“It’s a must visit every time in Edisto! We went today and even though they were busy there we no complaints from the two young ladies working about making two milkshakes. They were fantastic with their service and the ice cream was the beast as usual!“

“Some YUMMY for my TUMMY!!! My milkshake fix was satiated!“
“Been here many times and I would say it is a cute, tiny little ice cream shop. Most recent visit was concerning…they used to have a sign outside the shop allowing just a few people in at once as a covid mitigation strategy. On a recent visit, by the time I got to the register, there was a large group of patrons crowded inside with their small children. The children were coughing, not wearing masks, and the lady who rang up my ice cream must have sensed my discomfort and asked me, “are you ok, ma’am?” I responded, “yes, I just want to get out of here, it’s a bit crowded.” I was told by another patron that she laughed at me on my way out of the shop. There is nothing funny about trying to socially distance, and I won’t be returning to spend over $6 on an average ice cream cone seeing as there is no protocol to enforce masks on children under 12. For the safety of the workers and patrons, maybe consider putting the sign out again that asks you to wait outside the door if another family is already inside. I did just that, but apparently others don’t pick up on these social cues and just pile on into this super small space. I don’t care that I was laughed at for this, but maybe I should be laughed at for spending so much on an ice cream cone.“

“I have worked many retail positions throughout my life, many during my teen years. Good service includes acknowledging customers who walk in the door with at least a "Hello" and possibly "Is there anything I can help you with?" Instead, the two teenager/early 20s employees had scowls on their faces the entire time we were in the store, shot stares at us and when we went up to the counter to order our ice cream the one employee still did not ask us how she could help us; my husband had to initiate the conversation with her to tell her what he wanted to order. Furthermore, he said "thank you" to her twice during their engagement and she still said absolutely nothing to him. Very rude customer service and also did not represent Edisto Island well. This place is a tourist attraction because of it's beauty and you should be grateful that people want to come to your home and even more so spend money in your overpriced store. I do not recommend!“

“I am giving a combined 4 stars because while this place was good, it is definitely overpriced. I paid $25 for 2 coffees and that just seems outrageous to me. I love coffee and I've tried a lot of different places, none as costly as this. The coffee was also just fine, it wasn't anything special.
The area is very nice though! There's a nature center nearby that had a baby gator, opossum, and much more. While I recommend, just don't plan on finding anything reasonably priced.“

“Get the alfredo chicken pizza. I can't speak for the other food, but the alfredo chicken pizza is really good. We placed a order to go and we left and came back. I'd say 2O minutes and the food was ready. The staff was very nice, and there are nice views here. This pizza is pretty expensive though.“

“This is the best ice cream I've ever had! This is the best out of all local shops, national chains, and grocery store ice creams across the US. I come back once a year and look forward to getting this ice cream every time.
The Oreo ice cream is chocolate Oreo and it's fantastic.“
