“Always a good choice for a dinner with family, friends or a group for a party. The cuisine is excellent and typical. “Bring your own wine” restaurant. The owners are almost always on site and provide impeccable service.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.Parking: Large outdoor parking lot. Always space available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but door a bit restricted.“
“It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to surprise him. The restaurant took us on a journey through the magical flavors of North Indian food. The presentation, the smells and tastes. Truly amazing. Also, they were very friendly and attentive at all times.“
“My wife and I decided to order from Mumbai Zaika-e-Rasoi after trying their food at an outdoor market and seeing all the positive reviews. We were not disappointed! We ordered a vegetarian thali along with two desserts. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant in arranging our order. It made our wedding anniversary all the more special :)“
“Indulging in the consistently superb quality at La Super is always a culinary delight. The overall food experience remains top-notch, with enduring goodness in every bite. However, a noticeable change over time has been a decrease in portion sizes, leaving a slight room for improvement in this aspect.Despite this, my love for their Vada Pav and Masala Dosa remains unwavering. The Vada Pav offers a perfect blend of flavors and textures, while the Masala Dosa continues to be a highlight of their menu. The Pav Bhaji and Dahi Batata Puri are commendable as well, offering a satisfying mix of taste and authenticity.Adding to the repertoire, I recently explored their Masala Tea, and it proved to be a pleasant surprise. The infusion of clove flavor added a unique twist to the traditional masala tea, elevating the overall experience. While I appreciate the consistent excellence in taste, a bit more attention to maintaining the original generous portion sizes would enhance the overall dining satisfaction. La Super remains a go-to spot for its delightful menu, and despite minor adjustments, it continues to captivate with its culinary offerings.“
“We ordered for a corporate happy hour - approximately 22 people. The owner responded quickly and was very friendly. Everything was ready on time and I was helped to place everything in the car. The food was excellent, fresh and tasty. Everyone really liked it.We ordered: Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikimasala, Vegetable Curries, Onion Bhaji, Vegetable Samosa, Basmati Rice and Naan Bread.Thank you again for the dishes and the good service. I highly recommend!!“
“Satisfied our Dosa carvings successfully at this place. Best sambar that I had in recent times. Chutney was a little watery, but the taste was amazing. We had egg dosa, masala dosa and podi idly, all the dishes are great and the spice on the podi idly is on point. Will definitely visit again when we are back in montreal.“
“Very good little Indian restaurant. Surprised by the decor which is usually hmm pocket. .. there: big effort.. it's really cute.Very tasty food.It was cold, but there was no heating in the restaurant, so we kept our coats on!Otherwise it's very good.To do again next time without hesitation for the quality of the food and the welcome.“
“Good foodThe food is very delicious and hygienic. The ambience is nice. This is my second visit here and must say, RBG is one of the tastiest Indian cuisine restaurant ever had.Had chana bathura, Shahi paneer, chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken legs. The chana actually tastes like made with Indian recipes.I loved their service. They staff is really good. The owner is very nice and polite. Must recommend“
“This is my favorite place for comfort food. Service is always great, the folks are friendly, and the quality of the flavors are always on point. this is one of my “safe food” locations, ND folks know what I mean. My favorite thing to get is the butter chicken with medium spice, and my spouse usually gets palak paneer and garlic naan. We’re always pleased with what we order. We usually do pick-up but the restaurant is also a really cozy spot with ample room between the tables. The smell inside is fantastic and the lighting is soft and warm. It’s just a nice comforting place with comforting food and kind staff with reliable consistency that makes a big difference in an unpredictable life.“
“Amazing indian food in Montreal, everything blew past any of my expectations, everything was dleicious, the cocktails were phenomenal, and the deconstructed samosa left everyone speechless, no joke, it was that good. The service was cocktails top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. You will not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go here.“
“My wife and I had a wonderful meal here on a recent trip to Montreal. The service was friendly and attentive. We each had a Thali but one vegetarian and one meat version to get a mix of curries that we shared. We really enjoyed their curries - spiced just so as to be not overpowering hot but enough that you could still taste individual spices and the food. That takes some skill to get that spicing right! Sides of samosas, naan and rice were very good. We liked the cumin seeds in the rice. Plates were attractively garnished with tasty pomegranate seeds and coriander. We tried their version of Shahi Tukra, a dessert we've never seen before, made in a puff pastry shell instead of ghee fried bread, with rosewater, cardamom, thickened sweetened milk and nuts and garnished with pomegranite seed. It was excellent!“
“food and service were both AMAZING! the guy was so sweet with us making us try many different things to get a taste of everything before ordering, then ordered the butter chicken tacos and OMG! IT WAS AMAZING!!! must go to this place on a late saturday night!!!“
“Went yesterday at Bombay express which was really very worth it in terms of service, food, price and the atmosphere is like we are in India, moreover staff is very friendly (Navi) she recommended me butter chicken, paneer tikka masala with garlic naan :::::sooooooooo good..........Thanks to team Bombay Express “
“Absolutely love this place! The food is so good and flavourful! The shrimp in the biryani was tender and not dry or rubbery like in a lot of other restaurants. The Kashmiri lamb is super tasty and helps balance the spice of other meals. Even their white rice is perfumed just right and so tasty. Best Indian on the south shore and even competes with popular spots in Mile Ex!Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options, love it!“
“Good food choices and tastes are authentic and delicious. The gift boxes are super cute and perfect to take to someone's house. The cashier is very helpful and nice. We are very happy this area verdun city of Montreal downtown excellent place to buy “
“I knew this place was gonna be amazing when I saw the neighbouring table be served their food in metal plates. It's a small thing, but it shows that the Thali is authentic! They made me a vegan 'chef's choice' plate and it was phenomenal. Great spice level, phenomenal texture on the aloo ghobi. The rice was a little over, but it made it floofy and pillowy. Huge fan. Will be back!“
“tres bon resto, mais n y allez pas seul. si le resto est un peu plein, mais avec des tables libres, on vous dit que toutes les tables sont réservées. j appelle 5 minutes plus tard pour réserver une table pour 20 minutes plus tard. pas de pb une table est libre. l excuse : une table vient de se libérer, les clients partent. on aurait pu me le dire et je serais revenue plus tard. c est dommage. je n y mettrai plus les pieds.“
“best sweet in verdunGreat experience!! Food is fab and restaurant is really clean. Must recommend their milkshakes and sandwiches are just too yum! Their sweets variety is pretty huge as well! Great staff and service..definitely gonna come back“
“A little disappointed at the beginning with the policy of $25 minimum order for delivery (that's a lot of food alone) but hey I would have extra for 2 other meals. Food wise ♥️ nothing to complain about, everything was excellent naan bread, mixed cat, tandorie chicken salad and the baji onions were just too succulent!“
“"Absolutely incredible experience! The vibrant flavors of the dishes were a delight to the senses. The warm and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance transported me to India. Every dish was a masterpiece, and I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable meal."“
“Good place in La Prairie for Indian cuisine. Generous portions, very good. The new location is less inviting to go to the dining room, but the take-out meals are generous and hot at very reasonable prices!I've loved this place for years!! :DI ordered with 15 of my work colleagues for our Christmas dinner and everyone really liked it... everything was devoured!“
“An incredible experience, for me it is by far the Best restaurantIndian cuisine in Montreal!❣️The dishes are delicious, completely refined and well presented.
