“I think I must have caught them on an off day but the Sicilian Supreme Pizza I got from them had very little cheese when it was supposed to be extra, hardly covered half the pizza, toppings were undercooked. I am sure they are great people but I will not be coming back unfortunately.edit: The owner reached out to me after seeing this and made everything right, replaced my pizza free of charge, great dude. The replacement pizza was much better!“

“We had a special treat in a mother daughter team. Perfectly attentive, relaxed, and not pushy. Worth noting all the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is very clean, light, functional. There are outdoor tables. And online order take out is available. The food is a great adventure. Many options. Nice dinner salad comes with entrées. Plentiful portions. Garlic Knots are great and add just enough to a meal for some take home.Prices are reasonable. To us this is a restaurant for frequent visits. With good people, good atmosphere, and good food. Recommending for anybody.Kid-friendliness: There were young kids dinning while we were there. Quiet and well behaved.Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like the building is ADA compliant.“

“Ok so the cheesesteak is definitely than all other pizza shops. It’s about 11” meat is very juicy and flavorful with lots of melted creamy cheese and the onions were caramelized perfectly. I would absolutely give that steak sandwich a 20 out of 10“

“Great food and superb service. Server (Victoria) was exceptional and made our wedding anniversary dinner special. Ended up staying until close and had beautiful conversation with Victoria and owner, wasn't rushed out at all. Ordered the Arancini, Valona Signature salad, Gnocchi Pomodoro Mozz, and lamp chops. 5 layer cake was incredible, tasty and light. Everything was delish! Have seen a few negative reviews but highly recommend you put those aside and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.“

“As a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at Osteria, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue's unique location, impeccable food, and outstanding service make it perfect for an intimate wedding. The guests couldn't stop raving about the food and drinks, which were a huge step above the standard wedding fare. Located in an area of the city close to photo ops, Osteria is gorgeous, especially at night. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an amazing time, and the dance floor was going off like crazy all night! If you're looking for a unique setting for your wedding, look no further than Osteria.“

“We just had the best meal here! My partner and I had planned on going elsewhere but we got there after 8pm and didn't have a reservation, so the wait was going to be an hour. We walked over to Wm. Mulherin's Sons and they got us a table in about 15 minutes. We proceeded to have one of the best meals I've had in a while! Starters: the octopus was crispy but succulent and the focaccia was pillowy perfection! Cocktails were excellent. The sausage pizza had a wonderful mix of flavors and the crust!! ? I could have eaten the pizza crust on its own, honestly. Thick and chewy on the edges and perfectly done throughout. We also shared a seasonal pasta with ramps, morels, peas, and asparagus, and got the chocolate mousse cake and gelato for dessert, which were heavenly. Our server Jamyl was attentive and warm, and checked in regularly. All in all, a perfect meal in a lovely location!“

“Picture the quintessential neighborhood corner sandwich shop of your dreams - this is it. This is the spot. Found it today and knew at first menu glance it’d be dope. The daily specials (kielbasa & egg sandwich, and Italian melt) were great and already thinking about the next ones I want to try (ex. The Bobby). Slaw, pickle, and Vietnamese iced coffee were great too!The place was happily busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon - line inside but I ordered ahead online since I was walking my dog, and their service was great — I literally stepped inside and within 2 seconds someone came out to greet me, I said I placed order, they said my name and handed me my bag and coffee.I don’t know what we the people of Francisville did to deserve Sandwich Corner Market, but my heart is full (and stomach)(Can you guys maybe make like, a little sandwich sample flight? Like 3 little sliders somehow? I want to try so many at once but can’t be slamming like 3 sandwiches and foresee myself stressing in the future over which 1 sandwich to pick per order)“

“OMG!!! A friend of mine highly recommended this restaurant to me to try out. I am so happy that she did. I have eaten here two times since, and each time was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Let's start with the great service from their wait staff. Izzy, Gabriel, and Sarah were my main wait staff, BUT all the wait staff help each other. So if Izzy, Gabriel, or Sarah are busy taking care of other customers, their co-workers just jump right in and take care of your questions and/or needs quickly. And the FOOD IS SO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! ? ? I LOVE LOVE LOVE their freshly made Garlic Knots that you get when you sit down. I also love their Mussels in white wine and garlic and their Meat Lasagna, Chicken Piccatta with capers, mushrooms in a very Yummy White Wine Lemon Sauce; and the portion size is definitely worth every penny - it's Huge - you will leave with a meal's worth for the next day (see picture). And I love their Tiramisu for dessert, too. They have a Great Menu with Many, Many More Choices of different Yummy foods, on top of their Pasta dishes such as the Pizzas, Stromboli and Cheese Steaks, etc. Plus, the restaurant is kept very Clean, it's very family friendly and it's just cozy. All their Customers, including myself, enjoy their food and time at Graeme Park Pizza & Cafe located in Horsham, Pennsylvania. It is another Hidden Gem that I am so happy to have found.YOU must come and try it out for yourself. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.“

