“Beautiful Oceanview and watched dolphins play for long periods of time from our deck.Parked the car and cover the whole island by golf cart the whole week.several pools to enjoy including adult pool (very peaceful)and many beach accesses to explore.Freeing newly hatched sea turtles in the evening. Very good food on island andoff the island. Lots of deer that will even come up to your golf cart.Two beautiful golf courses, Would highly recommend checking this out with friends and family!“

“Gotta give it to them-these shrimp are some of the Best fried shrimp I've ever had! They use locally supplied fresh shrimp and it shows! My fried shrimp appetizer had 8 big juicy crisp shrimp-lightly battered served piping hot! NOT overcooked (big problem elsewhere) not rubbery/ just hot crisp light and Perf ect. Bravo! Captain Morgan n coke snd and a $1,000,000 view. I'll be back!!“

“Stopped by for lunch while on our way out of harbor island. The cashier who took our order was friendly and helpful in making our choices. The inside of the restaurant was cute but the weather was so we decided to sit outside. I give the four stars because we waited about 30 minutes for our food to come out which was a bit incovenient since we were needing a quick stop on our drive. The food was great though. I had the adult chicken tender basket and the fancy sauce with it which was delicious. Their homemade ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces were great too! My parents enjoyed both their burger and fried balonga sandwich. We hope to come back to give it another chance sometime!“

“Nothing fancy by any means, but did you really expect that with the name having "shack" in it, and I'm sure you peeped a few photos beforehand. LoL! It's a little cramped on the inside, but the screened in patio is a good spot for dining if the weather is nice. The hours are very limited, so get there early. We got there around 12 on a Saturday, and there was already a line outside waiting to order. I've been here before and always get the same thing, the Shrimp Burger! It's ONLY RIGHT, being that I don't know anywhere else with that item on their menu. LOL! Don't let the presentation of it fool ya, but seriously, how many ways can make a Shrimp Burger fancy. The fries are just crinkle fries, had no salt but no huge big deal. A few people with me tried the rice for the first time and each person said it was bland with no seasoning. I may try the fish when I come back because it looked good on someone else's plate, but I hope it was seasoned just as good. The cost is not too bad, had to purchase the drink and side separately, but it didn't come as a complete combo. Customer service was great, we had issues with our sodas not being tasty, and the lady bringing out the food was very nice and exchanged them with no issues. The bathroom is very small and right in the front where people are waiting and eating, for some that may not be comfortable using unless it's an emergency.“
