Went through the drive through to get my breakfast and ordered 2 mcgriddles, a mcmuffin, and a hashbrown. I received all my food except for the hashbrown. They were busy which I would normally give them a pass for, but this isnt the first time theyve either forgotten items to my order or given me the wrong order.
Food was good (got the chicken nuggets). My only complaint is they've removed the regular walkup order (a staffed cash register) so your only option is with the app or the kiosks in store. It's fine to have the kiosks as an OPTION but some people have issues with them. Saw several senior citizens struggle with the ordering and paying process as well as a couple of mothers with children...trying to enter the order while keeping the kids in check is no easy task. Not a fan of Kiosk ordering , I go to places for customer service and in person ordering from a register. I did a call in order for breakfast for my employees which was a good experience and the food was decent.