“Excellent BYOB restaurant. Authentic food. The experience of the 3 or 4 courses is just amazing. Great service and attention. I would only suggest (if possible) to offer a smaller plates option of the same menu. Portions are abundant, so be sure to be hungry hehehe.“

“I went with my family for dinner here and the aesthetic was top tier with the dark browns and tans. It really fit the Jenkintown vibe. I ordered the squid ink pasta and it was very filling and well seasoned and the tiramisu was a refreshing closer to an excellent meal. I would absolutely recommend this establishment.“

“The best pizza within 35 minutes of my residence! Great sauce, wonderful cheese, tasty crust. My only complaint is the thickness of the crust, it's too doughy/thick especially at the ends. Next time I order, I'm going to see if they can use medium size dough and stretch to a large pie.“

“We were there for lunch, loved the food, especially the short rib pizza, and I usually don't eat pizza. My friend thought there was a little too much cheese. Never. I had some sort of crab pasta. It was ok, not loaded with crab like the waiter said. My friend had a salad, no complaints, but the waiter had to be asked to refill our water and tea, and we had to wait to get his attention. It wasn't busy. I loved the tiramisu. The waiter packed up our separate "to go's" nicely. I would definitely go back, lots of interesting things on the menu.“

“Have been here in Roxborough 2 years but never really saw the place until I found it on Google maps. It's a little unassuming on the outside but is really nice on the inside. I think they need a big, bright sign out front facing the street directly.Excellent food. Came for breakfast. Not too salty and they make a great hollandaise sauce. Had the stuffed french toast and crab portobello benedict. Will be back to try lunch and dinner, as well!Prices were good. The food is well portioned. You won't leave hungry.Service is great too. Multiple people checked on us. They check on you consistently for water and coffee. It was busy but we didn't have to wait too long to sit. We also didn't wait too long for food (maybe 15 minutes after order) but they brought our drinks of course within 5. Food came out hot. Can't wait to go back! Definitely recommendDietary restrictions: There is fish on the menu and also a vegetarian burger.“

“You know this place is popular when there are people waiting outside the door at 9am right before this place opens. It was my first time here and upon arriving, 2 people were waiting to get in and 3 more trickled in minutes later. A line started to form and people are trying to get the tomato pie. I place an order for the regular tomato pie a few days ago over the phone but when I went to pick it up they didn't have my name. Luckily they had extras so I didn't have to order another. My friends really enjoyed the tomato pie so it's definitely as good as people say. Just be sure to double check the day before if you placed an order with them.“

“One of Philadelphia's charms is its wealth of neighborhood bistros representing regional Italian cuisines. Core de Roma is such a restaurant. Arrive early, as we did, before the place begins to fill up, and you'll meet Luigi, a loquacious, bushy-eyebrowed native of Trastevere who exudes justified pride in his food and his restaurant. This quirky BYOB, perched in the prosperous hills of Bala Cynwood, greeted us with warm, freshly baked bread accompanied by a plate of olive oil, sage, and white beans for dipping. Many delights followed: abundant, freshly made fettucine alla Bolognese; creamy, al dente spaghetti caccio e pepe; a simple, voluptuous tiramisú. Not everything was perfect; such a good restaurant should offer a decent espresso. Still, the pleasures of a small family restaurant, aspiring albeit uneven, far outweigh its odd deficiencies. The left-over fettucine was even better the next day, reminding us to return soon. See you there.“

“We had a great experience at Tulip! I want to come back every time they rotate the menu to try the new dishes. Our waitress told us about the family style option (forget exactly what it was called but it was $55 per person), so we went with that so that we could taste a bunch of dishes. Best gnocchi I’ve ever had. And the food didn’t feel heavy, which was nice. We loved sitting at the bar and watching the chefs, who were not only skilled, but also kind, which made the whole experience even more special. Thank you!“

“We ate here while staying at the Mint for a birthday. We had a good time and the food was good but felt that it was a little over priced (i.e. $42 for an eggplant parm dish and over $100/person without alcohol). Staff was friendly but felt maybe a little under experienced/trained. Timing between courses was a little off (very long between one and then others right away). Cleanliness was perfect but noticed a lot of chipped dishes. Atmosphere was cozy with very comfortable seats. Overall we're glad we experienced it, would recommend to others but may/may not return.“

“I’ve heard about Fiorino for so long, especially from someone who lives in Florida! I finally went and it was all they said it would be! Absolutely delicious! I asked our server what entree I should get because I couldn’t decide between 2 of them that I wanted. He said “No problem! I’ll bring you a half portion of each!” WHO does that in today’s world?! So absolutely kind and cool. I loved every single thing I had there and can’t wait to go back!“

“Food is really good I got the fettuccine Alfredo, I got a small pizza half pep that they forgot to deliver with door dash. And a cake … my dasher went out of his way to go all the way back to the store which he didn’t have to do. But a hour later we received the pizza cold as ever but it was still good. I just wish the pizza store would have cooked us a fresh pizza since they forgot to give it to the dasher. But other then that I will be back in person for more food“

