“This restaurant was wonderful. The service was especially kind and friendly. I walked in, and knocked over a stack of menus, then freezing in shock, and the hostess and nearby staff all comforted me and were very insistant that it was okay. They then laughed with me about it later. Very embarrassing, but they handled it beautifully! Plus, the food came out fast, and was fantastic. Some of the juiciest fish I’ve ever had, and a fantastic outdoor seating. I would 100% return.”

“A fantastic restaurant. We were served by Amanda, who was the absolute sweetest, most kind waitress I may have ever had. She was just chatty enough for our table. The food was outstanding, and Amanda and several other staff went out of their way to help us get their favorites and the best options. I can firmly say I have never had better mussels, clams, or oysters in my life.The restaurant is beautiful, and they do a fantastic job at creating a very alive, fresh and warm atmosphere.From the soup to the mushroom ragu,I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone willing to paid a couple extra for that real quality.”

“Very popular choice as the revolving door seemed to never wear out. The chicken salad had the right flavor profile but may have needed more acidity with the house pickles mixed in. The famed butternut squash soup wasn't offered during our stay in SC but we will call ahead before heading over.”

“As part of my exhaustive search for good pizza, I stopped by R'Way Pizza & Family Tavern. Happy hour price for pizza by the slice @ $2.50 sounded like a great deal & it was! The slices were fresh and covered the entire plate! Pepperoni and generous chunks of sausage! I ordered 2, but they are so large I could only finish 1 piece & got a doggie bag for the second one. Brittany was our server & she was great. Her recommendations were on point & she kept the drinks coming. Nice friendly unassuming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!”

“As a couple we couldn't choose from so many interesting options so we decided to split a 5 course meal - we got 1 of 5 different dishes and shared. (We do not have the ability to eat as much as we once could but even sharing we brought home leftovers! We had oysters Rockefeller, steak tartare, anti-wedge salad, elk tenderloin and a pasta dish with lobster and the side of corn soufflé. All wonderful!”

“This was our first time here and it won't be our last! We started with the Hot Crab Dip and it was delicious! I had the Filet Mignon and it just melted in your mouth. My husband had the Litchfield platter and it was perfectly prepared. We can't wait to go back!”

Today I had their Portlandia and fruit, and it was wonderful. So tasty! I am sharing photos from the last time we went, because I forgot to take photos today. Extremely yummy, unique meals here, as well as a full bar, should you desire. Cozy, fun and the nicest staff. You MUST go!”

“We love Teakwoods - awesome nachos because Teakwood's makes them with hot queso (YUM) and the kitchen makes sure the toppings are bountiful - served with seriously good salsa!! Great french dips, club sandwiches, tuna melts, and patty melts too!! A family favorite!!”
