“It was a very nice experience from the time we walked in. It wasn't busy so we got seated and waited on promptly. The waitress was awesome! She was friendly and helpful answering our questions about certain menu items and refilling our drinks in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal!! I just got a hamburger which was delicious but my husband got a full rack of ribs! Those ribs were the best I think I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Our server's name was Shelly!”

“We had seafood tango in Washington tonight for our anniversary and not only was the food great but I really wanted to leave a review for our waitress Linda. She was the sweetest woman & we didn’t have to ask her for a thing. She was quick and we had a great conversation with her! I wish I would have gotten her name to keep in touch on socials because that’s how great she was! Our food came out so quick, she served our 18m old son his food first and foremost and everything was great! 10/10!!”

“We live out of town but had this pizza several times over the past few years, when in the area visiting family. The pizza is really good (not greasy or too spicy) but we forgot how big the pies are, so make sure you know how many slices you need when you place the order. This was our first time calling for delivery. We were disappointed that they did not honor a Seton Hill student discount that my sister who placed the order had. They also forgot part of our order but promptly came back after we called them. I'd definitely go back here again...not sure if my sister will.”

“My goal was to find the most delicious donuts to act as the bottom tiers of my wedding cake and I definitely did that the day I walked into the Donut Chef! I also ordered my cake from them but was not able to sample it as I didn’t have an appointment and I was running short on time. Wow! Is all I can say! Our photographer was laughing at us saying she’s never seen a couple eat an entire slice of cake at the cake cutting or fight over the last bite lol! Everything was so delicious and people are still asking where I got them a month later. They also made me the cutest little cake for one of my bridesmaids since it was her birthday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

There was a disgruntled staff member stomping his way out and slammed the door HARD as he left nearly hitting my wife, yelling profanities. Not sure if it's a regular occurrence with that one employee as the hostess was repeating to herself to please not break the glass (meaning on the door). It spooked my wife and I. We contemplated on leaving. You can't control disgruntled staff, but that was too far.”

“I think the ice cream was great. Tried the maple walnut. Apple dumpling not so much. The bottom was very undercooked, and when reheated, it wasn't very warm. I recommend at least slicing the apple open, so it folds like an onion. This way, the bottom of the dough will have a chance to cook. And more of the liquid from the apples and whatever else they put inside, some people put butter, we'll have a chance to cook out. Or when cooking the apple dumpling, cook it upside down for about ten fifteen minutes and then flip it back over to finish cooking the rest of the way. The top part of the dumpling in the apple was delicious. It was soft enough to use a plastic spoon to cut, but still crunchy At the same time.”

“Went for the first time yesterday. Service/staff were efficient and nice. Great outdoor dining area. Had my first Vegan pizza and it was very good. My son, who doesn't eat Vegan ate my leftovers the next day (not knowing it was vegan) and said it was the best pizza he ever had. I actually got one piece of leftovers and was so surprised that the leftover pizza was even more flavorful! Highly recommend!”

“Stopped at Oliver’s twice this week. Excellent service and food quality. The pretzel sticks tasted like they were fresh baked and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were what you would expect and tasty. My wife got the Pittsburgh salad with chicken one day and salmon the other. I had a smash burger and fries. Great burger and fresh cut fries. Would have like to see a few more beers on draft, but the selection covered all the basics.”

“We have eaten here a few times and had great experiences. We saw they were open on Mothers day and decided to go there, to bad we were an hour later than they were still serving. We went in and the owner came out, he insisted that he cook for us even though they had been done. I was blown away by this, you would never get that kind of treatment at other places. We declined his offer because Im sure he wanted to get home to his family, but the fact there are still good people out there like this gives me hope. 5 stars all day!”

The Banh Mi sandwiches are the amazing, but I think that they should either be less expensive, or they should take the time to chop up the jalapeños and take the stems off the cilantro. We tried the new General Tso's tacos, and they were awesome too, but it was pretty expensive for 2 tacos. All in all, I highly recommend this place for the food, but it isn't a frequent option for families due to price.”

Everybody commented on the cake and asked where it was made. The staff were very helpful, both when I ordered and when I picked it up. “The food was great. I had strawberry pancakes which was great and a large amount. Waitress Jessica is the best I have ever encountered, gifted smile, and on her game completely. You don't have to ask for anything, extra napkins, jelly, salt, pepper, take out containers, she has it all covered before you need them. She's the best of the best. I have no idea what they are doing with their wings but they are amazing and I have never had wings like these. So worth it. My wife finished her sandwich which she never does. The staff was super friendly and I love the oldies music playing. This place a real true locals feel. Can’t wait to go back. Everything was clean and a great setting!”

“I am but a simple (partly) Italian man, and so when I see that I can order a four cheese pizza from a local place that's near to me now, I will take that opportunity. And I was not disappointed in the slightest. The pizza was great, with the large size leaving me at least one (if not two) days of leftovers, and the place was very nice and well situated on the main road. Will definitely revisit in the future!”

“I was able to first taste Emily’s delish cakes at a wedding shoot we were doing together, I was hooked from then on and so was my husband, who is not a cake person, and said it was “better then Bethel”. For the past three years Emily has made my cakes for me and I am over the moon every time I pick one up! First it tastes outta this world and second it looks so spectacular you won’t even want to eat it! Third, her cakes are so well made that I can cut into and and pull out a piece and it never crumbles or falls apart. A+!!! I just moved to the area and looked up local pizza shops that deliver and their website advertises delivery. After looking over the menu and getting my heart set on what I wanted, I called to place my order and they told me they did not deliver. 💔”

Their house steak salad is top tier, and their Italian hoagie is fresh and a regular go-to for me. Their entire serving and bar staff is friendly and personable, and everything is extremely cost efficient. It's a wonderful establishment for lunch, dinner, or drinks.3

Not only did they instantly make the iced drink for me but refused to let me pay for it even though it was totally my mistake. Slightly irritated, I drove to Greengate and they tell me the same thing. Beyond frustrated and ready to break down because I had already paid online and had used my rewards for a free sandwich and fry, I didn't have the time to head back to Eastgate Commons yet again. They did Grant my order which I am truly grateful for because I was on the verge of losing my mind. I decided to head inside and request a manager. I explained my situation and they fulfilled my order. I'm truly grateful that Greengate did that for me because I was beyond frustrated. So East gate gets a poor rating obviously while Greengate did everything they could to help me get my order. Perhaps this can be brought up at a team meeting to avoid any future order issues.”
