“This place was litasf?? I guess it depends on what day of the week you go. They have different live bands that come and perform they interact well with the crowd their food was awesome the only thing is depending on when you go there may be a wait for you to get a table if it's extra super busy but it's well worth the wait and you're entertained the whole time even when you're waiting. Drinks are good too. I suggest you buy the hangout cup if you wanna get extra lit?Parking: Crazy no parking or very difficultWheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator and ramps“
“1st of all, Sardor was an amazing waiter! He gave us our space, but still wasn't too far away where we couldn't find him if we needed something. The food was delicious! The ONLY issue I had was I wish the meat was hot. That's the only problem we had. Everything else was wonderful and I would definitely come back next time we're in Myrtle Beach. This was a fantastic 21st wedding anniversary dinner. I encourage other to come here and enjoy!!!!“
“Well, my experience here was good until I had to pay. The waitress didn't specify that using your debit card or credit card, you were going to get charged an additional 2 percent to your bill. If your military they take off $3.00 not even worth it because of hidden fees that were added to my bill. If you live seafood, good place to eat, but their service need to be improved.“
“Go for the crab legs, stay for the desserts. Do yourself a favor and get a big helping of the Almond Marscapone Tiramisu!! The buffet had way more than just your run of the mill staples, they had an array of creative choices. I will definitely be back when in MB!“
“Experience and food was absolutely amazing!! We ordered the seafood boil for two and still have enough to take home. Dasha was our waitress and was attentive, respectful and extremely kind. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. Will visit again.“
“This has become our fave spot to dine in South Carolina. During our visit in April we had our whole meal at the bar. The fellas mixing cocktails and pouring drinks for the dining room servers still provided exceptional service to their patrons dining in the lounge. Sushi is awesome, the sampler platter appetizer is fantastic and the grouper with risotto is to die for. We will be back!!“
“Absolutely amazing service from Kelly! He was a gentleman! Made my family really feel welcomed ! Also Nikki the mermaid was phenomenal and made my Daughters time here a blast! We will definitely recommend everyone to come eat while they are working ! Thank you again so much!“
“What a fun place. And to top off the food was great. The salads were fine (though the dressings could use an upgrade -- definitely were not homemade). But who comes to a steakhouse for salads?? The steaks were phenomenal. The sides delicious! Highly recommend! And service was super attentive and friendly!“
“First time visiting this Lobster House , after a referral from our Hotel. We were greeted immediately by the hostess. Our server Virginia was kind and hospitable. We were helped with the menu and recommended the best options based on seafood choices. The seafood portion of the food was good. The steak on the other hand DO NOT recommend . The kitchen does not know how to cook medium well or medium rare steaks. They overcook their steaks and lack steak seasoning. Not to mention the steak pieces are 3-4 oz piece of meat.Lobster bisque was better than what I expected, tasted like a homemade recipe. The restaurant looks clean and vibes are totally chill.“
“The best seafood buffet!Everything was great even the sides!Don't miss the bacon cheese fries and the OH so delicious homemade deserts!Nothing and I mean nothing tasted like it was precooked.Everything tasted fresh and the waiters were marvelous!“
“First time visit. My buddies and I come down from Ohio every spring to play golf. We always try to make it to Murrells Inlet for seafood and the view. The service was good, and all four of us were happy with the food. I had the grouper over risotto, and it was delicious. Overall, it was a nice experience.“
“The atmosphere is not the best, but the food and service (thanks Christine) was excellent. The crab rangoon was so good. The rainbow roll the best I've ever had and the hibachi chicken delicious. You won't be disappointed dining here.“
“Nice upscale cosy venue with a bar & dining room with seats for couples or small groups. Drinks & food choices to appreciate. Italian, surf or turf. My wife had tomato basil soup followed with the grilled sea bass with dried tomatoes & spinach over linguine with caper, lemon & butter sauce. I had a Cesar Salad followed with grilled scallops over corn risotto with balsamic reduction. A bottle of Pinot Gris added to our meals. We share the homemade tiramisu with two black coffees. Everything was delicious & served by friendly staff in a well paced manner. Samantha, our waitress, was just as delightful as our meal. I highly recommend you check out this upscale venue. A reservation may be a good idea. Enjoy Mustang USMC Retired“
“We came in on St. Patrick’s day night before closing. Unfortunately, there was a large group of routy college students spilling drinks and crowding tables. Our server Emma handled it amazingly! Despite the chaos she was still so kind. She moved the people in her section to other tables and asked management to help control/kick out and they did! On top of their wonderful customer service the food is absolutely amazing. I’m confident in saying they have the best food on the MarshWalk. It was so good we came back the next day and the customer service was just as great as the night before (without all the chaos of course). After trying 8 other places in the area, it was so good we decided to have them cater our wedding! 10/10 recommend! Our personal favorites:Boo Boo’s Tender BitesBlue Crab NachosInlet TrioCrab CakesAnything with porkBrisketRibsFriesMurrells ColadaGoat Island Sunrise“
