“We are in town for a ball tournament and try to support local. This place was amazing! The service was so genuinely friendly start to finish from every staff member. BEST REUBEN IVE HAD TRULY. I threw some of their onion straws (also delish!) on it and man I’m so full but want another! (Writing this from the table because I had to make sure they got the review they deserve) Thank y’all! “Last night for the first time in my adult life, I sat alone at the restaurant bar at The Bistro. It was cold, wet and rainy outside and I almost stayed home. I ordered Brussels sprouts for dinner and unsweetened tea. I shopped online while I listened to the amazing artist singing live music. From Stapleton to Prince. He even threw in a little Justin Beiber Christmas music. After the show the singer sat with his mama and had dinner. Those last 45 minutes of the night are so precious to me. I am so glad I did not stay home. Thank you to Katie at The Bistro in Irmo. She was a lovely hostess! Thanks to Trey Duncan Sings for a wonderful show and the time I got to spend with him after. “Each time I try a new flavor my tastebuds do a different dance. My OG favorites are red velvet and yellow cake with chocolate icing but there are so many more delicious flavors. The biscoff cookie cupcake is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the pound cake is delicious butter pound, German chocolate and almost any other chocolate is always decadent. And they stay fresh and moist for days.”

“The food and service are relatively good however the drink prices are ridiculous. A tea bag costs 4 cents and they charge $3.50 for a hot tea. A normal price at most places is $2.50 or less. I only get water when I go now.”

“Bruegger’s Bagels are really good! The manager, Shelley, was so sweet and incredibly helpful with my order—she took the time to explain everything clearly. All of my coworkers loved it too.
Bagels are really good and soft. Muffins are delicious too. I had jalapeño cheese bagels and highly recommend who love spice and sour taste with cream cheese garlic herbs!! Great place for breakfast!”

“Today while traveling home from vacation we stopped in for a quick lunch. Service and food were great as always! However, when we went to leave our car wouldn’t start. The owner, Mr. Arnold, was great, he jumped right in grabbing a team member to help get us jumped off. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get close enough to us. The team member drove my dad to O’Reily, which was about 3 miles away to get a jump box. I was able to take my 3 kids back inside a cool restaurant that had Wi-fi, coloring pages, books and games while we waited! The amount of team members who checked on us and interacted with the kids was amazing! They offered water; nuggets and even ice cream! 10/10 recommend if you are passing through this area!”

“Can’t rave about Cox enough. Not only is their food delicious, they truly go above and beyond. We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey from there. We woke up Thanksgiving morning and were all feeling sick. Not wanting to waste the turkey, we called and asked if there was any chance we could pay them to deliver the turkey after the shop closes. Not only did they happily offer to deliver the turkey, they didn’t just drop it at the door, they insisted on bringing it in and set it up on our kitchen counter. We offered to pay them whatever they wanted for the holiday delivery and they absolutely refused. They said it was part of their job to make sure we enjoyed thanksgiving. While the food was so tasty, we are literally without words on their service. We will be customers for life and you should be too.”

“The food was good and exactly as I had requested. My server was nice, but some of the others would not smile or interact at all when spoken to. I would like to see a more diverse menu like their other locations but I would come back.

“I want to commend them for using teenagers but a manager is probably needed. The food was good but they forgot half of my order. Like most places it has gotten very expensive. Half a grinder, 8” pizza, fries, two drinks…..$30 plus they ask for a tip (you get your own drink and bus your own table and you order at the counter).”

“I managed a Cafe in Dallas and this location needs major leadership help. Employees shaking and slamming blenders that cost well over 2 grand and stripped the gears, so that tells me they arent following the smoothie recipe. All tickets on screen are red. Waited over 14 mins for 2 kiwi quenchers. Its 6 scoops of 3 items for a double KQ. It should be out in less than 2 mins. Need shift leads.”

The veggies were fresh and although some people do not like the veggies cut so large, I think they are perfect. Egg rolls were scrumptious and large . We had soup which was still piping hot when arriving home, house fried rice was perfection. Plenty of leftovers. Love, love, love .”
