“I have traveled the US and Europe and have had some great coffee, but this place in my own town is still hands-down my favorite. The coffee is velvety and luxurious, truly unlike any coffee I’ve ever had. Every drink I’ve gotten from there is my favorite. I adore this place and the staff is always wonderful, quick and kind.“
“Every time i visit this location, i'm always greeted with a smile and great service. The staff is well trained, and very professional and personable. The only problem i've ever seen here is that a lot of the customers need to learn how to tip properly! Monty and Denise are just two of the names that make this well oiled coffee machine work as efficiently as it does. Thanks guys, and see you soon ?Parking: The parking spots are usually full, and "overflow" parking's available relatively close. The issue i have is that everytime i visit this location, i see a person parked in a handicapped spot that can walk in with no issues........or a family member of a handicapped individual uses their vehicle to park up front. The spots are there for people who actually need them!“
“Having traveled quite a bit recently, I noticed this to be one of the best stocked stores I've seen. The works smiled and were pleasant. I gave 3 stars on the food not because of the store. They put out the quality you should expect from Dunkin'. 3 ? based on the company no longer making the donuts fresh in store any longer. So every Dunkin' gets this rating from me. However, what is different is how each store operates, and this one I ? ?“
“I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Tisha, every other interaction that I’ve had this morning “Easter Sunday“ I’ve been met with the attitude and dislike for their job. I get it, it’s Easter Sunday, but still. But Tisha was absolutely fantastic super respectful, and just a delightful person. Really made my morning.“
“Kendall was absolutely wonderful to meet and absolutely had her shi together, she made all the drinks with no book and made them right to the tea !! I heavily appreciate your working all alone with such a positive attitude with soo many people to cater to alone!! Props to Kendall she’s a wonderful barista and deserves all the gratitude a customer can give :)Vegetarian options: Very good that things can be made separate :) very grateful as my best friend is vegetarian, so it allowed her to eat who we she wants :)“
“WHOEVER WAS WORKING ON 2/5/2024 at around 6:30pm maybe a little later IS SO AMAZING. SO SWEET. SO KIND. I HOPE SHES GETTING PAID WELL OR GETTING A RAISED. She was so nice and welcoming. When I enter a Starbucks environment they’re usually rude in the afternoon but this LADY WAS SO NICE AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED. I appreciate that so much. She greeted me with a smile, made my drink quick, and never gave me an attitude. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I want you to know you’re so so amazing !! Thank you for making me day. WE NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER!!! I will get your name if I see you again and update this review!! But she was working ALONE!“
“Went in for just three large coffees. Employees were pleasant and made a fresh pot. The lady went out of her way to bag the creamers and different sugars and stirrers in separate baggies. They didn't have sweet tea but the overall service was good considering fast food places can be chaotic and you get ignored mostly.Vegetarian options: Plain salad. Fries. Fish sandwich if not full vegan.“
“Went through the drive thru recently and got a dozen of donuts and an iced coffee. A wonderful young lady by the name of Madison talked to me over the speaker and she has wonderful customer service skills. The drive thru time was very fast, as it only took me 1 minute to receive my order from the restaurant. I give Dunkin’ Donuts at Burnt Church Road 6/5 stars. I WILL be returning again.“
“This is the BEST Starbucks in Bluffton. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Ordered ahead on the app but had issues with my daughter’s drink. Came in with my pregnant daughter and they made her drink exactly how she wanted. I had the new Lavender Latte and it was perfect.“
“Extremely efficient- party of three received all our orders in the span of <10 minutes and staff were polite (as expected). Busy cafe-istique environment and lots of movement in and out of cafe. You could head upstairs and enjoy a much more calmer, less chaotic and more chill room, I honestly liked both.First time here, first time getting a vanilla latte, they did not disappoint.“
