“No pictures, sorry, too busy talking to family. But there were 4 of us and this is what we had:Chili omelet, home fries, English muffinChocolate filled crepes, side of scrambled eggs2 of us had pancakes with eggs, 1 over medium, the other scrambled.Awesome service.“
“Great family oriented restaurant. Food is reasonably priced with many choices. Pizza, salads, grinders, daily specials. Entrees like veal parm, fish steak. A nice bar area away from the dining area. Great patio for warm weather dining with a view of the river. Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“We stopped here to use our Food Fights coupon and glad we did. We had the smoked chicken wings with Thai peanut sauce and an order of brisket with sides of house salad and chili. DH said his chili was very good and he's a bit of a chili nut. The wings were crispy and saucy although I would've liked more of a peanut flavor. Thai peanut sauce is usually more "peanut-y" and only mildly spicy. We went on a Friday night and they had a band which made the place pretty lively with an upbeat atmosphere.“
“Love this place! It's tucked away in an easily accessible location and everything about this place I just love. The atmosphere is great as are all the employees I've encountered. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. I love that this location has 2 pool tables, a bar and some great food. Anytime I'm in a the area this is my go-to spot.“
“Had lunch with my grandma today. Our waitress, Tayla, was phenomenal. She was quick and efficient and had a great personality. Now, I didn't get a meal per se, I got a few appetizers. Fries were good, crisp and hot. Baked potatoes were obviously frozen and I'd give them a 6 out of 10, and I had the mozzarella sticks which weren't the best. Sooooo much breading on it. My grandmother had baked stuffed shrimp and grapenut pudding for dessert and LOVED it. Overall, food was decent and I'd be back again! The only true complaint I have is I ordered antipasto for take home. It isn't your traditional antipasto and was disappointed when I received it.“
“For the only real restaurant in the airport, my expectations were low. Not only was my drink stuff but the food was delicious. The stuffies were far better than expected and the chowder was delicious. The staff was working hard but clearly short handed. If you have the time, give them a chance.“
“The shaved steak sandwich was great. Asked for Chrissy fries and they were crispy and delicious. Lettuce wraps were excellent and different in that the sauce was not the typical Asian sauce. Wait staff was attentive and we enjoyed a great meal.“
“Enjoyed the combination of flavors. Definitely recommend looking at the menu beforehand to familiarize yourself with the ingredients and know your selections. The ambiance in the cushioned seat area and service was also very nice. Highly recommend the toffee pudding.“
“We had to wait 20 minutes today for breakfast but it was opening day of fishing season so they were very busy very good food great waitress and we were in and out after we got seated in just about an hour as usual great time. More than willing to wait the 20 minutes“
“This little place is a gem. In business roughly 78 years four generations of the same family. I had two wieners all the way and a chocolate coffee milk drink. The fellow working behind the counter very upbeat and personable great guy to meet when you first walk in the door. I highly recommend this place for atmosphere for food and price. I travel a lot and eat at many different restaurants around the country This is one I'll come back to again when I'm back in Providence.“
“Top notch all around - destination worthy for sure. The hospitality, food and drinks are all amazing. Very creative and delicious cocktails available inside and out. Standouts were the perfectly-shucked oysters, grilled striped bass and Catbird - the Miami Vice was also a welcome frozen refresher on a very hot summer afternoon.“
“Great place to watch the Bruins. Great food. Great service. Good prices on drinks. A hidden gem of a spot.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns! Vegan hot dogs! Vegan chili! As someone with a vegetarian brother and a celiac sister, it's great for everyone!“
“Another excellent experience at our favorite restaurant. We shared clam chowder, shrimp bruschetta and a chicken pesto sandwich. Everything was great. Cork & Rye does an amazing job with soups. Chelsea gave us her usual outstanding service.“
“We came here for the first time for our wedding anniversary and were more than impressed with this restaurant. Food and service were spectacular and we definitely will be back again. I definitely want to say thank you for making our anniversary that much better will continue to recommend this establishment to all my friends.“
“If you want next extraordinary meal, that is exceptional and crosses boundaries farm to table beyond delicious. This is the place to seek for the ambience service and deliciousness. I traveled the globe and this is my most favorite restaurant hands-down“
“Delicious delicacies and amazing staff took care of my FIL's birthday dinner perfectly. Menu delicious, drinks delicious, dessert delicious. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The beef tartar is out of this world and the black pasta is literally to die for. ???“
