“The ice cream quality and taste was very good. Location although on a busy road is a bit under the radar. Location is an order at the window style place. In a small plaza with other stores but no other major corporate draws I remember seeing. Bruster's is probably the best known business name in this shopping plaza area .They do a decent business from what I can tell. I'm sure there are busier times to stop but I haven't seen it super busy, at least the few times I've been here. I stopped here the last time with my mother who wanted a hot fudge sundae. I ordered a small waffle cone with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. The quantity was very good! Was a pretty large amount of ice cream for a small. I was glad I ordered this size. Mom's sundae was huge I thought! All in all a nice ice cream experience. ??“
“I always enjoy stopping by the Walnut Grille in Robinson. Kara and Kelsey C took care of me and my friends tonight, both were very friendly and attentive even when it was very busy. Manager Meagan stopped by to check on us. The whole staff is great. Love the Potstickers.“
“Came here after receiving a gift card a few months ago and loved it so much decided to return for a special occasion, once again DiAnoia’s did not disappoint. The menu had different items this time around, but we could not be happier with our selections. The drinks/food came out at the perfect time, our fried mozzarella and pasta dishes were still steaming when brought to the table, the entire staff including our waitress were all extremely friendly and accommodating even with a packed house. Can’t recommend DiAnoia’s enough!“
“Yeah so the lines are really long in nice weather, but I've driven by in the rain and there are always people there. Its' Page's! They always serve people smoothly and efficiently event when it's crazy busy. The ice cream is great and don't overlook the hot food options too! A Pittsburgh institution.“
“Fantastic lunch spot. You can build your own bowl with all the options for grain, protein, veggies, and toppings. Portion was large and not too pricey. Service was quick and friendly. They even gave me a rewards card (buy 10 bowls get one free) so in case I needed any more incentive to come back, I now have it. My only tip would be to arrive after the noon lunch rush. I went around 1 and had no wait, but one day a few weeks ago I stuck my head in at 12 and it was packed.“
“I've always been a fan of Grist House brewing. They have some good barrel aged stouts when they put them out. Also the IPA's are pretty solid. They seem to have a ton of sours as well which people love. I like them, but they don't like me (sours that is). Great outdoor space. I however at times get annoyed with some of the enormous dogs people bring. I have no issue with dogs, let me say that, but people sometimes bring massive dogs and are clueless to the fact that they are blocking doorways and things. It's also a Penn State brewery which is cool. They have firefest every year and that is a great time. Food trucks daily. Parking sucks, all street parking.“
“My friend suggested this place for lunch and it is in walking distance from my office . I tried Choriqueso empanada and Pabellon arepa on my first visit and I was blown away by the taste of the food . Staff was very friendly and answered our questions and suggested the dishes since it was my first time .Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetarian options .“
“That is the best ice cream I have ever had in town! Antney's Ice Cream is undescribable!!!! They are killing it with flavor, friendly staff and their changing menu. My personal fav is Cookie Monster and Red Velvet. However whatever I tried in there did not dissappoint once! Everthing is so delicious and freshly made!! I can give them 10k stars if I could! They deserve it!! If you read this review this far, please go and try their ice cream, believe me you will not prefer any other place again.“
“Hidden Vietnamese food in a shopping plaza in Wexford!! Recently, I found out that Little Viet Kitchen is the owner's second location up north! The other eatery is Banh Mi and Ti in Lawrenceville. They have the exact menu! The food is out of this world. The protein is flavorful and come in a variety of ways to eat. They have deli pork, beef, chicken, pork belly, marinated pork and vegetarian options. You can pair the protein in a sandwich, rice bowl or dry rice noodle bowl! The Banh Mi is a french baguette filled with marinated meat, pickled veggies and sauce, which is the perfect combination of savory and spices. I tried the Drunken Beef Banh Mi and I could not get enough of it. The beef is slightly sweet but mixes well with the sauce and fresh veggies. I also tried the Pork n Roll (sweet marinated pork with 5 spice) in a rice bowl! The portion was small but enough for a meal. Definitely on the sweeter side, but the pickled carrots, cucumber and tomato cut the sweetness. They also offer pho and a variety of drinks. I had the mint lemonade, which could have had more lemon flavor, but had fresh mint leaves too! The ambiance is casual. And this location is strictly take out. No tables inside at all. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Prices are fair. Looking forward to many more meals! tldr food 5/5 service 4.5/5 ambiance 4/5“
“A friendly, welcoming atmosphere focusing on the local community with amazing beer. They have a delicious hand made woodfired menu that changes seasonally so there's always something new to look forward to, also the very best pizza in town. Its outdoor seating only, but they have live music on the weekends weather permitting. The staff is very friendly & pets are welcome. They have something for everyone. “Great brewery! Friendly staff! The beers here are pretty good and they usually have a rotation of food trucks! They also do trivia every week as well. This is a great place for family, friends, coworkers, etc! If you're in the Pittsburgh area, I do recommend checking it out!“
“I was curious about this place because every time I drive by, they're packed. Today I thought, why not try them out. Well I now will only go to this drive thru as my quick coffee pickup. I'm honestly annoyed at myself for not doing this earlier. I'm so tired of giving money to megacorps like dunkin' and Starbucks.This coffee is really solid and they have a wide selection. The prices are cheaper than Starbucks and the quality is the same, if not better. I will be a regular customer for sure!I now want them to open up a ton more locations throughout the city. I feel like the business plan is amazing, you have a small lot with low infrastructure costs and minimal staff. They were quite ingenious on the placement, making use of the roads turning lane to provide 2 different drive thru directions. No megacorp coffee place has something like this. I just hope that the workers get paid a fair wage and that the business stays profitable, it's hard to compete against coffee giants and I wish them the best!“
“We stopped here for breakfast during a weekend getaway. The employees were super nice! We got pastries for us and our two daughters, and lattes. Everything was amazing, Especially the cinnamon roll and caramel apple latte! We will definitely be back in the future when visiting.“
“Oh man what can I say? Their pork buns are out of this world! And I love their honey lemongrass iced tea. My fav noodle dish on the menu is between the sukothai soup and the chiang Mai curry. It’s definitely a regular place I eat at. Only drawback is it is cash only. There is an atm but it charges a fee so you may want to avoid fees by bringing your own cash. Staff are pretty great, fast service, atmosphere is chill and nice. The prices are darn good for what you get.Vegetarian options: You can substitute any of the noodles with tofu or no protein too. A good Lent option also.“

