The worst chick I've ever been to. Workers don't mark drinks appropriately, greet customers, or extend any form of hospitality that the franchise is known for. Could have caused a medical episode by giving me a drink with sugar,that was unlabeled when I specifically ordered a diet drink. Whoever the cashier was this morning was very rude and talking over me. I get it, she probably hates her job and deals with some of the worst people imaginable. She denied me hot water because it’s a ‘hazard’ (even though it’s 1) the same hot water that’s used to make the coffee and 2) most other chic-fil-a locations serve hot tea. Normally I would have asked for a manager to confirm but decided it wasn’t worth the struggle. Shockingly bad experience lol.
