This is a really intimate little restaurant. I love that they offered you a glass of wine instantly before you were even in your seat. The wait staff is superb, and you basically get a private waiter for the duration of your meal. The courses moved pretty fast, so if you're doing the wine pairing, you better drink up quick or you'll have a glass poured and waiting in the wings. The best bites were the first offerings. If everybody ate at McCrady's there would be no war. The 9 courses prepared by Chef Norton and his mad squadron of geniuses in the silent-but-deadly kitchen were nothing short of magical. Patrick, manager to some/sommelier to some greeted us at the door with a posture that "southern comfort" would be jealous of. This meal and experience will be forever remembered by us who have experienced it this evening. Thank you all so much.
