The chefs deserve every nice thing I could possibly have to say, but I don't want this place to blow up and get impossible to book.Every course has a different flavor profile and perfect seasoning. Place is out of this world. Best experience ever. 8 seats, 17 courses, chef explains every dish, what ingredients, where it’s from, etc. it was fun, music was perfect, and service was waiting on us at every moment. Really a top notch experience for omakase. Chef made it so much fun.
