“Hidden newly discovered gem, we are used to being disappointed especially with chilaquiles but we were surprised to get authentic chilaquiles served with eggs and good beans, good salsa and gladly no yellow cheese or rice (that's not authentic, that's taco shop style) they also offer Mexican coke Good service and cool vibe, coffee was delish and my French toast was good too. Definitely coming back!l“

“My daughter and I came for a late lunch lunch wings and wings also a 34OZ BALLI . Everything was excellent except the service. Our waitress was non-existent literally. Although friendly she seemed to be avoiding our table waited 20 min for her to bring our bill and to go box . Sorry but she got NO TIP from us. But we will be back because this is our FAVORITE PLACE to get wings! It's also very affordable only 40 bucks for it all“

I had the daily special the hot roaste beef sandwich, my wife had the buffalo chicken salad, and my mom had the 8oz sirloin steak w/ mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. We left full and very satisfied. Highly recommend going in and checking the place out.“

“The place was slow when I went in but the bartender was attentive and incredibly courteous. I'm pretty sure this place is not known for their margaritas. I'm sure this bartender is making them exactly like they told him to - he was a great guy - but this was basically a big glass of limeade. The environment was incredibly welcoming I will be back.“

“it was a $40/per person for a Mother's Day brunch. On top of that, an automatic 20% tip was applied to our bill - for 2 people. The tipping anywhere is getting ridiculous. No wonder CRAVE wasn't full on Mother's Day. I think they have figured out your receipts.“

“Landed at the Alpine Inn mostly by accident but we're pleasantly surprised by the awesome burgers and fries, cold beer and nice servers, could not ask for a better way to watch the football game, then the bill... Cheap. Our new go to place.“

Go for a special occasion and treat yourself. Of the many times I've dined there, I can honestly say I've not had a bad experience be it food or service. I'm glad it has withstood the test of time which is so hard to do in that industry. It's just a class joint from top to bottom.Parking: It's downtown on a one way street so just park across the street lot if it's during the evening.“

“We came in quick for a few drinks and a little food. Prices were decent around $6.50 for a 22oz domestic. The server was quick and attentive. It's definitely worth a shot! The fries are really good. And the Chislic was actually cooked how we wanted! (Med rare) most places over cook it.“

I asked for less eggs and for the omelets to be scrambled so what is in the pic is a smaller variation of their garden omelet There us a definite abundance of food and people kept coming in. Its dated but I am sure thats where the flavor comes in. Omelet was good. I felt I had a home cooked meal. The waitress was honest and accommodating. Had fun talking with her.“

“Marlins.. the other day I had a soup the is 6 stars! 5 is not enough!!! The mgr suggested and she made the soup, it is the best cheese and potato and bacon I’ve ever had! “Did not eat any food on this trip to Monks, the Ambiance is great, it's inviting, cool, just has a great vibe! A lot of beers on Tap...50 to be exact! The bar tenders were friendly, attentive & helpful! I tasted 2 different beers that I hadn't had & ended up getting one that I'm familiar with! The bathroom was clean and I just loved all the different type places to sit from "L" shaped tables to cumfy couches, to bar stols to booths to cushy chairs & hightop tables etc. The music was different, but okay, upbeat, some rap type some pop or new age, but I enjoyed my visit! I'll have to come back anorher day for food!“

“Great food! You can order off the delicious Minerva's Restaurant menu, which is next door attached to Paramount thru a doorway!! Paramount Bar/Restaurant is old fashioned elegance, but crowded!!! The restaurant is long but very narrow. We went to dine there and watch Mogen's Heros perform, but there was standing room only for some people, and quite a lot of others came in, looking for a table but there were none empty.... so they would turn around and leave.Seems to me Paramount should open a wall and expand into Minerva's next door since they already serve their food. I would not recommend Paramount to a large group. You may not get a table near your friends if there is more than 4 of you. But the greatest feature about Paramount is that they offer you the choice of ordering from Minerva's delicious menu (including the huge unlimited salad bar) or from their own Paramount menu.“

We had: the super cowboy nachos, the chili, the flatbread pizza, the tacos TWO Ways and a big juicy hamburger smothered in guacamole! In the photo you can see the jalapeno margarita this is a real margarita this is a real meal and this place rocks.“

“This is a great restaurant in town, we chose here because they have plenty of room for bigger groups (8), they have a large dinning space that typically has a short wait time (0 minutes on a Friday), and they are easily able to accommodate a wheelchair user due to amble space between tables and a welcoming and accommodating staff! If that isn't enough, the food is always good and the service is wonderful. Some food highlights are the walleye and meatloaf, but everything is always good.Kid-friendliness: Decent amount of options for the kids, also it is a fairly large building with ample space between tables.Wheelchair accessibility: We specifically chose this restaurant for the accessibility, many other local places have gone to high tops and are very tightly packed making them unaccessible, the Sandbar has lots of extra space to wiggle a wheelchair through and and we have never had a problem getting a suitable table in a reasonable timeframe, thank you Sandbar!“