“Augusto's remains one of the best restaurants in the area. I hadn't been in a few years, but the food is excellent, creatively prepared, and affordable. We had the specials, which were amazing ( lobster bisque—George Perrier's recipe, which I had years ago at Le Bec Fin-the duck, and homemade gnocchi). Delicious. Excellent coffee too ( too full to try dessert!). Very attentive, friendly service. We'll be back!“

“What a phenomenal find! The bar (craft cocktails), building, restaurant is gorgeous. Old stone mixed with modern posh amenities. The food is TRUE & authentic Italian- my son closed his eyes at bread course (grilled Roman bread with ricotta & honey for A Scarpetta) and said, “mom this tastes like Italy!” We shared and tasted so many things, antipasto, starters, the salads were fresh, perfect vinaigrettes, the pastas & sauces all legit, homemade from scratch and perfectly Al dente. They dry-age their beef too which is exceptional. For dessert we had tiramisu budino & affogato- a perfect ending. We will be back and would recommend to friends. The staff was great too, just the right amount of attentiveness. It was a joyful & delicious experience at Tresini.“

“I am giving you 5 stars for putting up with the ignorant, racist degenerate that came into your restaurant. I am also giving you 5 stars for handling it the right way and with grace. “As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“
“This tiny market has the most incredible Italian cheese and wine selection in the area. My husband and I popped in for one of their incredible sandwiches and walked out with bags of treats. On top of that the owners have supported a community fridge outside of the building for YEARS! The team inside was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. If you have been walking by without stopping in you should check it out!“

“DELICIOUS food, ABUNDANT portions, and EXCELLENT service!! We went with a large group, which they accomodated with ease including splitting checks AND meals. Everyone enjoyed everything from the bread and olive oil, to the complimentary appetizer plate, to the FANTASTIC meals! My son got the ravioli, which was great, but there were only 5 or 6, not quite enough for a teenage boy! Luckily my SHARED eggplant parm (served to each of us separately) had MORE than enough spaghetti for him as well. It is BYOB, but they provided a wine opener and glasses, and truly the upside is you can save the restaurant mark-up and enjoy your favorite wine! It's definitely a place you might drive on past, nestled in a strip mall with the in and out market and pepperidge farm store, but appearaces are QUITE deceiving, and i think it's VERY safe to say try it... you'll like it!!“

“We have dined here many times and have never had a bad meal. They have a very nice menu, with lots of varieties, as well as several specials. We have enjoyed both regular menu items, as well as dinner specials. We also discovered that you can switch up an entree if you prefer -- swap out a pasta/sauce combo for another. Makes it great to customize your food preference. Just be aware that the rooms can get "noisy" as parties are close together (it's an intimate setup) and as you as you are aware of this, no problems. Also be patient as the servers cover a lot of tables and you may need to flag down the busboy for help with getting a beverage refill. It's a BYOB so be aware of that too.“

“It's not a typical strip mall restaurant. We decided last minute to go here and were pleasantly surprised. Arrived just after opening and initially felt under dressed, but after the owner greeted us, we quickly forgot our discomfort as we took in the nicely decorated room and tables. The menu has plenty of options, including a list of specials plus a few items he mentioned that weren't listed but may have been because it was the Friday after Valentine's Day. We opted for the Veal Parm. My husband got the Clams Casino appetizer, which he said was the best he's ever had. The salad with house dressing was packed with veggies along with the lettuce, and the house dressing was definitely not from a bottle. My barley soup was flavorful as was everything we had. The large piece of veal was sliced thin, which may have made it not as tender as it could have been, but I still enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the seasoned mixed veggies I chose instead of the pasta. The tiramisu is a cake version but very good. That and the chocolate cake do have a liquor flavor added to them, which is strong but not overpowering to me, but may be for some. We will definitely return to try something new.“

“Another great meal at Martorano’s Prime! Two of us dined Sunday April 7th 2024. We shared 4 Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail for an Appetizer. The shrimp were huge and very fresh. My entree was the 16oz NY Strip Steak. FANTASTIC! I always get mine Pittsburgh Rare and they nailed it. My friend ordered the Spaghetti Fra Diavolo. It was amazing! For a tasty Martini I recommend the “Simply Red” although they go down real easy! Our server Brandy was very attentive and had full knowledge of the entire menu. “I used to come here 30 some years ago when it was Sonoma. It has been several other restaurants through the years but this is the best by far. There are 2 bars. One on the first floor that has retractable windows to open up to the outside. Then there is my favorite bar upstairs. Light, airy, nicely painted walls with olive leaves and glass ceiling. There is a happy hour Monday to Friday, 4 to 6pm. All their signature crafted cocktails are $7 and they are delicious. Our bartender, Jeff, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about his craft. Love that they use a lot of local products. There are other drink options (see my menu photo below) and fun food items. We ordered 2 pizzas (shrimp and artichoke and the pepperoni). Both were fabulous.I will be returning again for their in house made pasta and I can't wait.Parking: People often think that parking is difficult in manayunk but there are plenty of options in the nearby lots if you can't get one on the street.“
