“This cute little cafe is a hidden gem with vegetarian options!I stopped in with my family while on a road trip and got the BEST vegetarian borscht that I've ever had. They also have the most delicious stuffed pastries that they serve hot if you're dining in. We got the spinach and cheese pastry and also a mashed potato and mushroom pastry. One stuffed pastry is a nice size for a light lunch, especially with a cup of borscht, but we loved the pastries so much that we got some to go, too!My only regret is that this wonderful cafe is so far from home!Vegetarian options: Phenomenal stuffed pastries. There were three vegetarian options, and the two that we got were amazing!Kid-friendliness: There was a high chair and they were so sweet with our two kids. They were feeling picky today, but I think other kids would love the pastries and soups! There is no changing table for babies in the bathroom, though, so you may need to stop elsewhere afterwards if a little one needs a fresh diaper.“

“Absolutely fabulous bakery to order a custom cake from! I could not be happier with the cake and outstanding customer service. I shared my vision with Tatiana for a custom graduation cake and she did an excellent job. Our guests were wowed! “Recommend! I had never had this style of pastry before - so I picked up an assortment! I got the last Portuguese egg tart, a pork sung, a cranberry milk butter bun, and a Nutella and cheese. (Sadly, they were out of the ham and cheese, so I’ll have to wait and try that another time!) All were very good! None of the sweet varieties were overly sweet and the egg tart crust was so light and flaky. Must say, though, the pork sung was my favorite! Will return to try more of their delightful baked goods soon.“

“I have these almost everyday! Personally I order 6 unsalted pretzels and the container, about 8-12oz. CINNAMON SUGAR DIP! Yes! PEOPLE get it! You won't regret it. IT'S HEAVENLY! I have that for breakfast on my days off- no cooking. Lol Honestly a great place with great people! The new owner is a truly kind person. And the girl behind the counter is lovely. “One of the best cake shops in State college. Good variety of cupcakes which includes choices of Gluten free.They do get busy so it's better to order cakes 3 days to a week in advance.Service is friendly.My favorites are Chocolate cake and Tiramisu.“
