“I had a couple of girlfriends in town and wanted to take them somewhere that we could sit outside by the beach to have mimosas and oysters. Colin was our server and he was amazing! He set the tone for a such a fun stop in our day. He was attentive even when all of his other tables filled up. I already know I’m going to go back but if I see Colin working, I will ask to be seated with him!“
“Fun venue. Went for a concert. Kind of dive barish. Drinks were a little pricey. But security was on top of it! Drunks were politely escorted out. There was an unruly person who was quickly bounced out. There was an oyster roast during the day I wish I had gone to. Hear outdoor concerts are good. Will have to come back!“
“We started with the Shuck and Savor experience. Chef Thalita Smith and Manager Sydney were amazing in explaining the oysters, the procurement process, and the wine in pairing with them. We learned so much!Then we went for dinner and were amazed again! Manager Dana was able to seat us right away. She was so attentive! Chef Thalita is so good at what she does! She was so personable and knowledgeable. Our server, Nick was so on top of things and his demeanor made our whole experience amazing! By the way - his chocolate milk made our son smile!The oysters were amazing, the Asian salad was so refreshing, the kids chicken strips for our son were huge, and the dessert-ASTOUNDING!Thank you! We can’t wait to visit again!“
“Favorite isle of Palms bar! It gets crazy crowded and the bartenders handle it with ease and smiles! Very local spot so be patient if locals get a beer before you, the bartenders know what they want.Awesome live music and nice new bathrooms! Great stop before a big show at the windjammer.If you’re eating try the French dip, burger or wings. Also, Caesar salad with chicken is good!“
“Stopped in after walking around the shops to get a couple of drinks and chill out. I am glad I did. Great service, and most of the people here were locals. Had a couple of good drinks and seemed Ike everyone eating and drinking was having fun and enjoying their meals. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the good service!“
“The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. I’ve had a lot of southern food in my life, and Acme had some of the best fried chicken and collard greens I’ve ever had. The fried grits are a must if you like decadent southern fare. The only drawback was the service. The hostess and waitress both had similar demeanors, which were not very pleasant. Our waitress took a long time to come take our orders and give us drinks and was a bit curt. I was happy to deal with it as long as I got the food, though.“
