“Right on the Marshwalk so you can walk between spots! Serving breakfast all the way through nighttime. Loved the live music! Just a suggestion not everyone likes seafood nachos plus you have all the fixings why can't you offer other protein options?“
“We had Drippy's multiple times during our vacation! The ice cream is delicious, the waffle cones are fresh and tasty, and the workers are so friendly! Our kids left the week with Drippy's t-shirts! It's much better than other places we tried!“
“I've ate at all the River City Cafe locations and this one in Murrells Inlet is by far my favorite. Its low key and I never have to wait to be seated when I go. I love trying a new burger everytime I go. One of my favorite burger sites, ever! Always make it a point to eat at River City when I'm near one.“
“Wow! Had the prime rib last night with a crabcake appetizer. Best meal ever! The crabcake has a lemon-drizzle on top. Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with Mimi's award-wining homemade carrot cake.Wish we lived closer to enjoy their unbeatable family service and delicious food. Love this place!“
“My dad and i went came here the other morning and not only was the service great but THE FOOD was so good! I had to look up to see if i had a location near where i live cause im only here on a trip and I am so glad that there's one not far from me! The home fries are to die for! Definitely try them out“
“I had gastric bypass surgery ten years ago and never regretted it until I went here. Now I can’t eat enough when I’m there because everything taste so good. The wife bought a vacation home at the beach and frankly I didn’t like going much until I found this place, now every time I go I’m eating here at lest once! It has become my favorite all time place to eat. My permanent home is roughly three hours away but don’t think I haven’t dreamed and thought of just riding down on a random workday just to get something good to eat. I absolutely adore this place for its great food and wonderful friendly and also helpful staff as well.“
“We were looking for a good burger and tried this place. I got the Goat burger, hubby got the Korean burger. It was the best burger I've had in a long time. They cooked it perfectly the way I ordered it. Fries were also perfect, crispy on the outside, potato-ee on the inside! We will definitely be back when we travel to Myrtle Beach“
“We came to stay over night at inlet sports lodge and little did we know that we’d find an AWESOME PLACE TO EAT!!! Our server was OUTSTANDING LEANNE… Very informative about the menu… The food was NEXT LEVEL DELICIOUS!!! I’d eat there again in a heartbeat ??? Had the halibut special and the lady had the scallops… Salads and meatballs for an appetizer!!! Tiramisu for dessert ALL GOOD PEOPLE“
“First time eating at Gregs Cabana Bar and Grille. Service was very good and despite the joint being packed, our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I had a burger, and oh my god. It was the BEST hamburger I’ve ever eaten. Hands down. No kidding. The smoky charcoal flavor just permeates through the burger and gives it great flavor. Damn good!“
“Came on vacation and had the best burger I’ve ever had in my life , we ate there 4 times of our seven day vacation and the food was incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners Andy. Atmosphere was great, Everyone had a good time, and I will continue to come back every time I visit my family. Keep up the great work you guys are onto something“
“Hard drinking, rowdy patrons, loud bikes, and live music. Decent food, too. The Beaver Bar sits happily in Murrells Inlet offering to quell your thirst while extending a middle finger to any who pass judgment. Established in 2009 by Leslye Beaver, the non-drinking and non-smoking owner, she also has a similar dive in Sturgis, South Dakota. Although I am not a biker, nor a hard-core drinker, I do like the vibe especially after a day in the sand. It rattles my "Give 'em a whirl meter" to the bone when the bikes roll in or the drum hits the downbeat. I say go for it.“
“We had a blast here! Family of 12 served quickly by Allison who brought us everything we needed. We had fun dancing to jukebox tunes while waiting for food. The food was so good. We had shrimp, wings, nachos, hamburgers, fries, slaw, fish bites, fried pickles and chicken tenders. Every meal was delicious and filling. Great place. Try it!“
“Our first time going to this gem of a place tucked away on a side road, across from the inlet mall. Excellent food, and atmosphere. The owner and staff were super welcoming. We are already planning our next trip back. We got their breakfast today, but going back for their lunch the next time. Prices are really reasonable as well!!“
“Was very impressed, new owner took the time to come to each table quick run down on his recommendations. We ended up getting for appetizers,Cajun boiled peanuts, chicken wings and truffle fries. For the main meal the brisket and burnt ends. My take away: the food is awesome, but the sides impressed me the most. Cornbread that was moist, almost like a cake, the horseradish coleslaw perfect the hint of horseradish but no bite, and garlic corn on the cob. Many restraints have great main dishes, but let the sides suffer. Here you get awesome food all the way around, in the right quantity. I was stuffed. Will be back. Good luck to your NJ wrestlers. From a PA wrester.“
