The first thing I have to say about this restaurant is the wok Hei is on point. You can't go wrong with the beef padsew. The smoky flavour that the wok gives, you can't find it everywhere. The salt and pepper calamari are just fingerlicious. The spiciness combines with the wok hei is so fragrant. I like to have the snow flower fat beef hot pot. Tasty food! Came here just shy of midnight as I hadn't gotten dinner earlier and there weren't that many options open nearby. I asked the owner and they noted that they were open until 1:30am everyday.I ordered the shrimp fried rice. 15% tip is added automatically (manual calculation by hand); I'm not sure whether or not this is a bad thing - I guess an alternative view is to make your tip worth it by requiring good service throughout.
