“A friend and I went to The Greeks to watch the Phillies game and one of the worker that was behind the bar were being RUDE to us. We were sitting at the bar and (not even) 4 minutes into the game. He come to us and said; if you guys going to sit here, you have to order, than he added, I’m being serious. My friend and I both know that, but he DID NOT have to be rude about it by adding “I’m serious” at the end of that statement. Before the game even started, I told the other worker that was behind the bar that I would order a few minutes into the game.“

“I am very pleased with my experience here. I went with a group of 5 and ordered sample tasting, so we got to try a lot of different options they have. They have standard and an upgraded option (for just $10/person); it is well worth it to pay for the upgrade. I liked most of it. But what was exceptional is the liver goose, the duck scrapple, the wagyu and the sea bass.They do a nice show (at the bar) with some of their drinks as well. In this video I recorded them making my double knot Manhattan. They fire some cinnamon and fill your cup first with the smoke. It actually gives it a nice taste.“

“Pretty good experience! There was a little bit of a mix up with what we ordered but they instantly took care of it and got us the rest of our food. Some of the food was hit or miss. The broll, Bloc party, Hijiki, and e I shumai was great but I didn't really like the chashu because it was a bit gummy and the wings were not my favorite. But other than that, it was all great. “My overall experience was good. I have been here 2x. The first visit was excellent, and I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, my 2nd visit was not 5 stars. We made reservations as usual, but one person in our party wasn't able to make it. So they downgraded our seats to a circle booth table meant for 2 people. I was not happy but thought we drove far, so let's make it work. We ordered drinks, cornbread, and entrees. I ordered the short ribs. I asked if it was possible to substitute a side and was told no. Ok. I still ordered the ribs. Unfortunately, when it came out, it was fatty. I spoke with the waiter who spoke with the cook 2x. Finally, a new cut was offered, but by that time, I was unhappy. Even though my experience was not the best, I still tipped 20% because it's not the servers/waiters' fault.“

“Cool little space with lots of character. I went on a Friday night around 12AM and got a chicken sandwich and fries, which hit the spot just right. The server was so nice, and the prices were pretty good for what you get. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was super chill but I can imagine that it gets really noisy as soon as it fills up. “This brewery is located at 5th street and Spring Garden street. It has a varied menu and I tried the hummus platter which was rich and smooth. Very fresh vegetables and warm pita triangles. A love stout vanilla beer which was smooth n creamy. My friend had an American burger with fries "very juicy" she like the fries too. My other friend had pork belly on bao buns steamed he said it was okay but he isn't pleased with most things unless his Mom makes it. Service was fantastic!! We ate outside in an enclosed area with ceiling heaters. Quieter. Inside there is a rectangular bar and a huge room filled with Highwood and picnic tables with TVs all around. A great place to meet friends and hangout to watch sports. There beers are excellent.“

The staff are super friendly, attentive and go out of their way to get to know you and your pup to make sure everyone is having a great experience. We drive 1hr each way each time just to come here! First round is on them but then you'll have to pay extra for another round and that makes sense. On the weekend the restaurant turns into a nightclub which I think is awesome! While their service was warm and accommodating, the cheesesteaks were unfortunately heavily seasoned, even for someone who enjoys a salty kick. We ended up taking half of our meals home, realizing later that we should have spoken up about the seasoning issue.Despite this experience, I'm willing to give Bar Jawn another chance in the future. Patatas bravas are a must have if you're getting tapas and you can't go wrong with theirs. “Great spot for a cheap burger that is good quality. A bit under-seasoned but you get salt pepper to add. Very reminiscent of home style / back yard barbecue burgers. Hard to not have some bias for how affordable it is at 6 bucks but I don’t think it’s a burger that trumps other bar burgers flavor wise. Fries are good especially soaked in malt vinegar. Don’t really get the appeal of going after sun down when it’s pitch black inside though. Makes it super awkward when people go to the bathroom and this blaring light suddenly appears in the corner of your eye or if you go and come out from a piss to see the whole bar squinting at you because you’re a visual disturbance“

“I just joined Five Iron Fishtown and I love it. The location is great and I love the vibes of the inside. The hours are perfect as I generally go to use the simulators before work in the morning and work on my swing or play a round. I’ve also had a few lessons with Senior Golf Pro Matt Davis and I can already tell my swing has gotten better. With the technology they have and following Matt’s direction I feel like I’ll be performing a lot better once I get on an actual course. Highly recommend.“

The Kimchi was good, but a little too spicy for me (I should've put in on the grill and cooked it a bit). The corn-cheese sausage as amazing. The Brisket was amazing. Pork belly was very good too, but I wish they had some Shiso or Red Leaf, so I could make a ssam. The ssamjang was very doenjang forward. I asked my daughter who is local for some recommendations and she recommended Good Dog Bar. There are many great restaurants in the center city area, but this one does a great job. At 6:30 on a Monday, the place was quite busy. We were able to get a booth. I didn't see any tables for large groups downstairs. Most of the bar area and tables were full when we started ordering. The beer selection is diverse and prices are reasonable. For my main dish, I had to try to vegan Philly Cheesesteak. You might say that this is quite blasphemous being in Philly and doing vegan. I'm not sure how they did it, but it was very tasty. They also have some awesome fries with it. As far as parking, find a lot or garage or it's better to use mass trans or bike.“
