“We dined at Renzo after it being recommended by multiple people. The space is cute. It’s in more of a neighborhood. We started with the potatoes with the lemon aioli. They were fantastic. We got the Kevin McCallister and the Porco Rosso with dipping sauce. Both were really good. Service was awesome. He was super friendly and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.“

“We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty which was worrisome at first. But the worker there was very welcoming, polite, gave us samples when he didn’t need to, and always had a smile on his face. It was refreshing to try food that is not only different but delicious. I don’t normally leave 5 star ratings, my son and I agreed it was 4.5 stars but since would couldn’t leave it we rounded up. “Visiting Charleston,SC, needed something filling . Found New York Pizza on East Bay Street. The young lady April who took my order over the phone was wonderful. She was most helpful in suggesting the amount and toppings. My mobility issues allowed me to go to the Lobby and receive my Pizza. Leo brought it to the desk, he was very nice, appreciative and caring. April and Leo are great employees to have, they accommodate others issues and make it happen. I am most grateful and thankful. My Pizza,Side Salad, Strawberry Lemonade mad the difference also. Thank you again and again April and Leo.“

“I took my nephews here because it's one of their favorite places to eat. It's set up to where you walk up, order a pizza from the menu board, or what I do is make my own pizza. It's like many places now where you walk down the line telling them what you want on it. Just FYI, they don't take bills over $50. I had a $100 bill, the bill was $50, so I'm thinking even though it's a big bill the food was $50 so so they have to do is give $50 back, but they couldn't, so I don't know if you had enough people (we had 3) and the bill was $95, I still think they won't take it. I guess because if it ends up being fake, that's a big hit! Anyways, the food is fast, fresh, and if you want to make your own pizza, there's quite a few toppings so there's something for everyone.“

“Waiting 1 1/2 hrs for the rest of our group to arrive wasn't in our plans, but Giovanni's pizza ended up being worth the wait. We had a church youth group of 22, traveling from Utah for a service mission, and Giovanni's was our meeting spot. Oh my, biggest pizza any of us had ever seen and just as yummy. With 16 teenage youth, there wasn't anything left! Thanks for accommodating our big group and starting the mission trip off with a great meal.“

“The salad was fresh, delicious, and large enough for the 6 of us. Not overly soaked in dressing as so many other places. The roasted red peppers were a perfect complement.

We had a half and half with cheese and the other half sausage and pepperoni. The crust was perfect, crunchy like traditional NYC pizza. The toppings were flavorful, delicious, not too greasy!!!

“I’m originally from Chicago and the pizzas there are either thin crust or deep dish, so I decided to order a thin crust pizza today from Marco’s on Mary Adler in Charleston SC. The order was delivered quickly and still really HOT! The pizza was amazing, the toppings were generous and it was cut in squares like Chicago style and I really enjoyed it.

But my experience last night was quite the opposite of that; this staff had excellent attitudes. “This morning I realized the order I placed last week for today’s activity was not the closest store to where I was. When I called to see if there was anyway that I could get my order transferred to the closer store Christine said no problem. She placed me on a short hold, called the store and made it happen. This took a big burden off of me since I was concerned about getting to her store and back in time for the short lunch period that we had. That is true customer service since she lost a sale in the process. Next time I am over that way I will definitely go to her store without any hesitation.“

“Location is central and parking a ok… a little tight, but ok. Food is little Caesars… I mean they are all kinda the same, but service was ok. The cashier was very quiet which made it hard to hear, but some good patrons you can chat with come in from time to time.“
