I’m vegetarian, and during their lunch rush I ordered a salad with no chicken. When I got back to the office I noticed a few pieces of chicken in it, so I called in and asked if it could be remade (no biggie). Paige went above and beyond to correct the situation by doubling the size of my salad and throwing in a cupcake with a sweet handwritten note. It was so kind and it made my day! :)
What a beautiful cafe in the heart of downtown Lancaster. Just a 2min walk from the Imperial and Holiday Inn. There is a beautiful red brick wall interior with modern gold fixtures and accents. A beautiful fiddle leaf fig tree welcomes you at the door. They serve breakfast till 3pm. It's a great place for your kids too. They have a great kids meal with 3 simple but healthy choices. (I ordered through DoorDash!) I was sick today and needed a quick pick me up so I tried Scratch Bakes for the first time - it was EXACTLY what I needed.
