Was impressed that the quality was high but was not just lettuce and cheese but fresh red onion, sliced tomatoes, a cut boiled egg, cucumber; all of which they leave unlisted on their menu. Please do not just pass them up.“

“We enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Charlotte's Restaurant on a cold Ssturday evening in March. Our seafood dinners were outstanding in taste and quality. The table service was prompt, professional, and friendly even with the very busy Saturday night crowd. We lingered over dinner for two hours as we enjoyed a piano player who played delightful wide-ranging tunes without stopping throughout our dinner. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.“
“Once again, another wonderful meal! I ordered the Brussels sprout salad which I had not tried before. Glad I did! Lovely mix of crunchy sprouts, cranberries, walnuts, apple& Gorgonzola with dressing that complimented all of the flavors. Also had the salmon appetizer which is reliably excellent. Main courses of doradd & short rib delicious. I loved the chocolate cake & the “taste” of crème brûlée & ice cream are a great way to try several desserts. Veronica was lovely & helpful. Can't say enough nice things about Blackfish.“

“We took visiting family to dine here. They enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the drinks were top shelf. But be prepared for a timely visit. Getting food to the table took awhile even though it wasn't crowded the night we went. So really good food, nice place but do it when you have time.“
“I recently worked as a photographer at this bar/restaurant space that was being used for a wedding. There is a small space in the back thats great for pictures and small parties. They also have a bar upstairs and ample parking across the street. The appetizers were delicious and creative. Its a nice venue to hold a small event or to have drinks/dinner.“

“Nick was my server and he was so attentive to me and my dietary restrictions. I had just finished my chemo and cancer journey and he surprised me with a wonderfully decadent dessert. My whole family loved him. He definitely needs a raise because he made our first time experience being here amazing!! We will definitely be back again!!“

The pulled chicken was kind of spicy, but I handled it. The fries were so much better than other food chains, but when I went to the soda station and got a drink, you could see the water and the drink pouring in. The place has many pictures of US veterans. The place is great, recommend to everyone.“

They are twice the size of any other wings that I've eaten.. even if you bought them at the market and made them yourself. “As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

The chicken was so crispy and flavorful on the outside and the inside was juicy perfectly cooked. Buns tasted fresh. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.“

“When I die, I want my funeral luncheon to be crammed into Muffins, with me propped up in a corner of the back booth, with a Western omelet, hash browns, an order of bacon (or some scrapple), and fresh, hot coffee in front of me. The atmosphere was a little lacking- the place felt old and a little run-down, and everything was served on small plastic plates, which was a little cheesy. That being said, id still go back if I was really craving a roast beef sandwich!“

“They are a very beautiful family own place. They are of the Muslim faith, but very well versed and educated in all faiths and manners of life. The best part of the wings! Spicy garlic parmesan is one of my favorites but they have a lot of sauces and other foods to like wraps and platters you would have to just look up the menu. They also have a seafood place and they just open next door I'm not sure the name of it but from what people say it's just as good and you can see the miriam, Samuel, or Islam. Their mother I just called Mama. Every time I go in there it's an interesting conversation had and if you are Muslim say a prayer being played on the TV with the translation from Arabic to English“
“Hungry and seeking a local joint, I came across Meghan’s, what looks like a converted and now infamous breakfast spot. With the fading sign Street side and the smaller lot full of cars, I had a good feeling. There were about 30 chairs at tables and a few barstools. I immediately asked if they had Wi-Fi because I needed to tap on to do a little work on the laptop. I was advised apologetically there’s no Wi-Fi and that they are old-school. If I were them, I would tell the customer to just sit down and enjoy your breakfast and disconnect for a spell. However, I had a time sensitive so took the only open table at a two top in the back corner right next to the window overlooking masonry patio. Just then the waitress, smiling, bubbly and welcoming as you’re going to find, pegged me for a coffee drinker. She was right and I ordered my first coffee along with a basic eggs, home fries, meat, and toast breakfast. The meat and the toast are the two most important aspects of this meal for me, so I always ask which of their meats they recommend the most, and that my go to is pork roll cooked well done. Under advisement that their pork roll was the best around, I went with it along with rye toast. Food came out so quickly. I had barely set my laptop up, so I dug right in. I think it may be the first time that I didn’t take photos of the food. A combination of being famished and a near perfect thick cut pork roll, I got right to business. And before I realized I hadn’t taken my pre-meal photo, all that was left was a piece of toast. The interior decor was neutral with beige ceramic tile floors, and a beige painted upper wall with white wainscoting on the lower portion. The surrounding was alive with everyone chattering. It’s comforting and feels good to be in a place where so many patrons come in and hug the waitresses a friendly hello like old friends visiting after a long time apart. Not wanting to disappoint the audience, I ordered a single blueberry pancake, so I could get at least one photo. The thing was blue and wasn’t the best pancake I’ve had, but the consistency was interesting. I slathered it up with real butter and store-bought maple syrup. Eggs were cooked well. Pork roll blew my hair back. Really delicious melt in your mouth. Home fries were decent but would’ve liked to see some peppers and onions in there. Toast was delicious and already buttered up. I placed my credit card on top of the handwritten check and the waitress advised once again that they are old-school and only accept cash, further explaining that they had an ATM machine if necessary. No problem. Overall, I recommend Meghan’s for a nice quick breakfast and happy uplifting of the soul. And take it as an opportunity to leave your technology, gadgets, and highfalutin expectations in the car. This place is old-school.“

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here a couple years back, and recently returned for an anniversary dinner. Everything was as great as our first time, if not even better. We sat outside and had lamb meatballs, tuna tataki and their soup of the day which was a creamy asparagus soup... all were delicious, especially the lamb meatballs. Great Mediterranean flavors with 3 different sauces that all hit perfectly. Entrees were a smash burger (two patties), the two fourteen burger, which was huge and the kimchi fried rice with grilled chicken, which had a great spice to it. Not too casual, not too high-end, service was great, we will definitely be back.“
