“Each time I order something from here, there always seems to be an issue of some sort. Either the machine is being cleaned so we can't offer that drink, or the fries are rewarmed and not fresh, always something.I keep coming back though because it is one of the nicer insides of a McDonald's that I have seen and I enjoy sitting in here to eat my food. The staff are also always pleasant and doing their jobs!Kid-friendliness: Families are welcome here. The dining area is large and kid-friendly with seats that accommodate children (blue stools).Parking: The parking is not huge, but every time I come here, there always seems to be ample parking and I never have an issue parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to enter this McDonald's are double-doored and therefore it can accommodate wheelchairs. There are also plenty of tables to accommodate someone in a wheelchair.“

She replies with a big huff non-willing to give me the condiments ... “I would like to highlight the exceptional work of the three employees who were present today on October 11, 2023 around 3:30 p.m. They were all very friendly in addition to paying particular attention to having hot fries for customers and checking if one of the games was pink for my daughter who requested it.We often write when the service is bad but today the service was excellent. “One of the best McDs in Gatineau! They seem to have a smaller working area than others, but they do great with what they have! Though I have yet to find a McDs that knows that a Double Big Mac ALREADY comes with 4 patties, and adding 2 makes 6, this location is great at customizing meals(Thankfully they know to add a third patty when ordering a Double Quarter Pounder with an extra patty).“
“This is the best McDonald's in the region, the food is always very good (never undercooked or over cooked), very fresh and the staff are very courteous. If you are around the area and looking for a place to eat in or for takeout this is the McDonald restaurant you want to eat at!“

“Overpriced without coupons but the app usually has something decent to choose from, $2 for McMuffin is well worth it even though Ronald cheaper out and uses processed cheese. Which is fine until you go to their competitors who use real cheese, 5 star since I was starving and now I'm full“
“My burger and fries were well made compared to other McDonald's I've been to. The only bad thing was that the one drink machine had no ice so the Coke was warm. Ick. Luckily, there was a second machine right beside it that did have ice.Service was fast, and the dining room was quite modern looking. A good place to hang out with friends while eating.“
“Service is fast and this establishment has to be one of the cleanest. The dining area is exceptionally clean and the garbage cans outside are never overflowing like at many other establishments. The nice outdoor patio is also a great addition.“
“We went to pick up some lunch for the grandkids before watching the eclipse. The place was packed, many young people had the day off school. Although we had a longer wait than usual, the fact that the staff remained patient and friendly helped the customers stay calm, and the experience was overall positive. (I don't think the supervisors foresaw how busy lunchtime would be on a Monday, but the eclipse changed all that. )“
“Very good Mcdo! You have to remember that this location is the only one after Maloney as far as Papineauville, so very busy. Also, for many employees, McDonald's is their first job, so let's be patient with them. They do their best to serve all customers as best as they can and accurately. Yelling at them won't do any good! They are not paid to be criticized or yelled at. Often, they have to deal with people who are sick. If you want to criticize or yell at them regarding the service and/or speed, you are invited to fill out a part-time or full-time employment form!
