If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. The room was gorgeous (fireplace and jacuzzi WHAT!), the spa services were so relaxing, the staff were very friendly and the grounds were stunning. “Love everyone there but I especially love that Dani did the work to improve the roast and make it so dreamy! No heartburn, just a beautifully smooth tasting coffee. I also love her gluten free baked goods. As a celiac I truly appreciate when someone makes the effort to have a yummy treat available with my coffee. Also, everything is so affordable so you can cheat on your Keurig more than once a week 😬”

“My husband and I brought a ton of our friends here the morning after our wedding nearby and had a great breakfast! The food was exactly what we needed, so good, the staff was so friendly and accommodating of our bigger party, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. They put our leftover wedding cake in the fridge and brought it out for us after we finished our scrapple. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality!”

“My husband and I have been vacationing here in the Poconos for about 10 years. We are from Maryland. We discovered Cakes and Scones several years ago and ever since, we make it a point to go to our favorite bakery, Cakes & Scones! Always have had the best scones, cakes (esp the chocolate lava cake!!), coffee, quiches, and pies!!!We bought a blueberry crumb pie this year and it was loaded with blueberries and not too sweet, but sweet enough! It was delicious to say the least!! One reviewer complained that they did not have doughnuts—I would refer that said person to check out Dunkin Doughnuts!!Tere and Andy are wonderful bakers, pleasant to talk to and most helpful. We always look forward when we come to the Poconos and check out their latest bakery item!! We have never been disappointed!!”

“Went in to break Passover with a Bacon Cheeseburger (hey, we all have our own traditions, right? 😀). I ordered the Renegade Burger—and got waaay more than I bargained for. This thing was HUGE...and DELICIOUS! I barely made a dent and took home enough for at least another meal. Very welcoming crowd, and I definitely would go back again (but next time I'd order a smaller burger!)”

“Wasn't sure what to expect coming to Skytop Inn, but was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire staff from the moment we stepped on the grounds. Our dinner at the Lakeview restaurant continued that experience where we were treated to perfectly cooked meals (I got the homemade spaghetti and meatballs, but even something as simple as that was incredibly well done!) and even has a Mature Bald Eagle fly over the lake around sunset, an added nice surprise. From Theo (who manages the Inn) to the waitstaff it created some lasting memories, highly recommended!”