“I visited Kimbels for a wedding. The weather was fantastic and glad it was because the wedding was held on the bluffs. Such a beautiful setting. Appetizers were served to us by wandering waiters in an outside tent along with a bar and band. After the ceremony and wedding pix ... the people went inside where there were 4 food stations. So good. After we got our fill ... we went back outside under the tent to dance. It couldn't have been better!“
“Search a wonderful place to eat in. The owner's are wonderful as well. What's not mention Sunday mornings? When you can get bloody marys or mimosas. 5 bucks each with a whole meal. When you walk in the door of this restaurant. You instantly feel like family like it's your own neighborhood watering “
“Stopped in for a quick bite while on vacation. The Outside patio is dog friendly, which was perfect for us! The food was delicious, and our server Lisa was THE BEST! She was very knowledgeable about all the craft beers and she even brought our sweet pup a nice bowl of fresh water. Definitely will be back!!“
“The bathrooms have always been clean each time I've been here. The atmosphere is so nice. One side has fans for those who get hotter and for those who are running cooks there is the side with pool tables that do not. The staff is really awesome and friendly. The is a patio if you prefer outside and the brew is nice and ice cold. I love this place“
“What a great little bar in the Inlet. The new owners are doing a lot of renovations & adding a menu. Drinks were great & food was delicious. I love the little kick the cheese balls have. I noticed they have karaoke, bingo, the ultimate game show, etc. It was so good we are going to watch the Super Bowl there!“
“STOP! Read Before Visiting! This is no longer a separate restaurant -- its the red-headed step-child of JPeters (next door). We chose this place thinking it was a less pricey option for our family of 6. We were sitting at a nicely painted picnic table ( suitable for the type of dinner we expected) and given a menu for the Steak House next door (J Peters).I asked the waitress and she said the Love Shack was owned by J Peters. SO, we decided if we were paying Highly-rated-steakhouse Prices, we might as well sit inside the nice steakhouse! We were pleasantly surprised to find it was "early bird" hours (see photo of menu!).My Advice: if you're here for dinner, arrive early and Go next door to J Peters for the early bird menu!“
“Best Belgian Waffles I've ever had in my 64 years. They melt in your mouth! Service is superfast and very pleasant. Seating area is large and they have lots of booths. Nice amount of spacing between tables which gives better privacy than at many other breakfast restaurants. Lovely decor.“
“Some of the best breakfast food in the area, and there are lots of contenders! I make sure I come here every time we visit Garden City. Lots of homemade elements and everything is full of flavor and so satisfying. Every portion is more than enough to fill you up. Service is always great and gives you a warm southern welcome!“
“Yes yes yes! Finally found a delicious seafood spot where the locals go that doesn't break the bank or is swarming with tourists. This place rocks! The food is delicious, huge portions, competitive prices, awesome service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our bartender, Cindy, was wonderful! Parking was fine for us but it probably packs out here. I also loved that it was a little out of the way as far as the hustle and bustle of MarshWalk traffic, it's about a mile past all that down the road. My parents and I came for happy hour on Wednesday evening. Happy Hour is 4-6. There's a limited number of options but still good deals, such as 1/2 price wine by the glass, $5 margaritas, $4 house liquor, $4 drafts. There's also Bang Bang Shrimp for $9, $1 raw oysters, calamari for $10, fried pickles for $6 and a few other things. My dad got the Bang Bang Shrimp and he loved it. The portion size was pretty decent for the price. My mom got the Creek Shrimp basket which was perfect! So much shrimp plus 2 sides for $16.99. The creek shrimp is smaller and sweeter than larger shrimp, which some may not like but we love it. The baked potato and slaw were fine, nothing to write home about but they were good enough. The tartar was pretty tasty, and the cocktail sauce was delightful! It has a nice spice to it. Mom also enjoyed her margarita. I ordered Grilled Oysters which aren't part of the happy hour specials but for a dozen they were $22.99 (market price right now, subject to change). I thought that was fair and they were large. So tasty! Just what I wanted. I also tried the Watermelon Crush, eh it was okay. The mix is a little sweet. Try the La Crema wine on their menu, it was great, and about $5 during happy hour. I almost forgot to mention the complimentary hush puppies! Oh man these are AMAZING! I'm not even a big hush puppy fan and could eat these every day. The breading is perfect and crispy, with amazing flavor. Can't wait to come back here. It's definitely part of our restaurant rotation now! Add it to yours, as well, you won't be disappointed!“
