“Steven one of the supervisors is phenomenal! There was a weird mixup with our reservation and our bay getting double booked. While Steven was trying to get it figured out for us the other party came up and demanded to speak with a supervisor to "figure out" why this happened. We just offered them our spot (even though we had made the reservation hours prior) because we could tell that the other party were going to be inconsiderate of the glitch and rude.It took a bit to get us a clean bay but Steven extended our time by an extra 30 minutes and we had a blast. The food was also delicious of course.By the end of our time we realized that it didn't ask for us to pay and today our deposit got refunded so Steven worked some magic and got us our 2.5hrs of play time for free since we were understanding of the situation.He is incredible and we have been to Topgolf many times with our families but will continue just for the superb treatment.Long story short it pays to be kind and understanding ?“

“The Brisket is excellent. The sandwich was wonderful, along with the bun toasted to perfection. However, the fries were pretty nasty. They were full of fryer oil. Not crispy. I soaked them into a napkin, and the oil that came out was a lot. Non edible. The hot plate for the sauce was extremely hot to the touch. Not warm. Very hot. It was hard to pick up the sauce cups with sauce because they were hot. The sauces taste wonderful, though. I did not like drinking out of plastic drink wear. Plastic is just so...plasticity.“
