Manager Eddie assured me that this was unacceptable and suggested I contact the chef the following day to discuss my needs. Following this conversation, Chef Jonathan promptly developed a suitable solution. I ordered the brick chicken, prepared using only olive oil, rosemary, and thyme—a dish perfectly aligned with my dietary limitations. The meal was exquisite, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining with my friends. accommodate my very strict food intolerances, and they went out of their way to do just that. I needed my dishes to be cooked in pure olive oil, amongst other things. At first, I told Eddie it looked like I could only have broccoli and a salad with minimal toppings. He said, "You can't come here and just eat salad and broccoli." He then said to call the next day, and he would get the chef on the phone to discuss my food concerns. Everything on the platter was flavorful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You could taste the authentic spices in every bite. My daughters especially loved the Veg Samosas, crispy, hot, and filled with delicious spiced potatoes and peas. As usual, they were perfect. It’s our favorite every time we visit! We also tried the Garlic Naan and Cheese Naan both were fresh, soft, and went so well with the meal. The staff was super kind. Definitely one of our favorite places for Indian food. “Dave’s Hot Chicken located in the heart of Columbia is a food chain restaurant that offers cooked to order chicken. I was so excited to try Dave’s Hot Chicken, due to all of the fantastic reviews. When arriving be prepared to park in close quarters, the parking lot is pretty small and the spots are narrow. I went around noon and there were still spots available, but it was limited. If it is a nice day you can sit outside but they also offer tables and booths inside. I loved the decor inside. It was lively. When walking in we were greeted with friendly staff who were eager to assist us. I was so pleased because I was unsure how the ordering process worked, but it was extremely easy. I ordered the mini chicken sliders that came with a side of fries. If you sign up for the rewards app, like I did. You will get a free drink and if you complete the survey at the end of your order you will get an additional free drink, which is awesome. Our service was extremely good, even though we were in the midst of a lunch rush. All of Dave’s chicken is fresh and cooked to order. One will receive a pager and it will buzz when your order is ready. I like this because it makes your experience more personal. Our meal was delicious, the chicken was so moist and the breading flavor was fantastic. One special feature Dave’s Hot Chicken offers is you get to decide what spice level you would like your chicken. I decided to do no spice, due to my daughter not having a spice tolerance, but have heard amazing reviews of Dave’s chicken with the spices on it. In addition our meal came with coleslaw and fries that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although Dave's is a fast food restaurant the establishment was extremely clean with no visible dirt on the floor. I was highly pleased with our experience and will definitely come back to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Dave’s restaurant is not like the average fast food chain, you can tell that they take genuine pride in every order they serve.”

“My waitress was Corey a slim light skinned guy with dreads. He was rude the whole night. We first entered the restaurant there was hardly nobody there he told us it will be a 15min wait. So we sat down and waited in about 10mins 3 people passed us and went and sat down so I got up and told him then he rudely seated us. As we ordered he was looking at the game on the television and gave us no eye contact. I asked for 2 unsweet teas 1 with no ice I got two sweet teas, I told him that it was sweet an I wanted unsweetened but my husband said that he would keep his sweet tea. So the waitress picked it up and brought me a sweet tea again this time with ice when I asked for no ice. So the second time I decided to just let it sit there because he seemed upset. I placed my order and asked for an extra side of potatoes, he said they come in 3 so I said ok I want it. Then my husband asked do potatoes come with his order and the waiter said “yes do you want to add extra” my husband said “naw I’m good” when the order came I had only 3 potatoes which is what comes with the order, my husband had four potatoes that’s three that come with the order and one extra. I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged both of us for an extra order of potatoes. It was also raining, although it wasn't hard, but she was standing outside in a poncho walking debit cards and food back and forth to the window and cars.