“Food here is absolutely amazing. The combo platter with 2 or 3 sauces is one of my favorite things. Why only 4 stars? Google Maps says they open at 10. I got there around 10:15 (I wanted to pick this up for lunch), but the worker said he'd need another half hour or so to get ready since he just opened. Wouldn't your opening time be 10:45 then? I ended up going for a walk and came back a half hour later - still wasn't ready and acted like I was a nuisance. I had to leave at that point to get back to work without food.I'll definitely come back later in the day next time but maybe adjust your hours?“
“My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Troop host our wedding in November and it was the best time! Every one of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Adam and Nikki helped me from the beginning to capture my vision of my perfect wedding day. The staff was on point and the food...A-MAZING! No stuffy country club blah food here! And we had bartenders that rocked!! Never waited for a drink. As the bride...I have to give Nikki a special shout out, she was right there to make sure my husband and I ate and were taken care of. The best was when I was getting into the limo to leave and she handed me a take out bag with pieces of my wedding cake and Troop's delicious chocolate chip cookies. If you haven't had one then your missing out. My guests all left with one to take home. I highly recommend Troop to host your next party. Enjoy!“
“A basement bar in Providence RI. It has many seats and fairly large menu. There was something for me to have too as I am pescatarian, some bars have nothing for me to have. We ordered many food and they were all good. Having some game machines (not loud) billiards table and other. I enjoyed the stay.“
“Our first time. Two members of party with celiac. Very safe and conscientious. But her and steak were overcooked. Burger order was incorrect. Flavors were outstanding. Service was attentive but food was slow to come out and was lukewarm. I'll attribute to a busy Saturday and will give them another shot due to accommodation for Gf. Lovely decor and we were on the heated pitch which was very nice“
“We came from Ct randomly searching for a local dinner and were not disappointed!!! Karen, our server, was courteous and knowledgeable of specials not on the regular menu. Well, our dinner was outstanding! We had the swordfish and tv dinner's, nothing short of exceptional! From Karen to the chef who cooked our dinner we had NOTHING to complain about! Definitely coming back on our next trip! With a special note to Karen, THANK YOU!“
“Great local pub that draws people from miles away. They have a fantastic list of local and regional craft beers and specialty drinks. All of their food is excellent and consistent in quality. I think they have some of the best burgers around and my wife says they have the best tuna melt anywhere.Get there early because they fill up fast! Worth the dive from anywhere in RI!“
“This is one of the most fantastic breakfast experiences I have ever had! You will never want to go to another place. I am not sure how I will ever get past breakfast and on to the equally incredible lunch menu!! Everything is fresh, beautiful and made to order with incredible portions!! Creative, delicious food and an immaculate restaurant!! I give The Cozy Grill 10 STARS!!! ⭐️“
“They have a solid menu with not too much of choices, therefore they serve really good and fresh food. Clam chowder is tasty and not too heavy.Parking: Free parking in a parking lot beside the location as well as paid parking garages in close walk distance.“
“Came here for a dinner hosted by a vendor for work. Was able to try a bunch of different appetizers. Got the lobster roll, wished their had just a bit more lobster. The dessert tart was also delicious. Got the lychee martini and some strawberry drink that everyone was getting. Both drinks were good. Service was very good as there were prob 30 of us. Very attentive all night.“
“The pulled pork sandwich was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. Smokey Bones has the best BBQ sauces around. And they have e the best French Fries as well. I ate at the bar a the service was spectacular. I decided to try this restaurant today for lunch while my car was being serviced. It's a quick walk from the numerous car dealerships in the area. What a perfect place to hang out while my car is being serviced. I'll be stopping in more often as I really enjoyed my lunch break. Kay was a fantastic bartender. I really enjoyed my lunch today!“
“Fantastic all around! Recommended by a local friend who did us right. Starting with the super cute and friendly waitress, it was all good. Ramen salad...yes, please! White fish pate, ok! Best shrimp and grits I've ever had...and I lived in New Orleans for four years. 15/10 will do again if I am in Providence again. This city definitely punches above its weight class, culinarily, and this place is punching hard!“
“If you're looking for a classic diner breakfast, then look no further. The minute you walk in the door it's like stepping back in time.Everyone there is part of a community. Pictures of guests cover the walls, and memories fill the air.A well made and classic breakfast is exactly what you're looking for and exactly what you'll get when you order.I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about this establishment.I used to go all the time with my grandmother as a child, and when I started going again 30 years later I found myself just as happy with the food as I was as a child. If you want breakfast in Warwick, then look no further.“
