“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. Food was great will definitely be a return customer“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. “I often work remotely from my laptop, and this shop has always been my go-to after moving to the Southside in 2020. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and the baristas are extra attentive and caring. I love this spot so much so that after two years of being a "regular" I started working here part time. As a customer turned employee, I can honestly say that being behind the counter is just as amazing as my experience from the other side of the bar. Lavinia puts so much heart into every detail and cares deeply about fostering a sense of community within the shop (for both employees and customers). I recommend Delanie's to everyone in hopes of it becoming their favorite spot too!“

“I frequent this restaurant often. I came in last week and requested a few items substituted on my salad due to dietary restrictions. Toi ensured that my food came out correctly and didn’t make it seem like I was asking for too much (unlike serves in the past)! Now that’s GREAT service! “Prices are terrific, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect out of a tavern, with a bonus from some potted plants.

The soup du jour, a spiced black bean soup, was out of this world. The fried pickles were the best fried pickle wedges I've ever had, with some terrific batter. The wings were good. The sauces were delicious, especially the spice golden BBQ sauce we had (golden goldenboy, I think). The only thing was they weren't crispy.

We'll definitely be back though.“

“Really nice little shop. Prices are fair and selection is good. Decent selection of Chinese teas for gong fu but definitely caters more to flavored and herbal tea drinkers. The woman who runs the shop is very kind and has even replaced a broken gaiwan lid for me at no charge. At least 2 times I've gone I've been given samples to try out and that's a very nice gesture. One complaint is that parking is difficult on the street, but that is no fault to the shop.

Highly reccomend the jasmine dragon pearls, white silver needle jasmine, monkey picked golden hunnan, golden monkey, milk oolong, and organic TKY oolong.“

“My family LOVES Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream! We visit the McCandless location weekly! The staff is patient and amazing—especially when my kids want to sample different flavors! The ice cream is always fresh and tasty. I love to getting a hot fudge sundae to top off a long week, and my children love the seasonal birthday cake flavor and cake batter (with sprinkles)! I recently tried the deep dish apple pie flavor and OMG!! It was heavenly!!!!“

“The barkeep was patient and encouraging. I chose the sour because it seemed fresh enough and not too acidic. The wheat beer I sampled wasn't bad, either. Carbonation seemed a bit on the moderate side. Overall, a very welcoming, chill, non-judgemental atmosphere. There's good pizza just around the corner, if overpriced, and the dumplings at the tent outside looked decent, if (again) they were actually filling for the price, which seemed to me unlikely. I look forward to returning.“
