“Tortilla chips were fresh, which is always appreciated. The house salsa was better than average. I find most to be a little bland. They do have a house hot sauce, which I always order, which kicks up my entree a notch. Prices were standard for the area.“
“We ordered two pizzas that came out quickly, with Arabic bread and hummus as an appetizer. All were very accommodating, helpful, and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and it had a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and this is truly a hidden gem in Alcoa!Vegetarian options: Hummus and veggies, salads, and cheese pizza.Kid-friendliness: Easy and kid friendly, especially with speedy food service.“
“We really enjoyed our dinner. I had the ham and swiss with onion rings, my husband had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with the fried pickles on it and a side of fries. Unfortunately, the fries were awful. Like they had sat for a while and been refried, maybe? Onion rings were FABULOUS though. We ordered the chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert and that was absolutely incredible!!!“
“Small town Diner feel with big time comfort food goodness! Usually a line to be seated but have you in and out quick. I don't like red-eye gravy so that was my only personal preference dislike of the place. Once you go you'll definitely be back!“
“The food is on point! I can't comment about service other than drive through which I'll say I think beats out chick fool a. The atmosphere, I have been inside yet but it must be great because the parking lot is stacked on Friday nights!“
“We love soup kitchen! Haven't had a bad soup yet! The lunch special is a great value! Soup, grilled cheese, pickle and a bag of chips for $7!? You can't get that anywhere. Made from scratch too! I always try a different soup and there is plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly and the dinning area is always tidy. The Mexican corn bread is AMAZING!“
“We arrived in the worst snow event in many years while waiting to pick up a friend from the airport. Staff worked really hard and customers kept coming because no other restaurants were open. Our waitress really tried hard, but she was stretched very thin. Food was very good.“
“I picked up food to go, but I have both eaten and worked for Texas Roadhouse. Every now and then, you may not get the absolute best service, but the managerial staff will fix the ticket if you ask. On the whole, the service is great, the employees are friendly, and the food is wonderful.Parking: Parking is great.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spots.“
“You don't come here for looks or atmosphere. Not even once. But the food is solid. Buffets are the best value you're going to get these days. Honestly the best biscuits I've ever had. The girls working here are all super nice.“
“Atlanta, GA native here. I was up here for Tougefest and had to find myself a bite to eat. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the nostalgic decor and atmosphere. Classic 50s style diner that serves amazing burgers. I ordered the 11oz Rueban burger with onion rings. Patty was delicious and flavorful. The corned beef was also very flavorful and was a bit crispy. It went perfectly with the sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. The onion rings were big, crispy and very flavorful batter as well. This place has some of the best burgers I've had in years. I can't wait for the next time I come to town!“
