“Me and my wife went inside. I will say this....the new way of using the kiosk and waiting at the counter with no human interaction is not cool in my opinion. The food was good as usual but the manager who gave us our food was the Rockstar. They were short staffed but he made sure we got our order and the interaction we did have with him was funny and made it worth the wait“

“This place is a true gem. The service is always super friendly and the food is sooo good. I would place the Road Runner Panini as one of, if not the absolute best sandwich in the area! (The house made ranch is absolutely essential for dipping, btw!). My wife is gluten free and they have a nice selection of GF crepes, as well as some GF baked goods. The GF almond cookies are amazing! Definitely worth checking out for breakfast or lunch when you're in the area.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free“

“FANTASTIC find! When I tell you I had the best lunch here in recent memory! Scenic location, you can eat outside and view the boats out in the marina. We ordered brussel sprout melt, falafel wrap, fresh juices and an iced matcha latte. We thought it couldn't get better, until that chocolate cupcake! Do yourself a favor and eat here!“

“Love this place!!! It’s so cute inside! We can on a Monday when they were closed. The husband was there making his wife’s coffee (husband of the year), we were totally fine with coming back another day but he insisted on letting us in and making us coffee. And it was delicious!! I highly recommend this cafe!P.s. My daughters weren’t able to come in this trip so that’s why Rita (Bluey) is in all the pictures.“

“I personally visit this Starbucks multiple times a week and every time the staff is very lovely and friendly and they always have my drink ready before I’m there. Since I do order a lot, some of the staff knows me by name and they are very sweet and I am always greeted by name and I can’t rave about how wonderful the staff is and how well they treat their customers. “Every time i visit this location, i'm always greeted with a smile and great service. The staff is well trained, and very professional and personable. The only problem i've ever seen here is that a lot of the customers need to learn how to tip properly! Monty and Denise are just two of the names that make this well oiled coffee machine work as efficiently as it does. Thanks guys, and see you soon ?Parking: The parking spots are usually full, and "overflow" parking's available relatively close. The issue i have is that everytime i visit this location, i see a person parked in a handicapped spot that can walk in with no issues........or a family member of a handicapped individual uses their vehicle to park up front. The spots are there for people who actually need them!“

I'm in town for spring break, and I know it can't be an easy time of year for volume, but I will come back more this week and be patient with this team for the kindness during this experience. “The reason I love Starbucks coffee is the consistency. My coffee order is without fail delicious regardless of the location. The HHI Starbucks is conveniently located at the center of the island and is easily accessible. The employees are always friendly, courteous, professional and swift to fill orders.“

“I stopped in just before 8 AM and ordered a dragon drink and sous vide egg bites. The barista was friendly and worked quickly. This location is on the inside of a Harris Teeter. It was clean and everything was well marked. They also had a small area for items that are 70% off. There are several negative reviews because of its location and people struggled finding it on a GPS. I used Apple Maps and did not have an issue. I would happily return. There was one person in front of me and we were both helped quickly.“

“Love this location for it's staff! They have been greeting us outside (drive thru) in the mornings with a smile. The ladies showered our youngest child with stickers and my drink even had a sticker on the lid with a positive quote! Little things like this mean so much these days. Keep up the great work and stellar customer service.“
