FIG Reviews
We didn’t have reservations, but were able to sit at the bar! We had the best food, craft cocktails and dessert! The staff was amazing, especially Kiersten, K-WOW, the bartender! Highly recommend!
Get the ricotta gnocchi with the truffle service!
Great experience cozy a bit expensive but I think it was worth it

FIG restaurant offers a memorable dining experience in Charleston. The menu features dishes such as the Arugula salad, ricotta gnocchi with lamb bolognese, and strawberry profiteroles with Greek yogurt. The service is attentive, warm, and knowledgeable, with staff like Alex providing a top-notch experience. The gnocchi is described as the best ever, a melt-in-your-mouth, chewy delight, while the ricotta gnocchi is cloud-like, light, fluffy, yet rich and indulgent. Guests praise the warm and inviting ambience, and the outstanding service, with wine perfectly paired to each dish. The restaurant’s unique offerings include Broiled Steamboat Creek Oysters, highly recommended for their flavor, and the tomato tarte, which is savory, smooth, and served with a satisfying crunch from its puff pastry. The dishes are carefully prepared, with the flounder having a delicate brioche crust, and the chicken served in a hearty tomato broth, delivering a satisfying and flavorful meal. The mash side is a must, and dessert options like sorghum pudding provide a sweet finish. Creative and balanced cocktails, along with a good wine selection, enhance the experience. The bar, known for its signature Tom-tini, adds to the overall atmosphere, which many consider a Charleston favorite, setting a high standard in the culinary scene. Although the restaurant may lack some of the 'pizzaz' of newer spots, it continues to impress with well-made dishes. The menu offers vegetarian options, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated after consultation. Parking is limited, but nearby lots and ride-sharing are recommended. The space has a fairly open layout suitable for most guests, though it is more suited for older children and not ideal for toddlers or younger kids. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, being all on one floor. Reservations are recommended early for weekends, as the restaurant tends to sell out quickly. Overall, the restaurant provides an incredible experience, with outstanding service, excellent food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
