and said they were wonderful. Super friendly staff. Definitely will return.“
“Are you kidding me? I went to a wing cook of a few years ago and tried my first ever Otis smoked wing and let me tell you i have the hardest time going back and trying to find another flavor to pick.. I just cannot. Now i am craving the Otis wing.. Yes it is that good..,today I went after church, I looked at menu what seemed like forever and still went with smoked wings, guess what, ? They weren't available. I did however get the sauce on regular wings. Nit at all the same to me. Can't wait to go back for what I'm craving. Thank you all“

“Amazing food & great service! So glad we decided to try out Max & Erma's for dinner. It was hands down the best food we've had out in a long time! We were so impressed with the quality of the food. The Cajun pasta with chicken was cooked & seasoned to perfection - As well as the Swiss & mushroom burger, tortilla soup & smothered chicken. We even enjoyed chocolate cake for dessert which is a rare occasion. Our server was great too! It was refreshing to have such good customer service. A must try. Can't wait to come back.“
“After a day visiting Presque Isle we were starved so after a Yelp check we settled on Beechwood Inn's Hardwood which shares space with Erie Brewery. The place is very large, clean & accommodating. We were greeted on entering & the young man explained their services & menu. We sat outside on their covered patio. The pumpkin beer was great, the bbq wings were delicious, we all had hamburgers, which we all agreed were awesome, even the fries. Can't go wrong choosing this establishment. And dog friendly too.“
“Made my burger how I ordered only complaint was I ordered bacon and they only used one piece and broke it in half with the double patties etc you couldn't taste it. They need to put a few pieces of bacon on it. Personally, I wish patties were cooked a little more like a true smash patty but still good.“
“I make it a point to go here every time I am in town because they have the chicken tenders I love, the flat ones I don’t know how else to describe them… seems to not be a thing anywhere down south… don’t ever change your chicken tenders! Their other food is good too I’ve had wings, mini tacos, pizza, and burgers. Oh also they have pizza logs! ( Another thing I can only find in Erie) can’t wait to be there in a month, definitely going to hit up this place.“
“Stopped here for brunch when we were passing through town and it was good. No wait time, lots of tables available and the service was excellent. The food was pretty good too and all around no complaints. Easy place to stop in for breakfast from the highway and you know exactly what you're getting with IHOP. Our waitress was so attentive and sweet!! Prices were very reasonable.“
“Love it every time. I get a single no cheese no bacon with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I love the Coke machine, make drinks I love like hi C lime raspberry and Coke lime. Everyone that works there is always really nice the waiting time is totally acceptable they make everything to order the french fries are amazing those giant 50 lb sacks of potatoes laying around they are making those into your fresh cut fries so so wonderful. Top that off with Heinz ketchup and I'm in heaven. And I love that you can sit down and eat your own peel the shell salted peanuts!! “Wife, me and two grandkids Went Monday March 11 at 745 pm. Maybe ten customers in the store, with a line in the drive through. Took about twenty minutes from time of order till our three blizzards and a parfait were handed to us, not a deal breaker but sluggish service.In the dining area , all tables were not clean with debris on the floor, again not a deal breaker, but in the 45 minutes to an hour we were there not one attempt was made to clean.Without knowing how busy DQ was or wasn't prior to our arrival and any staffing issues, I'm giving a three star reviewWe live very close and are frequent patrons of this DQ, this trip was disappointing.“
“I'm a bus driver who drove students with disabilities to this restaurant. They went above and beyond for these children. The wait staff was amazing, and the GM was equally impressive. “A Dairy Queen is a Dairy Queen but I went inside as opposed to the drive through. The young gentleman waiting on the counter customers was the most polite and pleasant worker! Steven was his name! However, I will note that the wine glasses they brought us weren't clean... So that was a little bit of an upset. But seems like a nice place overall.“

“We went to Applebee's around 4:00p on 1/14/2024 and sat at the bar. The bartender (dark hair with black glasses) was absolutely amazing. She was kind, super helpful, made sure we were taken care of, and when I asked about the specialty drinks they had on the menu, she was really informative and told me about what I was ordering. The endless boneless wings were great, my husband wasn't a fan of the ribs, and neither of us ate the shrimp, but we both got two plates, and that pays for itself. Highly recommend coming here, especially before the dinner rush. Great staff and great vibes all around.“
“I used to go here as a kid some decades ago. So glad it's still around! I take my three year old whenever we're on that side of town and she loves it. I used to work at a DQ as a teenager and I'm happy to see all the classics are still available along with some new treats.“

“We visited here for my daughter's birthday dinner. The atmosphere is nice, less than business a bit more than casual but entirely comfortable and welcoming. Our waitress was AMAZING!! She was patient with us and explained anything we had questions about. The chef even came out to the table when we were nearly done to thank us for coming and answered any questions we had. We tried their Sea-cuterie board and loved it! We also got the flatbread with the spinach and artichokes. It was like a mini pizza but so rich and savory. I had the CFO meal, a 6 oz Filet with lobster croquet (made.from scratch in house) and asparagus was the vegetable of the day. The steak was done ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY and seasoned well. The lobster croquet was AMAZING!! It was the perfect balance of crispy exterior and creamy melt-in-your-mouth inside. We got a slice of their cheesecake to go and it was delicious as well.
