“It is really good pizza! First what I ordered, then the experience:Flourtown Location:1. "Sooo Cheesy" - for the kids, It's a cheese pizza with really good cheese and sauce which we all liked.2. "Friend from Brussels" - for me and the wife. It was good! I didn't expect it to be so good. Crispy Brussel sprouts and bacon and cheese - wow! Then I grabbed their beer, which I have never had before which was called: Mayer Blonde Ale - It was good, it's light, but not plain like a light beer, it has actual flavor!The Experience:I don't like trying new things, but my wife nudged me. I called them, and no answer. Wife said drive there and order. It's in the back of the Flourtown Farmers Market, not a place you expect great pizza, yet...I begrudgingly went there and turns out the guy left the phone in the drawer?? Whatever, chalk it up to an off night. SO I ordered the pizzas and asked for a beer. He said they come in a four pack. I said whatever, so I paid for it all and asked for the beer to wait in the car while both pizzas are made.For such good pizza it will blow you away because they use what literally looks like a "Take and Bake" oven setup (it's the smallest pizza oven I've seen, and yet the pizza is money! Beer was good too (see above). I grabbed the pizza and took it home. The family loved it!Summary: Go here, get the pizza and beer, and there are other food and coffee places here with pretty awesome stuff to shop while you wait for your pie!“

“I think I must have caught them on an off day but the Sicilian Supreme Pizza I got from them had very little cheese when it was supposed to be extra, hardly covered half the pizza, toppings were undercooked. I am sure they are great people but I will not be coming back unfortunately.edit: The owner reached out to me after seeing this and made everything right, replaced my pizza free of charge, great dude. The replacement pizza was much better!“

“We had a special treat in a mother daughter team. Perfectly attentive, relaxed, and not pushy. Worth noting all the staff was friendly.The atmosphere is very clean, light, functional. There are outdoor tables. And online order take out is available.The food is a great adventure. Many options. Nice dinner salad comes with entrées. Plentiful portions. Garlic Knots are great and add just enough to a meal for some take home.Prices are reasonable. To us this is a restaurant for frequent visits. With good people, good atmosphere, and good food. “Ok so the cheesesteak is definitely than all other pizza shops. It’s about 11” meat is very juicy and flavorful with lots of melted creamy cheese and the onions were caramelized perfectly. I would absolutely give that steak sandwich a 20 out of 10“

“I stumbled upon this great spot that serves an amazing Chilli Paneer Pizza – it's really something with its spicy kick and cheesy goodness. And the Achari Chicken Wings? They're a perfect match with the pizza. Topped off with a Limca, it makes for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're up for something new!“

“We just had the best meal here! My partner and I had planned on going elsewhere but we got there after 8pm and didn't have a reservation, so the wait was going to be an hour. We walked over to Wm. Mulherin's Sons and they got us a table in about 15 minutes. We proceeded to have one of the best meals I've had in a while! Starters: the octopus was crispy but succulent and the focaccia was pillowy perfection! Cocktails were excellent. The sausage pizza had a wonderful mix of flavors and the crust!! ? I could have eaten the pizza crust on its own, honestly. Thick and chewy on the edges and perfectly done throughout. We also shared a seasonal pasta with ramps, morels, peas, and asparagus, and got the chocolate mousse cake and gelato for dessert, which were heavenly. Our server Jamyl was attentive and warm, and checked in regularly. All in all, a perfect meal in a lovely location!“

“OMG!!! A friend of mine highly recommended this restaurant to me to try out. I am so happy that she did. I have eaten here two times since, and each time was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Let's start with the great service from their wait staff. Izzy, Gabriel, and Sarah were my main wait staff, BUT all the wait staff help each other. So if Izzy, Gabriel, or Sarah are busy taking care of other customers, their co-workers just jump right in and take care of your questions and/or needs quickly. And the FOOD IS SO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! ? ? I LOVE LOVE LOVE their freshly made Garlic Knots that you get when you sit down. I also love their Mussels in white wine and garlic and their Meat Lasagna, Chicken Piccatta with capers, mushrooms in a very Yummy White Wine Lemon Sauce; and the portion size is definitely worth every penny - it's Huge - you will leave with a meal's worth for the next day (see picture). And I love their Tiramisu for dessert, too. They have a Great Menu with Many, Many More Choices of different Yummy foods, on top of their Pasta dishes such as the Pizzas, Stromboli and Cheese Steaks, etc. Plus, the restaurant is kept very Clean, it's very family friendly and it's just cozy. “The best pizza within 35 minutes of my residence! Great sauce, wonderful cheese, tasty crust. My only complaint is the thickness of the crust, it's too doughy/thick especially at the ends. Next time I order, I'm going to see if they can use medium size dough and stretch to a large pie.“

