“Very cool location. Beer was just okay. Food was fantastic. Had the Cuban pizza. Have never thought of honey mustard on a pizza before. It was so good. Our daughter had the chipotle turkey sandwich. It was phenomenal.”

“The food was excellent, in my opinion the pasta needed to be cooked more, it felt a little hard and my baby couldn't eat well but I was very surprised when I tried the steak in my pasta, it was such a soft and delicious beef, I ordered a strawberry lemonade that really tasted like lemon! It wasn't too sweet or too sour, it was just perfect, it finished off a great cheesecake, it tasted like home.”

“Sake is genuinely a great place to eat or get take out. Very rarely is anything ever incorrect and the food is fresh and delicious everytime. Service is fast and friendly. One of my favorites.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that you can get items besides sushi and the staff loves kids. Highchairs available.”

“We had a burrito and two carnitas tacos, horchata and water. The burrito was a good size and a decent price, the tacos were the small street sized tacos and were a little over priced, but the flavor was SO good. I recommend ordering 3 if you eat on the lighter side, or a burrito if you need something substantial. Good flavors all around. Would go again.”

“My wife and I had a great experience for lunch. We had never been before and walked in at 12:30 for lunch. We didn’t realize they were closed. There was a special event going on and we were kind of embarrassed actually because the closed sign was on the door. The owner explained the situation and we apologized and said we would leave. He led us to a booth and said, “ I’m making pizza anyway!” Long story short he brought us some samples and made us feel welcome. 10/10 on the pizza and the service! 12/10 would recommend!”

“Shorty's is awesome! Love to visit them at Jack's games for the best chislic and cheese balls, or the funnel cake fries, you can't go wrong! Also, we order the prime rib dinner package for Christmas. It is the highlight of the season. This year is the third year we have ordered and we look forward to many more!”

“I love Wok N Go! The food is always fresh and hot and sooooooo delicious. I am a bit under the weather today and ordered multiple soups and some noodles and WOW! I feel better already! If you haven’t checked them out yet DO IT you won’t regret it. They don’t have tons of seating so we always order for takeout and usually can pick up within 20 minutes.”

I had to go inside and show them the funds withdrawal from my bank. I did mention it was supposed to be my birthday reward, no refund offered....oh well. Just a rant, carry on.

“My daughter loves I.dian food so whenever we are in a larger town/city we try and find some. in Brookings for a soccer tournament and found this restaurant. placed our order over the phone. when I went in (earlier than time it was stated to be ready) I was greeted by a very friendly waitress. She was busy, but still greeted me immediately and went to check on my order once she was done. While she checked on it, another staff came out of back and saw me standing there and immediately asked if I needed helped. This occurred with every staff member that came by!! Now the important part-the food! My daughter said it was amazing and one of the best she's had! Highly recommend. The restaurant was also very clean and had a great atmosphere!!”

“Hard to say yes. Food is great but the service... my order almost fell off the counter after we paid because of the way it was “pushed” across the counter. Also if your not changing your gloves while cleaning out the steam table and your rag is visually dirty and greasy, it’s not clean. #DoBetter Take a deep breath and try again.”