“Fun little southside bar. I usually go for trivia on Wednesdays and it's always a great time. Only complaint is it's a very small bar and doesn't have a lot of seating.All of the food I've tried has been good also. I highly recommend trying the wings.“

“Always super clean and super fresh! I shop there at least once a week, often twice, now a lot of my dishes and sauces are inspired by healthy Mexican cuisine. People usually buy in bulk at the meat counter but when I asked for just a half pound of chorizo to season my sweet potatoes and greens the gentleman was just as nice as could be about it! “Me and a large group came on my birthday and we had the best time!! I got a flight and absolutely loved everything I tried. The pours are also super generous compared to other winerys I've been to. And the abilitiy to get wine, cider, and mead was so nice because not everyone in my group was a wine drinker. I was indecisive about a few and they let me try a bunch of samples before I settled on my decision. I got a Flatbread that was amazing! Also a fun fact.... if you go on your birthday you get a FREE drink that's in a cow horn that you get to keep. The staff was so friendly and patient with our big and roudy group. “This is by far my favorite ice creamery around. They are a tad more expensive but so so so worth it. Even when uber delivered for them they pack the ice cream with such care making sure in case the driver has other stops your ice cream does not melt they put ice bags with it. They've never got a single order wrong, I've tried almost all the ice creams and all are really good I see the quality. So even if a bit higher in price you won't lose my business“
“Great little taco spot down in Bridgeville. I had the Al pastor and a gringo taco and both were delicious. I really loved the green sauce on the Al pastor. Also the service was wonderful and very friendly. They have outside seating right in front and there's also a gazebo in the parking lot for when the weather is warm. I'll definitely come back and explore more of their large varieties of tacos.“

I’ve been in Pittsburgh for about 5 years and I can finally say that I found my spot for fried chicken. Not only are their beers unique and tasty, but they generally have something that will please everyone.Some of the best beers I've had have come from Hitchhiker and while their cans are good in a pinch, their on tap beers are well worth the trip.My only knock is they need to expand somewhere else with more seating and do a food menu of their own rather than relying on food trucks which can be hit or miss (can't remove a star for that since it's clear this is only a taproom) .The staff is great and attentive and let you try something so you don't get a glass of something you will hate.Getting seating here sometimes can be problematic in the winter months; but their stuff is top shelf and worth it.One of my top 5 breweries in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.“
“A true gem in downtown Pittsburgh. We found this after a day at Phipps. We had to try it all. We started with the French onion soup that didn't disappoint! It was the most flavorful onion soup I have had. The Matzo Ball soup was just as amazing. We got so much food!!! The chicken platter and a smokehouse burger! Holy cow, so good!!!! Cannot say enough on the food. Our waitress Carly was amazing, super friendly, and just all around amazing! You have to give this place a try. We can not wait to come back. Only bad thing I would say is parking is tough when it's busy but so worth it if you find one.“