“Food was awesome, I’m gluten free and my family isn’t. Their food they said was great, my food was very good. I split the mussels and baked “ziti” with my husband. They offer a gluten free noodle which was slightly undercooked but the mussels were definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. We had to ask multiple times for a gluten free bread/oil, but once we got them it was pretty good for gf. Small venue but great food, especially if you’re not in a hurry.Dietary restrictions: They offer a mostly gluten free menu, with a few items that cannot be made gf. You have to ask multiple times, but once you get it- it’s pretty good.“
“When you walk in it’s like a cruise boat layout. We sat outside on the deck on rails nice view! We got the triggerfish bites, crab soup and crab cake. Drunken punch and the famous margarita and SWEET TEA! Omg their sweet tea was the best I’ve ever had! Ask for Emma she did wonderful fast and efficient!“
“Really fun place to visit. You can sit inside or outside. You still get great views of the water while inside. Super friendly staff! Awesome service! The food is always very good. The flounder was hanging off of both sides of the plate and fried perfectly. Plenty of non fried options available. You can check out the full pier after you eat too. Cool photo ops. Gift shop was large with a good assortment of items.“
“Kate was a very sweet and beautiful host. My first time I ate here and the cod was absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed the expresso afterwards.Vegetarian options: Able to substitute for dietary restrictionsDietary restrictions: substitutions availableParking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: No playground, but they have options for kidsWheelchair accessibility: One level“
“If you want quality food that is finely prepared, this is your place. The grouper is best around. We love their platter combo because you get both grouper and crab cake. The crab cake is chock full of real crab meat, not that "deviled crab" stuff. All the desserts are home made. Their carrot cake is award winning. Southside has a clean, new feel, not a worn out tourist joint. Lizzie, our waitress, was related to everyone working there. They ask if you're satisfied and genuinely care. Should I say more? Glad I listened to where locals go. Bad news is they are only open Wed. to Sat 4.30 to 8:00. So we go early.“
“Cannot say enough good things about the pace. They accommodated our party of 11 at lunch time, our waitress (Lora) was on top of things - brought drinks out, got all of the orders correct and split the bill up by family - all without missing a beat. The place is quirky in its' looks, but the food and service was excellent. The crab-stuffed jalapenos were excellent, and the amount of shrimp on my shrimp quesadilla was significant. I could hardly finish everything. The clam chowder was very good and the cod basket that my wife ordered came with large pieces of cod and delicious french fries. On a last note - there is a discount for cash payment. Small signs in the restaurant explaining it.“
“We loved this place!! We got the regular buffet although they do offer the Lobster buffet as well. The food was amazing and we had a fantastic waitress! Cameron was on the ball and always made sure the table was kept clean of finished plates and our drinks were always full. Thanks so much for a great experience. ☺️Kid-friendliness: The waitress pushed a button or something which made all the hanging decorations (different fish) make noises. The kids loved it. ?“
“Fun place for a great night. As tourists in Myrtle Beach I was looking for seafood place. This came up recommended. Great food and amazing drinks. It's a classy place with low key vibes. The bartender was warm and friendly. Bring your date here for warm and lovely time.“
“We went here on a family vacation, waiter was great food was 10/10 WONDERFUL! just a great place to get good SEASON seafood. we got 2 pound crab legs extra corn potatoes sausage and eggs with cajun garlic, butter mild & my boyfriend got the same thing but medium. The mild was perfect for my daughter not too spicy. Will definitely be back next time!“
“It's definitely the absolute best tasting hamburger I ever had. I always say to go to places that ask how you want your meat cooked. Don't even need any sauce. The way it's cooked and spiced. It has definitely changed and ruined my taste for 90% of burger places. Everyone has to go there. Great prices too!“
“This was a great place!! The atmosphere was relaxing yet professional. The food tasted fresh and not over seasoned. The Bang Bang shrimp is a definite must try. It was a great place to eat after a day of being out in town. A shout out to Diana G. You did an amazing job. Keep up the great job!!!“
“It was such a delite to discover a great seafood restaurant that have great and tasty, Seasoned just right. Brittani The waitress was very pleasant and kind. This restaurant is one of the best and reasonable, I highly recommend this seafood restaurant in Myrtle Beach SC. I will talk about this restaurant on my Radio Show 94.5 AlmightyParking: You can park in front of the restaurant , not far from the beach.“