“We were there for lunch, loved the food, especially the short rib pizza, and I usually don't eat pizza. My friend thought there was a little too much cheese. Never. I had some sort of crab pasta. It was ok, not loaded with crab like the waiter said. My friend had a salad, no complaints, but the waiter had to be asked to refill our water and tea, and we had to wait to get his attention. It wasn't busy. I loved the tiramisu. The waiter packed up our separate "to go's" nicely. I would definitely go back, lots of interesting things on the menu.“

“This place has been on my list for some time and I was fortunate to visit at a downtime. Amongst a city full of pizza shops, Down North stands out among the greats. ENVIRONMENT The restaurant is relatively easy to find and seats no more than 5 or so people in the shop. The wait was a tad excessive which I credited to the food being "made with love". FOOD I love a good piece of focaccia! Another contributor commented that their pizza can be likened to focaccia which I would find to be incredibly accurate. The "Detroit" style was incredibly flavorful accompanied by a heaping of toppings(I settled on the "I'm A Boss"). I will admit the fries left a bit much to be desired but not enough to influence my rating. If you're based anywhere in North Philly between Farimount and Erie Ave, I can confidently say Down North is among the top three picks for the area. Happy eating!“

“Food is really good I got the fettuccine Alfredo, I got a small pizza half pep that they forgot to deliver with door dash. And a cake … my dasher went out of his way to go all the way back to the store which he didn’t have to do. But a hour later we received the pizza cold as ever but it was still good. I just wish the pizza store would have cooked us a fresh pizza since they forgot to give it to the dasher. But other then that I will be back in person for more food“

“This place has the best vegan food that doesn't taste like traditional “vegan food”. It also has non-vegan options, so it is great for bringing non-vegan friends/family. They also have a wide variety of alcohol in case you enjoy that stuff. They also have a huge selection of pizzas, even including vegan ones! You can even sub vegan cheese on any one of the regular pizzas. I had a sandwich that was made of pizza crust, and ive never had anything like it before! 10/10 will be returning.“

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

“Pizza was delicious, had a primavera and a margherita, ordered ahead, when I got there the young man at the counter told me the margherita he made was a little well done on one side, I told him that was fine we are not fussy. I got a small veggie with extra sauce and while the extra sauce probably wasn't necessary, I'm glad I got it that way because the sauce was truly delicious! Even a bit spicy, which means I didn't have to douse it in pepper flakes like I normally have to with pizza. And they don't skimp on the veggies. There was a healthy amount of shrooms, peppers, spinach, and more on top. The crust itself was crisp on the edges but with a soft chew interior, and it was the perfect substrate for all that cheesy, saucy goodness. Will definitely be ordering from here again! I got takeout so I can't really speak to the service, but delivery was punctual so I'd assume it's good! Prices might seem a tiny bit high for the size, but for the thickness and quality, it's worth it. Very filling!“

“Only went for their beer and drinks. Online menu isn't up to date with what they had on tap, but the beer selection was descent. Surprisingly had a great mojito, wish I would have had more cocktails as this was def more of a bar than a brewery.“

The beef one was chipotle and it was quite delicious but very spicy. So if you a looking for a little kick I would highly recommmend it. We also had old bay fries which had the potential to be good but they were so dang salty. They come with cheese whiz, but it doesn't help how salty they are. Lastly we got a cheese pizza. That was mid at best. Almost no cheese on it and a mediocre sauce. The place does have seating in the back despite how it looks, it just ordering was slightly confusing because they had a sign over a tablet that said order here but you really should order at the countertop because the tablet doesn't have all the options of things you could order like drinks or slices. Overall though a really good place to grab a bite, excellent staff and good food!“

“Amazing! I went with my family after my daughter's gymnastics competition and I was pleasantly surprised! I expected good, but this was great! First off, the food was amazing. Their Margherita pizza was my favorite, and my daughter and really like the BBQ mushroom. Secondly, the service couldn't have been better! The food came out fast, they got our order right, and the waiter was so nice! Afterwards, he even offered my kids a scoop of ice cream to congratulate my daughter on her competition!
