The restaurant itself is lovely with the most comfortable chairs. I gave it 4 stars because it was so loud. Night of 1,000 candles was the event and it was very busy.”

“I'm always looking for good Chinese food, and my experience here was good. Small Chinese restaurant in a strip mall, about 6 tables, nothing fancy, typical menu. I tried the spring rolls, and they were blah. But the small wonton soup was delicious with several wantons in it. I also had the lunch portion of beef and broccoli, and that was delicious. The portion size was perfect for lunch.”

“We had heard about this place for a long time and finally tried it a few months ago. It is now our favorite spot. A friendly neighborhood local place with better than homemade food. Mimi’s scratch made desserts are amazing. Her carrot cake is the absolute best! Don’t ever leave without trying the baked potato, it’s like nothing you’ve ever had before.”

Coming from customer service you don’t find many people like that anymore who go above and beyond to make you feel special!! She should def be recognized for her hospitality and friendliness!!”

For all the reviews stating that they weren’t open during their posted hours - one of the owners just had a health issue. It’s not my place to go into her personal life, but please take this into account when reading these reviews. While I know it may seem inconvenient, remember that people have lives. Please don’t let this deter you from stopping by. They are back open in full swing.

The drinks are delicious and fun. They have done a great job creating an Instagrammable atmosphere for their customers. The baked goods are amazing also! Definitely worth a visit.”

“We met the one of the owners,his son and one of the cooks on the garden city pier while on a vacation oct 13-19 of 2024. We promised before we left we would go and try his restaurant. We are so glad we did! “creek Ratz is a fun place with great service, friendly bartenders and delicious food.but eliminate the smoking outside!!!! Most other places on the Marsh have NO SMOKING outside. Please do the same for loyal customers. Nothing worse than enjoying a beverage and food and someone comes along and lights up. We are not the only ones who feel this way. Smokers can always walk down the the walkway and smoke. JMO,”