“Seems like I always forget about how dang good the burgers are from The Porch in Socastee ! Met a friend there the other day and had a late lunch while catching up on a few things.I got the cheeseburger ? and added chili, as you can see on the picture. What did I like about the burger? The fact that it wasn't a frozen, pre pattied run of the mill, massed produced burger.. INSTEAD, it was an in house, hand pattied burger! And if you are ANY type of foodie, you know the obvious difference. If you're not a foodie, and don't know the difference, I ask that you just try a burger from here... and taste the difference for yourself!I wish I was able to tell Ralph this personally, and I feel bad that I'd forgotten how REALLY GOOD they are, so I'm here to tell all of you who may actually READ my words... swing by and try it of you have the chance!“
“We got there at 4:30, and they were quickly getting busy. The atmosphere was excellent, music was good but not too loud. Our waitress Brooke was top notch, bringing everything we could possibly need up front and checking on us frequently. Shrimp cocktail was excellent for the price, my husband's hamburger steak/fries were perfect in every way. I had fried platter of flounder, scallops and deviled crab, all of which were fresh and tasty, especially the fresh scallops (not stingray like some restaurants try to pass off as real scallops). I should've asked for my food extra crispy, so that's my fault. The little hush puppies and honey butter were to die for also! Our bill was around $80 before the tip, and it was every bit worth the price!!“
“Dinner tonight was excellent from the owner Renee to her staff. Brandon our server was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Emilo the chef was able to come out from his duties in the kitchen to say hello checking on the guest. Thank you all for a wonderful dinner. We are locals we will be back.“
“This was our first time here and it won't be our last! We started with the Hot Crab Dip and it was delicious! I had the Filet Mignon and it just melted in your mouth. My husband had the Litchfield platter and it was perfectly prepared. We can't wait to go back!“
“Great atmosphere, waitress was a bit weird, always stressing how expensive what I ordered would be elsewhere.Food was good down home cooking. Not a large buffet but a good buffet.Tea was weak but I enjoyed myself anyway.Country music from speakers.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“My family and I had the wonderful experience of visiting over spring break. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was amazing! Absolutely everything we ordered did not missed. My fave was the tomato sauce which was fresh and perfect. Also, the price was reasonable and parking wasn’t bad.“
“The food is delicious and remarkably fresh. We ordered Drunken noodles, chicken satay, vegetable summer rolls and chicken dumplings. Portions are generous, careful attention is paid to presentation and the flavor is terrific. Seated dining but they have take out. Service is friendly and prompt. Small place.“
“Valentines dinner with my wife and we enjoyed our whole experience. Our server Taylor was excellent. She was very pleasant, proficient and friendly. I had the steam pot and my wife had the scallops. We shared the stuffed muscles appetizer. Everything was delicious.“
“This is a food truck, so atmosphere isn't a consideration. The menu is limited, mostly fried, but quite tasty. This will be a weekly indulgence during Lent. The proprietress is warm, funny, and fast. She's the kind of lady whose business you want to support.Fried shrimp are great. They are big boys, not little popcorn shrimp. The flounder is delicious. The grouper fingers could be made better with a spicier batter, but everything is fried in clean oil.A variety of sauces/dips are available. The roumelade is quite good.“
“5-star seafood all the way & the building is awesome. Non-seafood dishes were good...but not great. I can reccomend to anyone looking strictly for seafood off thier buffet.Update: went back in March 24…the food has slipped considerably. I struggled to find anything I could eat & the quality was amongst the worst I’ve ever seen in MB. The facility was still very clean & the staff was awesome, unfortunately the food was terrible.“
“10/10!!! Excellent quick service and everything was delicious. I went with the fried seafood platter. You could tell all the seafood was lightly hand breaded. The scallops melted in your mouth like butter, haddock was perfectly flaky, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Not a teensy bit overdone. The staff was very attentive, didn’t have to ask or wait on anything!Definitely stop and give them a try. You can’t go wrong with anything!!“
“RUN, DONT WALK, RUN HERE!Service: IncredibleFood: SpectacularVibe: FantasticPrice: As expectedI can’t say enough about this experience. We walked in and were greeted by two ladies. They explained the menu, substituted items, and were very kind. We had Fried Okra, Alligator Bites, Hushpuppies, the Low Boil Bag and 2 Daddy D Bags. It was cute, quaint and a perfect way to spend our last night in Myrtle.“
“Carrabba’s Italian Grill conveniently located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina is a really good restaurant. We were surprised of how few guests were there. The employees were very friendly. The food was excellent and very fast. Everything was very clean. We highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Plenty of free parking available.“
“A great relaxed environment inside with views of the inlet. She crab soup super delicious and rich. Fried seafood platter was great. Lightly breaded. Not oily, not your average fish fry. Mussels were on point with a great cream & white wine sauce with diced tomatoes and fresh spinach. The price was for quality and portions were large. Every dish that came out looked amazing. We will return.“