“I can't comment on the atmosphere of this burger joint because I've only ever had the food delivered via Uber Eats and Doordash.Notwithstanding the foregoing, I will say with the utmost assurance that the burgers, fries, and onion rings are top notch. I am especially impressed with their onion rings. They are doubled breaded & batter dipped and oh sooo good. So many try to do onion rings but fail. Not so with Wayback Burgers. Their O Rings harken back to the glory days of greasy spoons and the blossoming of roadside hops & burger joints in the 50s and 60s as America embraced car culture. And don't get me started on their milkshakes. Biden would have a field day with their hand dipped shakes and malts. Thick and creamy, their shakes pretty damn nearly represent Americana at its finest-a cultural Renaissance to be sure.I am waiting impatiently for them to open in a few hours. Keep up the good work guys and gals!“
“Always enjoy our breakfasts. Negative today was a family who came in with a sick child, who coughed incessantly, and had a runny nose. Why did they nit stay home. Instead they came out with another couple with children. Parents had to keep covering thier child's mouth when she coughed. Now they placed germs everywhere. They only thought of themselves and didn't Thunk about others in a public place nor their child who was very sick. Shane on you“
“I've been here approximately a dozen times and feel I can say an honest review on this place. First thing people pick up on with any bar/tavern is the atmosphere. Usually on a weekend night it's pretty loud with locals watching sports and yelling at the TV and loud music playing as well. If you're in your 40s and haven't turned in your fun pants yet then you'll fit right in. You'll be with familiar tunes blasting from Guns n Roses to modern country and sprinkled with 70s rock, 90s grunge etc it's a very cool mix of music they play in which makes me enjoy coming here. Secondly, is the service and staff. Bartenders are very friendly and actually know how to tend bar. They are always smiling, joking or engaging with customers. What is really impressive is that they know how to make a GOOD sangria without a mix. Lastly, the food. As mentioned this is a bar so they don't have an extensive menu. However, the burgers are very good!! Also, you gotta have a pudding shot in which the owner's wife makes herself.“
“Love the Monday night specials...no reduced portions...a real dinner with wine, well proportioned salad and very good Italian bread. Can't say enough about the waiter, Ryan, who is upbeat, efficient and personable. Have had him twice. Nice to see a young man hustle and enjoy what he's doing.“
“I recently visited VL Lounge for a High Society RI event and was pleasantly surprised over the transformation into a vibrant entertainment hub and an extra layer of excitement from the crowd present. It's not just a place to savor exquisite dishes like the Taquitos and Teriyaki Skewers; it's an immersive experience that turns a regular evening into a memorable hookah filled celebration.“
“I read about New Rivers in RI Monthly, and decided to check it out with my husband (he loves bread, and we saw rolls listed). Best choice ever. We had a few drinks at the bar while we waited for our table to open, which were delicious. Once we got seated, we ordered a cheese plate and their famous New River Rolls. The cheese plate was small but curated so well. We could have eaten 3 orders of the rolls.. so worth it. The food was so fresh and flavorful, and genuinely just awesome to eat. Service was wonderful, the staff were super friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Can’t wait to go back“
“This may have been the best hot southern fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Great vibe, scenery and efficient service at the new location on the water. Great to have the pick-up option as well on their website for a lunch option in the future.“
“Went there with daughter for our bi-monthly date night. Jen (aka Jenny aka Jennifer) our server was Ms. Personality Plus.Food was not of highest quality but will still return to try other items on menu.Entertainment seemed to be of quality performers, but didn't stay to enjoy their first set. One thing that was great was upon leaving, patrons we passed voluntarily said their goodbyes. Never experienced that.Surely will return.“
“This ice cream ? shop is a diamond in the rough. This is what ice cream is all about. The employees there, maybe were a family. I didn't ask. But the care that goes into making the cones and everything else is just so simple yet so stunning.I wish you were closer to me I would make it a regular spot.Absolutely LOVE this place“
“Was at Murphy's this morning for breakfast and if 6 stars was an option I would give it 10??????????. I ordered the Irish Breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. This was also the first time I had black and white pudding and I really enjoyed it...and yes I know what is in black and white pudding, but I don't care, it was delicious. The food came out in a very timely manner and was still hot, but not TOO hot. My server Jennifer was very pleasant and attentive. The only bad thing is now I have higher standards for breakfast because of Murphys. No other breakfast will cut it. ???“
“Perhaps one of The Point Tavern's most enchanting features is its private patio. This hidden gem offers an intimate setting for dining, drinking, and socializing. Surrounded by tasteful greenery and ambient lighting. Each dish, from appetizers to entrees, is prepared with an attention to detail, combining classic comfort food with innovative twists.“