“Went for lunch. Had the Bang bang shrimp as an app and a Reuben sandwich . It was the lightest best tasting one I have ever had!!. Sea Breeze was spot on. Our waitress I believe her name was Favor D. She was very nice, happy pleasant and always checked to see if we needed something. Great time would highly recommend. Thanks to “
“As a local, we have eaten at Wahoos many times before but have never left a review. It's time to fix that! Wife and I went last night along with another couple. We were warmly greeted and seated. Our server was Emily G and any restaurant would be proud to have her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made our visit even more pleasant than we already knew it would be. Thanks Emily! As usual we ordered the crab dip for the table and I had their version of shrimp & grits which is wonderful! Everyone had high compliments on both the meal and the service. If you are reading this, looking for a recommendation, do yourself a favor and GO!We ate inside last night because the weather was a bit nasty but there is also an outside seating area thats a lot of fun, give it a try when you go.Again, thanks Wahoos and thanks Emily!“
“Brought our 12 year old here. She had Mac n cheese bites. She loved them. We had a quesadilla, sushi roll, rangoons, buffalo shrimp, and Caesar wrap. We loved it all! It is a louder atmosphere but can still communicate easily. After two beers and a soda. Our bill was $60. Good and great price.! Friendly staff too!“
“Service is great. New owner was friendly and was running around working hard. He seems like he's doing super well at managing everything. Not a huge karaoke fan but that's not anyone's fault, my friends wanted to go. There were many great singers however.“
“My husband and I went there for dinner . We usually come here once in a while. The waitress was very nice. My husband ordered meatloaf. Omg it was like eating hungry man frozen meal it was horrible. You couldn't tell me that was homemade. For 16 plus dollars. I was very upset he couldn't eat it.. now I had the fish and chips. Now that was very good.. I give a rating of 4 because the waitress was very nice. Oh and what is this extra charge If you use a card.“
“This was a wonderful find! Layce was such a great server, very friendly and kind. She definitely was very attentive even though it was busy. Our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I had a chicken with mushroom, cheese, and onions with sweet potato fries. My hubby had a fish sandwich and tots. We splurged and had Keylime pie for dessert. We tried hush puppies for the first time, too. Very tasty. The live music topped it off for a great evening. It was a fun place to stop when visiting Murrells Inlet MarshWalk.Parking: There are plenty of spots across from this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There are places to sit outside and under the tent with the kids.“
“Visited on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a nice outdoor view for an early dinner.White Queso with Jalapeno (Good)House Salad with Chicken Tenders & Ranch (Good)The food was fine and moderately prices. Service was very friendly and attentive. Menu had lots fish, meat, vegetarian options, and appetizers. Would recommend for a casual meal with a variety of options.Vegetarian options: Salads & Appetizers“
“Everyone I was eating with absolutely loved their meal, and the burger I had was one of the BEST burgers I have had in 5 years. The server was hilarious and kind, and the cooks were very organized and polite. I would drive hours just to come back, 5/5 stars. This Wicked Tuna was Wicked awesome. If you have one near you, GO!“
“Bryanna warmly greeted us and made us feel at home. We ordered a variety All star special, bacon Angus deluxe plate, pecan waffles, bacon egg cheese bowl, everything was fresh to order, made quickly and all made with love . Thank you.Kid-friendliness: Great price for kids plate“
“We had a large party of friends with reservations. We got there at 5 pm for early bird special menu. We loved our food choices. She crab soup, salads, tenderloin medallions, mussels with pasta, and seafood platter. Key lime pie is a go to dessert.“
“Comfort food and Americana. If you've been to one you've been to them all. That consistency is a good thing when you're on the road.Edit 2/19/2024 - A return visit last night was horrible, around 8pm. Our party of four all got breakfast for dinner. With the exception of the eggs, everything cooked was room temperature. The grits were hard like they'd been exposed for hours and wouldn't even melt butter. The biscuits were random shaped and many burned on the bottom. The sausage patties were bruned hard like pucks but room temperature. If theyd been saved after morning breakfast I'd believe it. Arguably the worst Cracker Barrel experience of any state.“
“We always love Texas Roadhouse. I asked for medium rare and it was well done. I never send payback but I did. The remake took longer than the first steak. I finished my backed potato while I waited. The waiter was kind enough to give us our mushrooms for free.“
