Food is typically good and using delivery late night is great. However, my last order was missing 2 items and while the cost was minimal, despite 2 calls and 2 emails no response! I order from here all the time I expect Ted better! Not to mention they forgot about my order which then arrived 2.5 hrs after I submitted the order. The store did call to find out if I canceled 90 mins after the order. I'd still appreciate at least a response if not a refund or credit. Courtesy matters...read full review
Was in Philly for a couple days, and there was nothing else available for delivery at 2AM–Thank goodness for Night Owl! The order came super fast, great communication, and it tasted great! Would order again if I'm ever back in this city.

Great place. Good food, and Friendly staff. Open late for those night owls out there and those late night munchies ?. (The place seems to be under renovation. I hope it becomes a nice late night spot for students/staff/people)