“My family and I had the wonderful experience of visiting over Spring Break. The food and service were amazing. The fried chicken and fried fish was cooked to order which was prepared in a timely manner and fresh. Also, the rice and peas were perfection. But the best part was the portion size which was well worth it!“
“We had a reservation for 9. On entering the restaurant, we were not greeted by either of the two hostesses, who sort of ignored us. We approached the desk, and after giving the name on our reservation, we were led to our table. Not one word was uttered by the hostess. At this point, I was thinking the service was going to be bad. Within a minute of being seated, a bright and breezy waitress came to take our drink orders and go over the fresh catch of the day. She was upbeat, friendly and was able to quickly answer a couple of questions about menu items. Drinks ordered as were the various appetizers. They both arrived quickly, accompanied by a delightful basket of assorted bread rolls. I ordered the fried green tomatoes that came with 3 large blackened shrimp. While they were in no way greasy, the tomatoes were under seasoned and the shrimp a tad overcooked. Two in our party had sushi and said it was very good. Another had the she crab soup which was thick and creamy with a good amount of crab. The oysters were large and very fresh. The shrimp and grits came as a massive bowl, loaded down with shrimp, and I was told it was excellent. Other entrées ordered by our group included steaks, scallops over cheese grits, lobster tails and a house salad with grilled shrimp. Judging by the clean plates all enjoyed their choices. A couple of minor negatives, were were not offered refills of our cocktails or iced water, although those having soft drinks were replenished often. The Wahoo Fish house sits over, looking the marsh and the tables at the windows are best, so if this is your preference, I recommend making a reservation and requesting a table there. We arrived at 4.30, and it was not that busy, but the parking area was full already. The vacant lot next door was offering parking for $5.00, which the restaurant will refund after dining. Make sure to keep the parking ticket. Two other points worth mentioning, by 6.00pm the restaurant is hopping, with guests lining up to dine. Secondly, like most places in a tourist area, the prices are not cheap. So if you're not prepared to pay $60 plus per person, you best look elsewhere. Would I eat here again, I certainly would.“
“Excellent Authentic Mexican food!! The Burrito was amazing, as was the taco' and fajitas!! The shrimp cocktail (Mexican) was at least 30 medium size shrimp! Highly recommend this restaurant. They are the real deal, however they do not speak English so be aware that you may have a language barrier, although I believe that they understand English.“
“Not just the BEST lobster in the area, but the options for a plethora of other food products is amazing. Watch for the food truck to be operational soon!If you like to eat, you must try!!And the staff....very pleasant, friendly and likeable!“
“About five years ago we stopped going to Bovine's - became disappointing. On the advice of a friend we went back. Glad we did because there's been a good overhaul there. The interior has been improved as has the value. Our dinners were delicious! Excellent filets, perfectly prepared. Service could be better.“
“STOP! Read Before Visiting! This is no longer a separate restaurant -- its the red-headed step-child of JPeters (next door). We chose this place thinking it was a less pricey option for our family of 6. We were sitting at a nicely painted picnic table ( suitable for the type of dinner we expected) and given a menu for the Steak House next door (J Peters).I asked the waitress and she said the Love Shack was owned by J Peters. SO, we decided if we were paying Highly-rated-steakhouse Prices, we might as well sit inside the nice steakhouse! We were pleasantly surprised to find it was "early bird" hours (see photo of menu!).My Advice: if you're here for dinner, arrive early and Go next door to J Peters for the early bird menu!“
“Cool bar and grill right on the beach. Service was great. We had fish bites that were plentiful and tasted good. Also chicken fingers in french fries which were basic. Our friends had the loaded tots. Blame it on the Banana drink is the best! We will be back when we are in the area.“
“Lollis on 3rd is the under new ownership from the old Donny’s. They have a great atmosphere, DJ Roc with great music , and Bobby makes lamp chops that melt in your mouth like butter ! Karaoke night on Wednesdays and an outside area with tents and chairs . Definitely stop by !!“
“We live in the inlet and wish I cooked more Seafood at home as if I did I would have the pleasure of shopping Murrells Inlet Seafood more often than I do. However, when I am looking for seafood, I know I can always count on Rick and Murrells Inlet Seafood.Recently, my 91 year old mom was on Hospice and loosing her appetite so I thought some of Rick's soup would please her and boy did I hit a home run... Mom absolutely loved the lobster asparagus truffle bisque and inhaled the entire quart in one day!I will always remember just how much joy Rick's soup added to moms life at a very hard time when nothing tasted good, mom loved the soup!A sincere Thank You to Rick and the entire staff at Murrells Inlet Seafood!“
“This is a must-have stop if you're in the area! I'm not a seafood eater, but I ate sea food there and loved it! I also got the Chicken Salad Sandwich, which was DELICIOUS! Service was amazing with the most attentive waitress. We'll definitely be going back!Kid-friendliness: Simple kids menu with options for any typical kid. They also offer cute "kid" cocktails with non-alcoholic beach themed beverages.“
