“It was a very nice experience from the time we walked in. It wasn't busy so we got seated and waited on promptly. The waitress was awesome! She was friendly and helpful answering our questions about certain menu items and refilling our drinks in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal!! I just got a hamburger which was delicious but my husband got a full rack of ribs! Those ribs were the best I think I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Our server's name was Shelly!”

The Lamb Porterhouse Duo—oh sweet heavenly carnivore joy—I couldn’t help myself, and frankly, I don’t regret a single bite. That lamb didn’t just whisper flavor—it sang a full opera of juicy excellence. But here’s where it got wild: the slawed cucumber side and that complimentary cucumber sauce? 😂🥒 Straight up hijacked my attention like a taste bud ninja. Finely sliced tomatoes, herbs, spices—this plate had more garnishes than a red carpet event, and every one of them was a flavor bomb. And let’s talk staff. The lovely soul who walked me to the cooler to pick out one of the many non-alcoholic beers? Top. Notch. 👏 Sweet, informative, and had the charm level of a rom-com lead. The cook—scratch that, the chef (yup, with an “ef”)—greeted me like I was part of the family. Friendly, clearly seasoned, and the kind of kitchen commander who knows how to orchestrate a food symphony. The chicken piccata was amazing—so tender and flavorful. The pasta and meatballs were also a huge hit with our guests. Everything was prepared beautifully and arrived fresh and hot, making hosting so much easier. La Vita’s truly helped elevate the whole event with their delicious food. Highly recommend them for any catered occasion, or dining in —you won’t be disappointed!”

“We live out of town but had this pizza several times over the past few years, when in the area visiting family. The pizza is really good (not greasy or too spicy) but we forgot how big the pies are, so make sure you know how many slices you need when you place the order. This was our first time calling for delivery. We were disappointed that they did not honor a Seton Hill student discount that my sister who placed the order had. They also forgot part of our order but promptly came back after we called them. I'd definitely go back here again...not sure if my sister will.”

“Went to Smokey Bones for the first time in years bc I saw they had a BOGO. My husband & I are wing connoisseurs, so we had to go. Server was very sweet. I wish we had cash but I forgot to bring some, but she got tipped well. She was very understanding. 10/10 We had the smoked wings years ago & loved them so we thought we'll give SB another try. We started out with the fried pickles & mini mag nachos. The pickles were fire 8.5/10, but the nachos were out of this world. I would go just to get nachos. 10/10 I also got the berry sangria that was on special for $3 between 4-6pm... it was so good. I could go there just for nachos & sangrias. lol 10/10 Then I got the garden salad. I was surprised it was all a spring mix with no iceburg, but I wasnt mad about it. It was very good & their ranch has good flavor. Some of these ranches out here tasting like nothing. Loved the big tomatoes & cucumbers in it. The one thing is the croutons were grainy like cornbread. Not my favorite croutons, but still very good. 8/10 Then we got the wings. We knew we liked the smoked so we wanted to try the traditional. Ordered 24 wings (Got the 12 BOGO.) My husband & I love Sweet & Hot. We asked to try the Teriyaki & Mango Habanero & our server was nice enough to oblige. We decided on the Mango Habanero. When they came they weren't hot, which is always sad. Not only that, I like flats & my husband likes drums. Imagine my disappointment when out of 24 wings there were 3 flats. THREE! I am of the mindset that you should always split evenly if not requested. But, anyways... the wings were terrible. Not hot, dry, chewy, hard to eat. My husband & I agreed. We really tried. I spit a lot of mine out. We spoke to the manager & he was very nice & accommodating. He did refund the wings. 3/10 for the wings, 10/10 for the Customer Service. Before we left I knew I had to force the Roasted Banana Pudding on my husband. He loves banana pudding but never orders desserts for himself so I had to do it for him. Man, was he in love. He went to town on that thing like it was going out of style. His exact words were, "this is so good it totally saved the night, total redemption". lol Seeing my husband happy... 11/10.”

She was fun, friendly, attentive, quick, and on point with greetings, taking our order, and checking on us. Tommy ( the owner) is friendly & I used to see him all of the time but now he is rarely there when I stop in. I miss his smiling face. “I think the ice cream was great. Tried the maple walnut. Apple dumpling not so much. The bottom was very undercooked, and when reheated, it wasn't very warm. I recommend at least slicing the apple open, so it folds like an onion. This way, the bottom of the dough will have a chance to cook. And more of the liquid from the apples and whatever else they put inside, some people put butter, we'll have a chance to cook out. Or when cooking the apple dumpling, cook it upside down for about ten fifteen minutes and then flip it back over to finish cooking the rest of the way. The top part of the dumpling in the apple was delicious. It was soft enough to use a plastic spoon to cut, but still crunchy At the same time.”

The pretzel sticks tasted like they were fresh baked and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were what you would expect and tasty. My wife got the Pittsburgh salad with chicken one day and salmon the other. I had a smash burger and fries. Great burger and fresh cut fries. Would have like to see a few more beers on draft, but the selection covered all the basics.”

Everybody commented on the cake and asked where it was made. The staff were very helpful, both when I ordered and when I picked it up. They carried the cake out to the car for me for which I was grateful. I wish I could put a picture of it here but the site won’t let me. I would give Prantl’s a 10/10”

Natalie, our waitress was amazing. Very nice, courteous, on top of things, added suggestions, checked in (plenty of times, but not overbearing).

Nachos were the best I’ve ever had. Fresh jalapeños, amazing salsa, shredded chicken, pico, sour cream, shredded cheese, cup of cheese, black beans, and golden brown nachos. Huge portions and this could have been a meal.

My daughter got the bacon and chicken ranch tacos and I got a Buffalo chicken salad for our entrees. Both were excellent.

For desert we got the cookie dough milkshake. Came with an ice cream cookie sandwich on top. This was probably our least favorite item, but still very good.

They also have bowling, arcade games, and massive televisions.

The bathrooms are very nice, clean, and newly renovated.

Skip going to Guy’s restaurant next to the casino and walk up the steps to this place. You won’t be disappointed. Will certainly be back.”

“Awesome Denny's I go there early morning when they open at 6:00 sometimes but also go on the weekends. It's clean the bathrooms are clean the food is absolutely outstanding I'll go there for breakfast and it's always good I never have a problem with anything there and again the servers are awesome and they're the ones that make it what it is a great place to eat breakfast for sure. I will frequently go back there as I always do. And by the way they're the only breakfast place that opens at 6:00 in the morning.”
