I am a regular customer here in Lexington SC on south lake drive. Today was not at all good experience. Waitress was very rude, didn't listen, got 2/3 of order wrong and never said 'oh, sorry '. Not at all attentive. Too busy giggling with others in back booth. Don't know why I even left any tip at all! Don't know if I'll return after today's bad experience. Never had such bad service! Sometimes it only takes one time to not come back.
Arrived one hour before closing, which is something I normally would not do. The food and service was phenomenal! This was not my first experience here and certainly will not be my last. I normally take before photos, however only got after photos due to how quickly we ate

We were regular San Jose customers, and while they are good, they were closed. We decided to try Chapala's again. A couple years back, we had gone and weren't too pleased. We were very glad we gave them another chance. Not sure what has changed, but the food was outstanding! The most tender chicken in the entrees and the guac was extra good! We are now regular customers. So, if you haven't been in a while, do yourself a favor and revisit!!
