“Amazing place the food was on par with anything else I’ve had at bigger restaurants in bigger cities, it’s a little gem for custard , and everyone was inviting and friendly! Don’t pass this up if you like great food we will always come back from Nebraska!”

“I came here specifically to get my favorite sandwich, which is a Reuben. That said, I claim myself as an expert. Let’s just say this. Top 3 amongst every other I tried. The obvious quality is throughout in taste and the other menu options I’ve seen today look equally delicious. Every town deserves an authentic deli like this and Custer is lucky to have it.”

“I am from Gillette coming through today I saw this cute little place on the side of the road. I stopped and had their gizzard platter. It was delicious!! Convenient just pulled up to the drive-through around to the other window to pick up. Order was fast, which I was really surprised how fast it was and very cost-efficient. Can't wait to go back!!”

“Service with a smile very early in the morning. Chilly fall weather so you can wait in the car with a pager, order online, or drive through. Latte and poppy seed loaf cake were winners for me. Wish it were warmer so I could try the smoothies. Also a full selection of breakfast sandwiches available anytime.”

“We stopped in here while we stayed the night in Custer and the locals were very welcoming. Ryan and Ellie spoke to us like we were long time friends. The bartender and manager treated us very well. If I wasn't from Illinois I'd go back at least bi-weekly. I can't comment on the drinks. I was DD and just had cherry coke.”

Ordered the Portobello Feta Burger and a Stuffed Portobello on the side. The food tasted fairly good.. but the mushrooms were a bit rubbery..

“Cafe that's located near the Mount Rushmore national monument. There's plenty of seating here. There's two different counters - one serves ice cream, the other serves actual food. The service was okay, not bad. Food came out on a tray, as if you're at school. The taste was pretty good, but it wasn't amazing. The biggest standout was that the room was really breezy - there were fans going on full blast that were constantly blowing away my napkins.”
