“I really like Crumbl as far as the food is concerned. However, my last visit wasn’t as pleasant. The white boy in there who called my name for my order was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been there a few times, so I am aware of how the pick up process goes. He called my name, I then said “right here” and proceeded to the pick up counter. Before I got there, he slides my cookies on the counter and walks off. He didn’t open it, as he did every customer before me, to ensure my order was even correct. But it’s fine, I won’t be returning. I’m big on customer service, especially if I’m paying over $20 for cookies, service me properly, or lose my services!“

“It was our son’s birthday and he loves Crumble so we purchased an assortment of the Crumble Cookies. Everyone loved the Oreo cheesecake and the fruit cookie! The chocolate fudge cookie tasted like the little Debbie fudge cake. Thanks for making his birthday special!“

“My husband and I are visiting from out of town and searched Google for the best rated bakery in the area for a dessert date. We were not disappointed. The owners are super sweet and made excellent recommendations for us newbies. I ordered the croffle which is a croissant heated like a waffle with fruit, coconut and whip cream drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the rolled cookie sandwich which was two huge warmed chocolate chip cookies with rolled vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. We liked this even better. Wish we lived closer!! Would be regulars.“

“Many great flavors! I really enjoyed this and Gong Cha at the same time. I would recommend it if you want ice cream in the 5 Points area that isn't overly sweet but very flavorful. The ice cream isn't as fluffy as regular ice cream but is so much richer.

“I have visited Lick several times and each time I’m greeted with a smile, great customer service and attention to detail with my special request orders. I recently visited on a day when they experienced a brief power outage and had a line of customers waiting to be served. The young lady Kennedy handled the situation so well, she remained calm and polite, she worked diligently to get the pos system and tvs up and running, she was in control and didn’t get overwhelmed. Kudos to Kennedy!!“

“Please go visit this place. It is run by a great business leader in the Columbia mall to the left of the merry go around if facing it. He has great treats for a great price and it’s a fun place to take you and your kids for some family fun ! Watch your kids faces as they see you make magic in their eyes and you put a piece of the fruit in your mouth and see smoke pouring out of your mouth !!! They will tell all their friends how you and brag on your magic . He is a wonderful person with a huge personality and will make your purchase a pleasure and make sure you are pleased and if not he will go out of his way to make things right for you !!! “The treats are awesome. The place smells delicious 😂😂. The treats are sumptuous. I had the snicker milkshake. It was a bit too thick but tasted great once it melted down a bit. The picture has the drizzle on top and I didn’t get that on mine, will just ask for it the next time I go back.

“Today was My daughter's birthday and Every one of the workers were very kind ..... The cashier, and 3 other guys we were showered with fries and ice cream for my princess they checked up on us and showed love ....very attentive to the customers and needs.

One of the biggest things is their were 3 younger staff and one older gentleman.... The younger crew were not playing around they were all working in between constantly moving that was nice to see .. you definitely rarely see that ...To young man who gave us extra fries and the gentleman that got my baby ice cream thanks so much it made her day.

The blueberry lemon lavender was one of the best sorbets I've ever had - the flavors were perfectly balanced.