“What a lovely surprise here in South Hills. I am rarely here and mostly for work; I searched for a cafe on Google and chose Colombino Coffee and I am very pleased. First of all the place is original, quirky, very nice, cozy, and clean. The barista welcomed me with a big smile and she was very friendly and her cappuccino is hands down the best I've had in Pittsburgh and surroundings. I love the lid with the stopper. They have a kitchen and some pastries on display. They also sell granola bars, chips, coffee and other goodies. I was here on a Thursday around 11:30 and there was only one more person working. If I lived here I'd definitely be working here too.The cafe has a parking lot shared with the other businesses so I doubt parking is ever a problem.Absolutely recommended!“
“Fall is in season at Bruster's! We had some of their fall flavors, Pumpkin Patch - which was pumpkin ice cream ( super creamy) with bits of soft Graham cracker & our other was deep apple pie! Oh my, it had chunks of fresh apple pie in it!! We also got one of our favorites for the freezer - cinnamon ice cream - goes perfect with Apple Pie!Always friendly fast service.“

I loved the decor and the drinks were fantastic and quite affordable (I had spooky juice and my coworker had their signature, the Jack-O-Lantern). There wasn’t anything outstanding about the breakfast menu, pretty much just the standard breakfast staples, however everything is fairly priced and exactly what you would expect. I thought the counter seating was fun and unique, although with such a large counter there are few booths and you may find the counter to be your only option.“

“A pleasant little coffee shop with plenty of choices, good coffee and tea, and even a few sandwich options. We had the ham egg and cheese sandwiches, an iced caramel cold brew, and a Chai Charger. The cold brew was a little underwhelming, however everything else was perfect. The shop itself was very well decorated with mechanic themed artwork throughout. This definitely isn’t your standard clean cut and modern coffee shop, but it is all the better for it.“
“As I've posted before, I'm a bit of a coffee snob and I prefer local, non-corporate coffee. I also like places with personality, great customer service and, of course, great coffee. Cafe cravings had it all. It's old school -- and seems to attract people from all walks of life. There was a line out the door and only two workers but they were hustling while simultaneously bantering with the locals and maintaining a great attitude. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and an americano, which were as tasty as we'd have hoped, but the 5 star review has far more to do with the authenticity of this neighborhood gem. I look forward to my next visit.“

“We decided to walk through the Southside down to the Highline to see what's new. We checked out the Burgers menu and then continued to De fer @ The Highline to take the chill off. Arriving around 11am, it was quiet with just the right music buzz and volume for a pleasant stay. The barrista was pleasant and set to making our cappuccinos like a real coffee shop. They were beautifully presented and delicious. The shop has a french motif but opens to a modern industrial lobby with comfy chairs, where it seems a number of small work meetings were taking place. The lobby is large, and the furniture is well spaced for privacy. The lobby has charging available for electronics. As a bonus, if you are reducing your carbon footprint, the parking garage has vehicle charging stations. We left De fer for a walk on the trail as noon approached, and the shop got busier with people coming in for snacks, salads, and cold drinks.“

“Delicious coffee and quick service. I had the Cafe Mocha and my wife had Chai tea. The mocha was expertly balanced between rock coffee, chocolate, and milk. My wife says it was the best chai tea she ever had, and I'm inclined to agree!“

“This brewery in the Rocks marked the 102nd brewery that I've visited. Marking that I've officially visited every microbrewery in the Pittsburgh region and let me tell you there is a lot. More are on the way, and I'll need to visit the new ones.Sadly I didn't know until this year that this place existed. How did I not know. One thing is that I love Hazy IPA's or Pale Ale's, they are my go to drink. What I do not like is a sour. However I tried a couple of their sours and damn are they the best that I've ever tasted.This place is unique it's in part of an old theater. They still have comedy nights here on the weekends it appears. The place looks a little scary, but it's perfectly fine area from what I've gathered.I can't wait to come back here again. Great place.“
