“I've tried a few different meals here and some I would recommend, others I wouldn't. The pizza and subs are really good. Never had an issue at all with them and I will continue to order them! The BBQ isn't really that good as far as what i like. Brisket should be juicy and slightly pink. What I got on a sandwich here was drier than I prefer. With Chubs right down the street pumping out amazing BBQ, it's hard to compete! Also had an issue where we went in around Halloween just to be told we needed to call first to order because they were too busy, and when I called they told me they weren't taking orders. Just tell your customers that in person, or plan ahead and be able to fulfill orders. Growing pain!“
“What an amazing caterer! Our wedding was coming up and I always dreamed of a beach wedding. We needed to have a Kosher dinner and I really wanted a barbecue. Padraig Keane and his team had never done a Kosher wedding before but was eager to do one. He purveyor was able to supply all of the Kosher meats and fish. He followed all of the dietary laws to the letter. The food was out of this world. My guests had never tasted such delicious brisket and salmon. The set up and execution was flawless. We are still talking about the brisket. His staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would absolutely recommend Keane’s Wood-Fired Caterers whether you need Kosher or not. “My wife is from Texas and she's pretty picky about BBQ. We live in RI and places near us don't come close to this. Ribs were very meaty. We bought a rack and got three meals out of it. Seating is limited though, so probably better for takeout than inside dining. Service was fast and they were helpful in answering questions.“
“Great all around experience. Smoked wings and brussel sprouts were terrific, wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection. Pulled pork, brisket and chicken sausage were all great in their own way with nice blends of flavor and a good mix of crisp and tender bits of pork and brisket. The food didn't need extra sauce, but it did add a little to the pork. Finally, we all agreed that the skillet cornbread was amazing and would be worth doubling up on in the future!“

“My husband and I grab a quick beer at Great Northern a couple of Fridays each month - right before daycare pick up. Kitty is typically working, who is a total gem and takes great care of us. This past weekend, we threw an adult birthday party at GN BBQ and many adults in our lives have kids, so kids were there, too. It was a total blast and pure chaos - the GN team was extremely patient and made us feel at home in one of the best neighborhood spots around. Huge thanks to Hannah, Adam, Meg, and the whole crew.“

“We went for lunch. Also so my wife could get her birthday dessert. The lunch burger was delicious. My wife got the entree strawberry salad said it was fantastic. We brought the dessert home for later. Got the chocolate stampede more than enough for the two of us. Also it was great!“
