“NGL this grilled cheese - cheese burg combo was a dream. If you ever thought to yourself, "this burger could use a grilled cheese," "this grilled cheese could use a burger" or never thought any of those in your life but love GOUD cheesy food- this one is for you. The Texas toast (don't know if that's what it was but that's what it felt like) was buttered to the gawds above. Ruggers knows the CTS (cheese to sando) ratio and went above and beyond the call of duty. The burg patty was flavorful itself and held its own up next to the overflowing cheese mountain that surrounded it. The fries were a perfectly salted addition to the sando. It was as mouthwateringly delicious as it looks and #GOUDapproved from all angles over here. Mondays are also taco night so you gotta pick up a few tacos SIGNATURE! Grilled Cheeseburgher Our 3 cheese grilled cheese sandwich with American, Mozzarella, and Swiss. But with a burgher patty in the middle. Let me preface this review by saying I love Nashville Hot Chicken but outside of Nashville, TN is has been difficult to find a "hot" chicken that compares to what I've had in Tennessee. Some other places around the Burgh have Nashville Hot Chicken but the spice combinations don't work. At Gordo's the Nashville Hot Chicken Taco is so good with a perfect spice blend. It tastes like hot chicken tacos that I had at Pie Town Tacos in Nashville. Gordo's is the place in Pittsburgh to satisfy your hot chicken craving. Not to mention, their other menu items are delicious too. And they have great margs. My second favorite menu item is the Churoli- A churro and cannoli hybrid that rocks!“

“Take this review with a grain of salt as we had gone to quite a few drinking establishments ahead of this, but a couple things do such out to me. Their bartenders knew how to make very decent drinks and were friendly. The place looks cool and had a very unique vibe. The area felt very sketchy with youths with covered faces walking past the front door frequently and no security guard at the door.“

“My girlfriend and I went here not sure what to expect, but we had a great time. Our host for our booking was very kind and explained the rules of how curling worked and worked with us to teach us how to properly throw. He also helped us keep score. He was very encouraging and kind and made our experience fun. The rinks were groomed nicely-not like the olympics but for a local curling venue-was very pleased. Just want to thank the staff for their friendliness and fun that we had. I cannot remember his name, but he was a big reason of why we enjoyed this experience.“

“I came here a few weeks ago. It was a Friday and a group of ~10 of us dropped by after Edwin McCain performed. The place had a reasonable amount of people. I think Jessie was the only person working. If she wasn't, I'm really sorry I am overlooking the other person. I just remember interacting with Jessie each time we went to the bar. She was patient, quick, and effectively completed our drink orders. I don't know how she was handling everyone's orders so well, but she did an amazing job. She even had the energy to create a drink for me using the descriptor of "something sweet and/ or fruity." I can't recall what it was made of anymore, but I know that it was delicious enough that my other friend, who normally thinks some of my drinks are a little "too sweet," wanted one of her own after she tried a sip of mine. All in all, I'd return again if it can be guaranteed that Jessie will be our bartender, or that whoever is there was trained by Jessie to do the job. Again, no disrespect to anyone else who may have been working, but our crew remembered how great she was at taking all of our orders. To the owner, if you haven't done so in a while, I'd recommend giving her a raise. “This place was pretty fun. I randomly went here with a friend because we saw it was DJ night. Once we got there there are 2 separate areas. One for the dance floor and then the bar. If you wanted to order any food or drink during an event, you have to go to the bar to do so. The food was fairly priced and I loved their cheese fries! They use queso blanco!!!! “I was passing through town and someone recommended here to eat. I was pleased with everything until I receive my check. I ordered their house burger which normally comes with tomato. I asked to have it without tomato, but to add pickles. The burger was very tasty and had 3 tiny pickle slices on it. My bill had .75¢ added for pickles.(???)I'm sorry but this is not acceptable in my opinion... Such trivial costs being added to our bill without our consent. “What a fun little spot to stop in for a drink before & after an event. We dropped by for the 1st time b4 the Pens game (& after if course). The owner Jimmy was so gracious, so friendly to talk with. The crowd wasn't too bad (we even started taking to a few other PENs fans, that was nice) , the food was really good.