“A really small restaurant but humble and authentic IMO. Got combo 5 with chorizo and French toast after being recommend it by Victoria who was great to talk to for a bit and was attentive. Food was big in proportion and tasted great. French toast was alright LOL. Definitely recommend and want to try their banana smoothie since they were out of it for next time..“
“Their Bloody Mary is one of the best ones I have ever tasted! Also tried the French toast brioche with blueberries and it was delicious! Their portion sizes are quite large, so even one dish is big enough to share with someone! The ambiance of the place is of the rusty, dive bar type but it works for them! The staff was also very fast and friendly! Will come back in the future to try more of their drinks!“
“MY NEW FAV SPOT!!!!!!! Hands down! The customer service was top tier. I ate every single drop of food in my plate. Tore it UP! The shrimp was so delicious, perfect blend of garlic & spice. The chicken?!?! Oh my God. Perfect texture & flavor. The mac n cheese & the corn was also so so good. Everything on my plate was 1000/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JOINT, try them out!“
“The Tree House Tavern is amazing! I hosted a Bridal Shower here and from my first inquiry to the day of the event, I was amazed. The venue is PERFECT for a shower or a get together with friends/family. I highly recommend their dessert (cupcakes are amazing) and all of their food is scrumptious! My event had about 25 people and we fit comfortably in the rooms in which we reserved. Jacqueline the event coordinator goes above and beyond for her guests. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive to all guests and checked in on the Bride and MOH multiple times through the night. I will recommend everyone I know to check out this spot! Their florist does a great job as well, the decor is amazing. Tables were set very neatly and everything was warm and inviting. I also really love coming here for Lunch/dinner as well. Truly a hidden gem.“
“Went for the first time on NY Eve. The atmosphere was pleasant and elegant, food was absolutely delicious with perfect portion size. Our waitress Ashley was very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive, made us feel welcome. Definitely will come back!!“
“Yooo whaddup! I'm visiting from Miami. If you're looking for the freshest and tastiest oysters this is the place to be. Excellent customer service. Easy reservations. Great tasting food. Amazing experience. Highly recommend the Cherry Stone Clams.“
“delicious, a little more care could be paid to evenly proportioning the proponents of certain sandwiches so you get a solid distribution ratio per bite & I do wish they’re fries hit a little harder. But they’re bread and meats and stuffing make up for all that and then some “
“It’s a good spot that stays open later than most places in the area but with really good food. I’ve come back multiple times in one week.Loved almost everything I’ve had here. The charcuterie board comes with soft boiled eggs and toasts.I like the lighting in the evening ; nice and dim but I did see some people needing their phone lights to see the menu. I thought it was perfect lighting though.Great mashed potatoes. Very creamy and maybe whipped? The prices of some items are reasonable and others are a bit more expensive. Fries were $9 and they were great but I just think that’s an odd price for that.It does get really loud in here at night on weekends as they try to transition into more of a bar.Parking is obviously a bit difficult but they seem to offer valet services and I chose to walk instead. It’s also not far from the bus for easy public transportation. You should make a reservation if you decide to come here during popular times like Friday-Saturday nights but most other times are fine.“
“Located in the oldest indoor mall in America, Rogue Island has an eclectic Prov-Centric cuisine. If you haven't signed anywhere in Rhode Island this may be confusing. Let me explain. You see Providence has arguably the best food in North America and we have our own little twists to things..Unique, creative entrees and appetisers paired with local beers and spirits are just the beginning. I really can't do the quality of food here enough justice with words. They change the menu seasonally to reflect local sourcing and rhythms. They shop as local as possible. The chefs are locals. The vibe is Unique to Providence. It's located centrally downtown so there are no excuses because it is nearby buses, Uber and parking. Go here, eat great food and be happy!!!Dietary restrictions: Tell the staffParking: EverywhereKid-friendliness: Not so muchWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“AJ's Restaurant isn't just another diner, it's a breakfast (and lunch!) paradise. Stepping inside feels like a warm hug – the staff's smiles are as bright as the sunshine streaming through the windows. But the real stars are on the plate.Imagine perfectly fluffy pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, or an omelette overflowing with all your favorite fillings. Their portions are legendary, enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. Don't miss their grilled home fries – a revelation for anyone used to the deep-fried variety. Each bite is a delicious reminder that fresh, quality ingredients make all the difference. But AJ's isn't just about the food (although it's truly out-of-this-world). The friendly staff makes you feel like family, refilling your coffee cup with a wink and remembering your usual order. They go the extra mile to ensure your experience is delightful. So, next time you're craving a delicious and heartwarming breakfast (or lunch!), head to AJ's.
